Situé dans un quartier en transition vers le haut, littéralement à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Tampa, du centre des congrès et d'Ybor City, ce bungalow classique magnifiquement rénové offre un accès facile partout à Tampa. Les caractéristiques comprennent 3 chambres (2 en bas, 1 à l'étage); 2 salles de bain complètes (les deux en bas); salon contemporain avec TV 50 ", câble et wifi rapide: grande salle à manger avec table à manger 6 places; cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et eau, coin repas dans la cuisine; chauffage central et climatisation; fer et planche à repasser; sèche-cheveux; laveuse et sécheuse; cour arrière entièrement privée; patio arrière couvert avec chaises de patio et foyer; gril à gaz extérieur (le client est responsable de nettoyer le gril après chaque utilisation); porche avant couvert et stationnement hors rue. Accès facile à n'importe où à Tampa. Il n'est PAS recommandé de marcher dans les rues la nuit. Le quartier est SÛR et le quartier est en transition, il y a donc de magnifiques maisons à côté de maisons mal entretenues.

Vacation home close to

Super easy check in and quick responses with host. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable in this home and it was very clean. It would have been nice to have more kitchen supplies like serving bowls and more dishes as we made many meals during our stay. Also the fire pit in the back yard was not working and it would have been enjoyable to spend more time outside with this. We felt safe and enjoyed spending some time relaxing on the front porch. Just a mile down the main street I enjoyed some yoga classes at Ybor Yoga and some delicious homemade bread and pastries at Jamison B Doughjoe. I would rate this home 4.7

Happy thanksgiving hockey game stay

House was clean and comfortable. But the kitchen was not properly stocked for cooking… it was missing some pots and pans as well as bowls for mixing, etc…. We would give the neighborhood a one out of five.

Vacation

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The home was like a home away from home with minor conditions that could have made the stay happier. Of course, the neighborhood wasn’t a normal stay, but we enjoyed the backyard -and the front porch. Lastly, the air conditioner was not the coolest. We were very uncomfortable during the night. Overall, I will stay again.

Great, convenient place

The house was very charming and clean. It is closely located to many restaurants and venues. Due to an issue with the VRBO app I had not received my access code but as soon as I contacted Jeff (the owner) he provided the code and stayed on the phone until he knew I had got in the house. Would definitely recommend!

House was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was a bit concerning visually with homeless people lurking under every single bridge in the area, but we never experienced any issues ourselves with these people. Location was super convenient to get anywhere in 15 or 20 minutes. Would stay here again.

Nice home and clean.

Overall nice home, loved the porch for relaxing. Neighbors did have loud music from cars on both nights, late in the night. Suggestion to have napkins and/or papertowels available. Everything else that was needed was available. Neighbors should be more considerate with late night loud music. Showers were very relaxing. Off street parking was great.

Great affordable house to rent

My experience was great. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived with simple utilities already at the house. The manager was quick to respond and the descreption of the house was spot on. The only minor problem we had was that the house wasn’t in the best neighborhood. Other than that our stay was great.

Nice House

Nice house with comfortable beds and clean. In kind of a rough part of town but had no issues whatsoever. Property manager was very responsive and property was exactly as it was described.

Nice house not so much for neighborhood

House was all it needed to be. We made a short walk up to local convienance store and got all the supplies we needed to sustain life. Outside of this trip to the local store we chose not to do anything but Uber in and out. I would not consider walking to and from this house in the daytime much less the nighttime. But if u r an Uber person this place is fine and we felt secure once inside.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking, but we had zero issues with any of the neighbors. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. I’d definitely stay there again.

Whatever your reason for visiting Tampa, we are close to EVERYTHING - 3 MINUTES to Ybor City, Downtown Tampa w/ fabulous restaurants & shops, and Union Station Train Station and access to I-4 and I-275. 5 MINUTES to the convention center, River Walk, Amalie Arena, Channelside Cruise Port, and University of Tampa, groceries and pharmacies, HARD ROCK Casino, State Fairgrounds, Raymond James Football Stadium & NY Yankee Spring Training Stadium. 10 MINUTES to Tampa General Hospital and USF Medical Center, Beautiful Bayshore Blvd, Hyde Park & SoHo districts, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo and Adventure Island. 20 min to Tampa International Airport and University of Florida, Ben Davis Beach. 30 min to St. Pete and Clearwater and 'outlet shopping'.
