Notre propriété est un penthouse impeccable de 3 chambres à coucher situé à l’emplacement privilégié de Quinta da Boa Nova. Le développement est une communauté privée qui bénéficie de nombreuses installations de loisirs, notamment des piscines (piscines principale et pour enfants), des courts de tennis, un restaurant (en saison) et un bar de la piscine. Il est situé à égale distance du village de pêcheurs de Ferragudo et de la station balnéaire animée de Carvoeiro. L'emplacement offre également un accès facile aux parcours de golf de championnat de Gramacho et Vale da Pinta (à 5 minutes). Pour ceux qui cherchent à explorer la côte, nous sommes à quelques minutes de nombreuses plages, dont l'excellente plage de Caneiros. La propriété est à 45 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Faro.

L'appartement se compose de bonnes zones spacieuses et est meublé à un niveau très élevé. Le hall d'entrée donne accès à une cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée avec une salle de polyvalence et un balcon avec un nouveau barbecue à gaz. Le salon clair et spacieux s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse couverte qui vous permet de prendre vos repas avec une vue fantastique. Il y a 3 grandes chambres pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 personnes - 2 chambres doubles et une chambre double, toutes avec placards. La chambre principale a une salle de douche attenante et un balcon Juliette. Il y a une salle de bains familiale supplémentaire et un vestiaire séparé. Deux des chambres et le salon ont un accès direct à la grande terrasse.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour profiter de nombreuses activités, y compris la voile, la planche à voile, l'équitation, les promenades côtières, le golf, le vélo, la pêche en mer. une expérience unique pour explorer de belles grottes et voir la faune marine locale.

Il y a plusieurs grands supermarchés à proximité et Portimao, à seulement dix minutes de route, abrite un grand centre commercial moderne.

Il y a une grande télévision donnant accès à une gamme complète de chaînes et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'appartement et autour du complexe.

Amazing holiday

Thank you so much we had an amazing time. The apartment was beautiful, in a fantastic location and perfect for our needs. The apartment is very well equipped, we did have a small problem which was sorted out immediately by the friendly property manager. The location is perfect. Beautiful villages, beaches and walks within a couple of minutes drive. The complex is lovely and, even though it was Feb/March we sunbathed at the poolside and played tennis. I would definitely recommend a car. Thank you so much John and Mandy

Enjoyed our time, accommodations described as in the ad. A bit isolated but if you have a car lots to do and see, parking provided. Lovely pool and well maintained grounds. Communication was excellent. Lovely welcome supplies by the host was very nice.

I never give a perfect score. Although we had a really great time with our out of season stay, in season could definitely be a 10.Communication hitch was mostly mine by not remembering the info details on restaurant seasonal opening. UBER was great and Buonasera restaurant was worth the 15 minute walk as was the shorter obligatory daily garbage/recycling hike. The unused restaurant and pool area were very nice indeed and would be a wonderful treat in seasonally warmer times. The peace, quiet and lack of tourists were a plus the unusually cold, windy and rainy weather we handled quite well.Would not return as many other parts of Portugal are awaiting our presence. Perfect apartment for a wonderful stay!

Returned from a wonderful weeks stay in Niki’s beautiful penthouse apartment. Perfectly located for meeting with family to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. All of our regular spots right on the doorstep. Absolutely spotless with gorgeous views from the balcony. Thank you again! I’m sure we’ll be back ☀️

Fantastic Penthouse

Nikis Penthouse was great and even better than on the photos. The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, fantastiic barbecue. The pool area was like in a 5 Star Hotel only aprox 50 Meters away from the Apartment. Pool area with Day beds, Pool heated. Contact to Emma was fantastic. We will come back.

We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy when we arrived to a very high standard. The glassware, crockery and cutlery was also clean and to a high standard. There was nothing missing and nothing was dirty. All the rooms were big, clean and airy with more than enough space. Lovely sized bathrooms which were clean and tidy. There was more than enough towels for the week and great sized pool towels. The host Nicki was great and we could not of been informed any better. Emma met us on arrival and is also lovely and gave us so much information which was great. We will be spreading the word about this amazing place and will look to hopefully come back soon. Thank you for an amazing stay and amazing customer service!

A great place to stay!

The property suited us down to the ground. We were looking for: somewhere away from the main tourist areas - check. Space for up to six guests - check. Three bedrooms & two bathrooms - check. Separate kitchen, lounge & balcony - check. Access to A22 for east/west travel - check. Access to horse riding in Silves (20 minutes drive) - check. Quiet pool/sun bathing environment- check. Immaculately clean & well appointed -check. A home away from home - check. Great communication from owner (before stay) & local agent (during stay) - check. All in all, couldn’t really ask for anything more as we had wonderful weather for our 10 day stay & would recommend without hesitation. One word of caution - as this is a top floor apartment, there are 22 steps to contend with!

