Magnifiquement rénové 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec un mobilier confortable pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous. Les appareils électroménagers haut de gamme comprennent un réfrigérateur à portes françaises, une cuisinière à gaz à 5 brûleurs avec micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une cuisine ouverte avec des comptoirs en granit. Idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la maison est à 5 minutes du centre médical et du stade NRG, à 10 minutes du centre-ville, de la Galleria et du quartier des musées. La maison a Internet Xfinity 400 mps et câble HD XFinity. Il y a un téléviseur LCD haute définition de 55 pouces dans le salon et des téléviseurs LCD dans les chambres principale et d'hôtes. Il y a un roi, une reine, deux lits jumeaux et un futon dans le bureau. Il y a une table de salle à manger pour 6 avec une extension de feuille pour asseoir 8. Had a good stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood with close proximity to the medical center. Clean beds, towels, dishes, WiFi made it an easy stay for our purpose (family member having surgery at Baylor). The house needs some attention as it’s a bit of an older home, but the quiet and safety of the neighborhood, plus the attentiveness of the host, made it an overall excellent stay.

Great stay!

Great location to MDAnderson. We were here for an extended time and I was glad we had a home to stay in. The area was great for taking a walk in the morning, and less than 10 minutes to the hospital. The host was great also, answering any question I had. The people in Houston have been really kind and helpful! Thanks!

Older home that has been well maintained. Close to MD Anderson and other medical centers. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Hostess was great. Would stay again!

Houston stay

We stayed 3 weeks here and were very comfortable. The cute home is close to the Medical center and Rice village ( nice shops, restaurants) and Claire was very easy to communicate with.

Great Stay

This property was exactly what we needed for our family’s stay in Houston. Convenient to Rice University where our Grandson is attending and playing football. House was well equipped in the kitchen. It is located in quite neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean great location and parking for Pickups.

We were there for stock show. Close to where we needed to be. And it’s the best place for parking our trucks. We’re definitely looking at renting it next year for stock show.

Christmas Vacay

We absolutely loved this property. It was better equipped then other homes we’ve stayed at and n the past. It had alot of room to move around and the beds were VERY comfortable. The home was on a nice quiet street Ins family friendly neighborhood and located close to everything. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Son’s surgery

This was the perfect place for our family during our son’s surgery. The location was perfect & it was so nice to be able to go “home” at night. The communication with Claire was amazing & always so prompt. Thank you for allowing this to be our home away from home!

Restful, spacious and great location

This is our third time to stay in a property owned by this owner. She takes great care of her properties and is very conscientious about making sure guests are completely happy and satisfied. She lives in the area so we can easily check on things. Her listings are beautifully decorated and extremely cozy and comfortable.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

Easy access to many attractions—Rothko chapel, Holocaust museum, Cistern, Buffalo Bayou and other walking paths. Target about 15 minute walk. Only 20-25 minutes to Hobby airport. Great kitchen and back patio.

A Great Place to Stay

Claire’s home is near MD Anderson and other medical facilities so this is a great option if you’re in town for medical reasons. We decided to stock up on groceries and made good use of the well appointed kitchen and grill. Communication with Claire was quick. Nice to have a garage to park in and access to the washer and dryer. Would stay again!

I have been leasing homes in the Houston area since 2005. This is my first endeavor into the short term rental market. I have been using VRBO since 2016 and I am a premiere host. I love the Houston area and I hope that you enjoy your stay in Houston.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located in a very nice residential neighborhood and is so close to the medical center that you could walk there! It is virtually across the street from NRG Stadium. So if you are here for that special event or to visit a loved one, your time in traffic will not be so long. It is close to Rice University and the Museum District too. It is easy to get downtown either by the freeway or just taking Main street to the downtown. You could actually pick up the rail by NRG stadium and take it downtown, but we all just drive!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will be staying in a quiet family neighborhood where everyone is out walking their dogs. This property is truly close to everything. We have public transportation in Houston and the bus stop is .3 of a mile away, but in Houston everyone drives. You still could get around by using Uber very cheaply.
