Emplacement emplacement l'un des développements les plus désirables et les plus récents en bord de mer à Albufeira, avec vue imprenable sur la mer, c'est un condo calme, mais toujours très proche de l'agitation de Albufeira, pratiquement sur la plage et 5 min. marcher vers le "BANDE" bourdonnante

Les vues sont vraiment à couper le souffle et vous êtes assez proche pour entendre les vagues

Les portes menant au balcon s'ouvrent complètement, vous permettant de profiter de l'extérieur de l'intérieur, et les vues incroyables au-delà!
Le grand balcon est parfait pour manger en plein air. En soirée, vous ferez l'expérience des couchers de soleil les plus spectaculaires. Les appartements sont meublés pour la vie contemporaine et finis à une spécification incroyablement élevée.

Such a great experience

This was such a great place to stay! Gorgeous views of the ocean, quick walking distance to beautiful beaches, and a clean and spacious apartment. The pool is also a huge plus as well!

Beautiful place, very tranquil

The apartment was beautiful, everything you could possibly need was provided by Maria and nothing was too much trouble for Kevin who looked after us during our stay. The complex itself was very peaceful and the views were just spectacular, as were the mesmerising sunsets, providing such a relaxing holiday. It was also in a great location, just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants but the best walk was along the beach to get to old town. Without any doubt one of the best apts. We’ve stayed in, in 25 years and we will definitely be back

Albufeira in November

The sunsets are beautiful from this lovely condo. The overall property is also very clean and well maintained. Shops and restaurants in old town are a short walk along the beach or the strip is a short walk up the street. Our second vacation here and hope to return.

A sunny three weeks

Excellent location, with large communal pool and very close to the sandy beaches, where numerous good restaurants/beach cafes can be found. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which fully met our expectations, although there are 2 and 3 bed units for larger groups! Will check me against n.

Easy walk to beach . Quiet spot fine for us as seniors but you can walk easily to lots of action .Plenty of taxis & tuk Tuks . We would definitely come back to this complex . The view from this condo great and big patio. Q

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Maria was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. Not only her place is amazing she also gave us some suggestions on what to do. Kevin the property manager at this location is incredible. Very responsive and very personable. Jessica was the person that met us and walked us through the complex and she also was very professional polite and gave us a warm welcome. This place is a definite must on your list.

Hidden Gem with Amazing Views

From the arranged pick up by Maria to the arrival at the flat, everything was just perfect. The views and location to the beach are wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and we had the best nights sleep in a long time. Some nights you can hear the waves from the ocean. Balcony is a pleasure to sit on anytime of the day and an umbrella to shade you if needed. assortment of channels to watch from around the world. Walking distance to many stores, cafes and restaurants. We cannot say enough good things about this place, Maria was very helpful and we will return. We would highly recommend this spot.

30 Days in Albuferia

What a great location to spend the month of December in the Algarve! Lovely unit that had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Smooth communication with Maria and Kevin. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The view from the unit is outstanding and so easy to walk to the beach or Old Town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, lovely and clean. Loads of room and the double balcony gave that luxurious feel to the flat. Bottle of wine on arrival, which always goes down well. Quiet area but close enough to the strip to enable a short stroll to the bars clubs etc, and just a short taxi ride into the town for a relaxing meal down at the seafront followed by some lively karaoke for dessert. Great town and surrounding area. Will definitely be back.

First time VRBO stay

I was very impressed with this rental ,property manager Kevin made the check in and initial instructions very simple, the apartment is nice with a beautiful view and lots to do nearby, about the only negative thing was a bit too much of a walk for decent grocery shopping, though there's lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Superb Apartment

The apartment is in fantastic situation overlooking the sea and a short walk to the beach, it is also situated within walking distance of the strip and the old town although the bus service from the top of the road is really good, we preferred the old town.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a lovely balcony to sit out on and watch the activity from the pool below, the pool itself is a great size and there were always plenty of loungers. The beach is great with really nice beachcafes/restaurants, there are a couple of small supermarkets nearby. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this holiday rental

