Übergabe problemlos, Wohnung selbst schon mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, aufgequollene Tischplatten, einfache Ausstattung, Geruch abgestanden, Blick direkt auf Kutter, zwei Kühlcontainer und Fischräucherei, mit Nachbarwohnung geteilte Terrasse. Nachbarwohnung ist aber offenbar „Raucher“. Abends meist Raucher am Nachbartisch. 24/7 springen alle paar Minuten die Kühlungen der Kühlcontainer wie bei einem altmodischen Kühlschrank an. Betten sehr dünn und schon betagt. Haben uns neue Kissen und Bettdecken gekauft. Ansonsten Lage recht idyllisch, Küche mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet.
