Cette propriété est adapté pour le plus relaxant de vacances. Il est une maison de style chalet moderne 3500 pieds carrés, avec salle pour tout le monde! 5 chambres et 2 salles de bains, avec suffisamment de lits pour 10 personnes (deux personnes par chambre). Profitez d'une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz et un four double. Le grand patio pergola près de la cuisine offre une grande allocation des places pour visiter avec la possibilité d'utiliser un gril à gaz ou Traeger grill pour la cuisson en plein air. Après une longue journée d'aventures, vous pouvez également profiter de la baignoire à remous extérieur. Rassemblez autour d'un des deux foyers extérieurs lorsque le soleil se couche. Toutes les 5 chambres sont complètes avec toute la literie, vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Juste à côté de la chambre principale est l'une des salles de bains complètes avec une baignoire jacuzzi pour toute sérénité. Cette maison est entièrement meublée et équipée par le biais d'un lave-linge et sèche-linge pour votre séjour. Snuggle dans la zone loft dans un fauteuil et profiter d'un film sur la grande télévision à écran plat. Si la télévision est pas votre truc, le salon en bas offre de belles vues sur les grandes fenêtres avant. Cette maison est entièrement chauffé et climatisé pour vous rendre confortable, peu importe quoi! Attaché à la maison est un 2 décrochage garage surdimensionné pour accueillir tous les objets de valeur (VTT, motos, véhicules), vous pouvez apporter! Un décrochage ouvre sur les deux extrémités pour la sortie facile, et toutes les portes ont des ouvre-portes de fonctionnement. Il y a aussi l'accès à l'eau et les égouts dans le garage, si vous avez besoin de se laver votre moto, voiture ou camion. Si les chevaux ou autre balise de bétail le long de vos vacances il y a une grange avec des stands, des mangeoires et un abreuvoir automatique pour garder vos amis à quatre pattes à l'aise! Ils peuvent même se déplacer le lot de 40 acres pour trouver leur endroit préféré! Live stock est permis, cependant, pas d'animaux à l'intérieur s'il vous plaît. Moins de 25 ans, ne pas appliquer.

Family vacation

This was a great place to come back to each night after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The house and outside spaces were great. My family especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace area.

Quiet and Restful

Beautiful and secluded nestled against the Black Hills. Perfect for star gazing and wildlife spotting. With groceries and restaurants close enough to be convenient as well. We felt right at home!

100% incredible!

This was our very first Vrbo stay, and that bar has now been set so high, I can't imagine any future stays can come close. The owners of the property were delightful, helpful, respected our privacy and have managed their property to the highest standards. The view in EVERY direction is stunning and the home itself is spacious, classy and spotless. We have already made plans to return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

WOW! Fantastic Property

This property is amazing. You can see the all the beauty of S.D. just from this property. We were able to walk the large property and more. The house was so clean and the owners were very accommodating. I asked if they had any guidelines for us, and he said yes, have fun. That is it. Close to the badlands and all the attractions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and land

It was exactly as described. Well decorated and actually fun to see a lot of well preserved and presented historical artifacts. Home was VERY clean. Hosts very responsive and nice. Husband stopped by to offer help and advice. Owners are 'down the road' a short distance but at no time did we feel encumbered or watched and were not bothered. Property and drive to it is beautiful. It does have a spicy fence (electric) on the far side (away from guests) for the livestock that roam around. They did not smell nor were noisy. Fun to watch. Spearfish and lands are great. A great home base away from home to see the area.

Peaceful and Quiet

This is a beautiful home situated off the beaten path. If you want peace and quiet, this will fit the bill. We stayed for seven days. We saw whitetails about every morning and evening and cows in the fields. The house was very clean and stocked with what you would expect for a temporary stay. Once you turn off the paved road, there is a few miles of dirt road, however the road is well maintained. We rode motorcycles on the dirt road with no problems-maybe a brand new rider may find it a little challenging, but the road is hard packed and not really an issue. The garage is big enough for vehicles or motorcycles, the kitchen is big and bedrooms provide ample space. Most appliances are new and the washer and dryer worked great. One room on the main level has a bathroom, shower and sink in the same room, but they are separate rooms within the room, so one person can shower, while another can use the sink or bathroom--a nice plus when there are multiple people trying to get ready at the same time. The owner was very attentive to a few minor issues and questions we had. The house is just west of Spearfish a few miles and a Walmart is only a few miles away--we do not have any complaints and would recommend this place, particularly if you have a group of five or more.