Fantastic appartment

A great booking experience.....everything went to plan ...the appartment is second to none...beautiful decorated throughout and the balcony and view wonderful....particularly the sun loungers! The swimming pool was large for a good swim....although a little cold at this time of year...many available sun beds. The proximity of the beach and the boardwalk walk into the old town was very enjoyable...where we experienced nice restauants...ie Trattoria..italiano..on the beach and A Tasca da terraco . Had a great night at Cepa Vela...for the Thursday Portuguese evening....the fresh fish and other portuguese cuisine of a high standard and reasonably priced....visited 4times Not to be missed the Monday ELVIS night at Frankies restaurant next door. A lovely time with happy memories....thanks Maria and our transport gentlemen.

A month in Albufeira

Excellent Apartment

This is an excellent apartment which is located in securely gated grounds only a short walk down to the beach. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you would need including smart TV with all UK satellite channels including sports. The bedroom and living room doors open onto a large balcony with a fantastic view over the bay at Albufeira. I would recommend this apartment.

This property was absolutely beautiful!! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and very well equipped. The view was amazing and soo close to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment with lovely views

Prior to our arrival, Maria was more than pleasant and professional, going above and beyond to help us with booking our stay. Upon arrival, we were met by Kevin, who was also friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach - more than what my husband and I needed for the 9 nights we were there. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the evening sun overlooking the coast with a glass of wine/cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Central Algarve.

Beautiful apartment. Great location.

We stayed in another apartment in this complex, but could not find where to write a review about it. I don't usually leave reviews but I was that impressed I thought I would review it on here. We stayed in apartment 10 and were impressed from the moment we pulled up outside the gates of the apartment block. Everything is beautifully finished to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The apartment and grounds were clean and obviously very well looked after and maintained. The pool area was lovely and although we arrived during the first week of the school holidays, we did not struggle to get sun loungers. The pool area tended to be quieter in the mornings and got busier mid to late afternoon. The loungers are in a prime position for the sun all day and the pool was a god send! The pool is shallow on the one side and gradually gets to about 6 foot deep. The location of the property is spot on. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to me strip(new town) and 15/25 minute walk to the Old Town depending on the route you take. We walked along the beach during the day, but in the evenings we walked the road way. If you go out of the gate towards the beach, you can take a right and follow the road straight round. This is much quicker than going out of the main gates at the entrance. We love the feel of the Old Town and found some really good restaurants there too. Try Casa Del Mar, Urban Pizza and the Steak Lounge. The chinese in the new town is also worth a visit! The booking process was easy. Maria was fantastic from start to finish. She responded to emails very quickly and the responses were friendly and professional. Once you book you pay a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before your arrival date. Maria sent a booking form to complete; which confirmed all of our details, payment details and terms and conditions. She also arranged our airport transfers for 75 euros. Again this was very professional. Kevin emailed me closer to the departure date to confirm flight details etc and to advise who would collect us from the airport. Once we arrived at the apartment Kevin met is and was very freindly, professional and helpful. He showed us how everything worked and left us with a folder full of useful information about the apartment and the area. We had a fantastic holiday and loved the apartment so much that we are already looking to book again for next year!

Gorgeous Apartment with sea view

The Apartment was fantastic and the view was gorgeous, the balcony is a sun trap in the afternoon and it is great to sit and watch the sun set with a glass of wine. Everything is immaculate inside and out and fitted with top spec appliances such as fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It was a 15 min walk across the beach to the Old Town and 5 min walk to the strip. Even though the strip is not far the apartments are very quiet day and night. The beach is a 3 min walk away or the pool on site is very well kept and sun beds readily available. There are numerous bar and restaurants near by which serve fantastic food. Invictus, Tamariz and Woods but to name a few and The Bistro in the Old Town is the best food ever. The place is ideal if you want a relaxing break away from it all. Maria and her team were fantastic from booking through to transfer with Wendy and Kevin who showed us around the apartment and gave us a lift to the nearest supermarket. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