O descanso sem Horas!

A localização fica numa zona muito tranquila! A casa é óptima, muito acolhedora, com uma decoração muito sóbria e cuidada, como se os proprietários nos tivessem emprestado a casa para estes dias!!!!!A limpeza muito bem realizada! O cuidado de nos deixarem pão, leite, fiambre, queijo, manteiga, sumo 1 garrafa de vinho, faz também a diferenca! Produtos de limpeza, sabonete liquido para as mãos em todas as casas de banho! Pequenos pormenores que fazem a diferença! Piscina fabulosa em termos de espaço, de área ( maior do que nas fotos), com almofadas nas espreguiçadeiras, camas e sofás muito confortáveis. A temperatura da água é tão agradável! Fica se horas! Passamos os dias ao sol e na água sem horários! Descanso genuíno! A regressar sem dúvida!!!! Esta semana esteve cerca de 32 a 35 graus e apenas faltou o ar condicionado.

Pasamos unos días geniales. Apartamento muy bonito y limpio, con una terracita fantástica para los desayunos y cenas. En la urbanización hay una piscina estupenda para adultos bastante grande y otra para niños , muy tranquila para darse un chapuzón antes o al volver de la playa. Enma fue muy amable. Zona tranquila, y cerca de playas y pueblos como Carvoeiro, Ferragudo y Portimao

Perfect Summer Holiday

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment over the summer just gone. It was our first visit to the area and Niki, the host, could not have been more helpful. She recommended the best local restaurants, activities and even told us of some amazing hidden beaches. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen is very high spec and the master bedroom came with a large ensuite. The weather was great the week we stayed and we could see for miles from the balcony in the morning. The pool area was also great for relaxing by during the afternoons and came with table service from the bar/restaurant which was a real treat. Overall we loved our whole stay, the apartment was beautiful, in a great location and had great hosts. Look forward to coming back next year!

Picturesque & Homely Penthouse Apartment

Niki and Austin’s lovely penthouse is the perfect place for a holiday in the Algarve. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout with all the necessary modern amenities and more! Three bedrooms and bathrooms provides the flexibility and space any family need. The kitchen was a fantastic size, with plenty of pots and glasses it gave us the option to save some money by eating in when we wanted to. The lounge was cosy and an excellent location to use for family time in the evenings, we had the card games going in front of the log burning fire which kept us all warm on a cooler night. I was overwhelmed by the stunning views from the front balcony, which was an idyllic suntrap with a comfy seating area that was the perfect place for enjoying an afternoon drink; looking out onto the nearby countryside, distant mountains and across the ocean – and at night it made a brilliant spot for stargazing. Small touches really made this apartment something special; electric shutters on the windows to help with that much needed holiday lie in, heated floors and access to hundreds of UK channels and English movies via the TV in the lounge to name but a few. All of the bedrooms were comfy and good sizes; the master bedroom being particularly luxurious with an en-suite, dressing area and Juliette balcony. The apartment complex of Boa Nova was immaculately kept with lovely spacious grounds, an inviting big pool and a convenient bar/restaurant on-site. There were even tennis courts for those feeling energetic enough for a game! The view from the terrace above the bar was breath-taking and one of the best I’ve ever seen. The sun-loungers were comfortable and there were plenty to go around - so no need to get up early to reserve some like in other places. Additionally, the staff we came across were all very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was great. It was only a forty-minute drive from the airport - so we made use of a hire car and Ubers to get around. The local beaches were stunning and only a ten-minute drive away too – the same distance as the quaint local town of Carvoeiro where there were plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. We visited a few of the hosts’ recommended local eateries including ‘Dos Santos’ which was incredible and not to be missed. We will definitely be back to stay here again after thoroughly enjoying our trip and feeling very at home in Nicki and Austin’s apartment - we can't wait to return!

Amazing stay in stunning penthouse

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August and had the most amazing time. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Breakfast on the balcony looking out to the Monchique mountains was pretty special. The table service at the pool on our cushioned loungers only added to the experience! My daughter (11) made plenty of friends round the pool and enjoyed having the tennis courts to themselves. Although we were there in peak time, the place never felt too busy and we had no issues parking the car or gettng sun loungers at any time. Thank you so much for this experience, we will be booking again shortly! Agnes :)

The apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings, but close enough to everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The apartment is spacious, even when our four grown up sons are staying with us ! At the end of each day, we love to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset whilst enjoying the spectacular views across the valley to the Monchique Mountains.