Beautiful home and location

We had no issues finding the home. The road is good and check in easy. The home was very clean. The hot tub, quiet patio area, gas grill and fireplace amenities were very enjoyable with a beautiful view. My daughter and I liked the automatic ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator/freezer for those morning iced coffees! My daughter and SIL shared the other downstairs bathroom and appreciated two separate sinks. It was also nice to be able to do laundry while there. There are some things we found that should be noted, especially if you have elderly, small children or people with mobility issues in your party. Things to note: - No bathroom upstairs. - One bedroom is downstairs with the rest upstairs. - The steps to the front door, garage into home and patio areas have two oddly tall steps, taller than average anyway, and there are no railings. - No TV downstairs, other than the bedroom. - Upstairs TV room. It is not conducive to several people wanting to watch a program, as there are only four seating places. You will need to carry drinks and snacks upstairs (think of littles and elderly). - Living room sofas are very low. - No welcome book. Host quickly answered questions, however, Wifi password, among other general items should be noted in a welcome book.

Trikes and razors with the in-laws

Beautiful home out in the country, just right for 3 couples riding razors and motorcycles. Plenty of room to park pickups and trailers. We could ride to trails without hauling razors. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on bikes in the rain. Close enough to town to get supplies if needed. Really enjoyed back patio early evening with cattle and mules in pasture and deer wandering the property. Hosts friendly and responded quickly to texts and close by if needed. Only thing we wish there was at least a half bathroom upstairs as getting to bathroom in middle of the night for us older folks was a little tricky. There's a fan upstairs but rooms were warm first night and we slept with windows open the rest of the week which worked fine. Thankful for a garage that fit 3 trikes and 3 razors.

Perfect for our adult family

We were on a side by side riding trip for a week with our adult kids and this house immediately felt like a home not just a rental house. Pretty much everything we needed was supplied, very much appreciated the traeger grill, pergola with fire pit to hang out in at night and garage to keep our side by sides in at night. Even though there wasn’t any Wi-Fi we got great cell service at the house. Thank you for making your home our home for the week, we had an awesome time!

Breathtaking & serene property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is so serene with cattle grazing & horses visiting us at the fence line every evening. House is immaculately clean & well furnished. The kids were bummed when they attempted to use the hot tub the first evening and it was not functioning. We were not notified of the hot tub being out of commission. Propane was out in outdoor firepit, but luckily we had brought our own for a fish fry so hooked ours up to use in the propane firepit. Quick drive to Spearfish for groceries & breweries. Beautiful drive through the black hills for UTVing in Spearfish canyon & boating on Lake Sheridan. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property if you enjoy quiet & relaxation.

A fabulous place to get away from the hectic world and see the American West!

We were in a three generation reunion with family members from the US, UK and South Africa. The house was in a beautiful setting with views that were awe inspiring. We were able to take lots of scenic walks and got to know the local cattle herd, which was a real delight. It came very well equipped and, when we needed a gas bottle for the grill, it appeared in 15-20 minutes. Laure was fantastic throughout the entire process. The lack of wireless turned out to be one of the best features as we were able to spend time together without the distraction of the omnipresent devices. The only potential negative thing was that all the bathtubs/ showers were on the main floor. Although our grandkids were able to adjust without any problem, those with some mobility impairment may need to stay on the ground floor. If you are looking to host a large gathering in a great setting for exploring the Black Hills region, I would highly recommend this property!

Our group of eight had plenty of room. House was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Laure was a great host, quick to get back to you if you have questions. I've rented quite a few, this was by far the best. Just rent it for yourself and find out..you will not regret it!

Vacation Get-a-Way

we enjoyed everything about our 3 night's stay at this beautiful home. The house had a lot of amenities which was super cool and helpful. Spearfish Walmart was approx. 4-5 miles away if happened to need anything. Such beautiful scenery and a super clean environment all around. Loved the big outdoor patio. kids loved the home also. All of us - a party of 6 were super pleased with our stay. Thanks Laure and hubby - we appreciate everything.

No Wi-Fi and waterbed

Very nice. The only problems we have is no Wi-Fi which really upset the kids. Also the one double bed was a water bed which we did not use andI would not have booked the property had this been known. Also, the 4th bedroom entrance is through the garage and there was no egress windows in that Area. Fire hazard and legality?

Our favorite thing about our home is enjoying the quiet evenings outdoors, watching the sunset, or looking at the beautiful views. We love that we can get away from the stresses of life, but still be close enough to grab a burger for dinner! It truly is the best of both worlds!!
