Highly recommend!

This property was one of the best I’ve stayed at! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the resort itself had every accommodation we could have ever needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great time

We just wanted a quick getaway for the weekend and this property was fantastic. There were a ton of amenities and lots to do. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Getaway from home

My wife and I enjoyed ourselves. Our room was in the perfect location on the property. We will stay again and maybe bring family next time.

Wonderful and "homey"

Great Location!!! GREAT STAFF!! GREAT SERVICE!!

Very close to all the theme parks, free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Sea World. We enjoyed a great week stay. Plenty of amenities at the resort. The staff was amazing, they would send us towels, etc minutes after we request. The price was great. We would love to come back and stay.

Overall great!

Other than taking an hour to get checked in (no fault of ours, just so many people checking in and Westgate was severely understaffed), the trip was great. The room and all common areas were clean and the staff was great!

Perfect Set UP

I stayed here to attend a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. This was a great spot. Close, beautiful accommodations, great for kids if you want to bring your family, the staff were fantastic, property owner was flexible and super responsive. 0.0 negative things to say. Highly recommend.

Great Property

This is my second time staying here. The only issue that we had was the jet tub cut off after 2 minutes each time after getting it restarted. Other than that, it’s always a great experience. It’s located in a great location. Close to stores and restaurants.

Quick Trip

Check in process is a bit slow. Our girls enjoyed themselves and we enjoyed the family chill time a couple of hours away from home. Renovations and upgrades were in progress but did not cause inconvenience. Overall nice stay.

Will book here again!!

Had a great time at The Westgate Resort. Will be staying here again. Was very satisfied with this stay. VRBO never contacted us back about rebooking from another home that canceled two days before our trip. Which is very disappointing .The Westgate was very accommodating especially at the last minute.

Great location

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here! Only 2 downsides were; the pullout couch was awful. I definitely wouldn't plan on this being a "bed" for someone. And the timeshare experience sounded like it would be low key but was definitely high pressure. The room, location and customer service was otherwise great.

Very Nice

We stayed in the studio which was perfect for my partner and baby. The property is massive and there are many things to do around the resort if you decide to stay at the hotel for a day or two. Our main concern was to have a balcony so we could hang out while the baby slept and worked out well at night because we were able to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony. It was really nice. I would recommend!

1st time staying

Could not ask for a better place to stay. Everything was so smooth from check in to check out. Wish I would have known about this place before now. Pictures was exactly as the room was. Everything was clean and well stocked. Just had to ask for clean towels and they were promptly dropped off at room. No complaints what so ever. And the pools are amazing.

Nice property for a reasonable price

Decent property for the money. Convenient, close to everything. Very large property. Wasn't sure where to check in and listing included wifi but instructions weren't provided (had to sign up for Wingate Resort account). Shower and toilet area need a better cleaning. Some kind of splatter on vertical blinds and toilet rocks/not firmly bolted to floor. All in all just a few minor issues. Would stay again.

nice resort

The resort was overall nice and safe. The room offered a great pool view that was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean and met all our needs. I was sent a text the morning I flew in with the address to pick up the voucher. It was a bit confusing as pick up was located in the front of a store. Overall, it was not a bad experience. Great place for a good price. I did not use the resort shuttles as they only go to the park in the mornings and return later in the day.
