Amazing Place!

We had a beautiful few days here! The views were spectacular. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was in excellent condition and the unit had everything you could need. Would highly recommend this perfect retreat

Amazing views in every direction

Incredible views, popular location, and plenty of room. Be prepared for full sunlight and occasional gusty winds - that comes with the view.

Great spot! We were attending an event at VidaMar so the location was excellent. An easy walk to food, bars, public swimming (Lido bathing complex). Easy Bolt ride to Old Funchal. Great space with plenty of room for five of us. Only caveat was the pool was out of order; otherwise, all amenities were fantastic.

Apartment was perfect

Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of sleeping arraignments. The hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus.

We absolutely loved this spot! It was clean, spacious, private, and the view was amazing. The private jacuzzi on the balcony was the best part. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. The whole place was beautiful.

Great Apartment in the Middle of the Hotel District

The apartment is very nice, spacious and very well equipped. We lacked nothing and had a fantastic time. However, the pool is not in use which was a bit annoying.

Perfect Property

The location of Baia 1 is wonderful. You are close to the best restaurants and sights if walking or using public transportation. The 180 degree beautiful ocean view and sounds of the crashing waves are enjoyed from inside the condo and from the two decks and hottub. The modern accommodations are perfect. We stayed a month and did not want our vacation to end!

Over the Top Delighted

The surprise awaits when you open the door and the WOW factor sets in! The space, rooms, comfort, views, amenities all were as shown, promised and expected. Great base and vacation space when in Madeira. Staying at this property took our stay to an even higher level of happy.

Beautiful Views and Great Location!!!

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was conveniently located so that we could walk to wonderful dinners every evening. We also were able to go on some beautiful walks from the condo. Had a couple issues getting settled in the condo (with WIFI, etc) but we were able to get it all figured out. Would have been nice to have manuals in English for hot tub, washing machine and other appliances. Also would have been nice to have more than one set of towels for a weekly stay. The beautiful view made up for these inconveniences.

Four nights in heaven

We had such an incredible time. We were already excited from the pictures of the property but when we arrived, wow it was even better than we thought. We got the hot tub going that first night so it was hot by morning and when we awoke we all felt like we were on a ship because the sea is just there, everywhere. We just loved it. We were so comfortable, we could relax, we had such great space. Everyone could lie around in perfect comfort. Just exactly what we needed. My family booked the apartment to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was perfect in every way. We are already talking about coming again.

Séjour idéal à Madère

Baía I - Beautiful

Location! Location! Location! The views at night and in the morning are stunning. Close to restaurants, your buses, supermarket and beach. The space is well appointed. It would be nice to have a little lighting in the hallway as the motion sensor light did not work, but once in the apartment… beautiful!

Splendid appartment, but too many problems :

- We had to wait 3h1/2 fot an early check-in ! - We had to wait 1 day to fill the jacuzi - We had to wait 4 days to fixe Tv and Netflix - We asked for an second transat (1 transat fot 3 rooms !), but he never arrived in 9 days - The windows were not cleaned, so we couldn't enjoy the view. - We didn't get the key of the pool untill we were blocked behind the closed door of the pool

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Bright, spacious and well-appointed apartment with fantastic sea-views. A 25 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to Funchal port and old town. Lovely balcony with hot tub and adjacent sun room with built in barbecue, cooker area overlooking the sea. Would definitely rebook.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment with great space. Extremely well equipped in every respect. Fantastic views out to sea with a south facing balcony. Good location, although looks a little austere from the outside when you approach. The apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a functional lift. Would happily recommend
