Cette unité d'appartement est une location de niveau inférieur d'une chambre. C'est à l'extrémité sud du complexe et très proche du lac! Cette unité a tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers. La chambre à coucher / salon a un lit complet et un canapé-lit et peut accueillir un total de 4 personnes. Il y a une salle de bain avec douche et une cuisine bien équipée. Il ya une télévision de 48 "avec câble et Internet dans le salon. Il y a une grande aire de pique-nique avec des barbecues au charbon (charbon de bois non fourni), un foyer et du bois de chauffage fournis, une table de pique-nique et un grand parking.

Perfect location that is a short drive to the Geneva on the Lake strip, but far enough away to have some solitude when you get back from the hustle and bustle of the strip activities. Enough space for 2 adults or 2 adults and a preteen child without getting too crowded. Bathroom and kitchen were a great size. Nice little beach area that’s perfect to walk along and wade your feet in the water. Close driving distance to a gas station/convenience store in case you need snacks or drinks.

The view was stunning from this property. Everything was clean and cozy. Plus we had our own picnic area and fire pit. Imwpuld definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay on GOTL

The unit was clean and quiet away from the strip with beach access. Only issue I experienced was when me and my toddler daughter were rinsing off in the shower after the beach some one in on of the other units mish have flushed a toilet and the water in the shower went from luke warm to scaling hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay. It was the perfect cozy little spot for my husband and I. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown but the taxi golf carts made getting around easy to enjoy a night out and not have to drive back. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. Check in was simple and easy! Location is close enough for a quick drive, but far enough away from the noise of the town.

This property added to our visit to GOTL. Close enough to the strip but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to the Township Park and walking & bicycling distance to the strip. Definitely recommending your property to others.

A little Slice of Beach Heaven

We stayed in Beach Hive last week for three nights. The property , with direct access to a private beach and vast open spaces with wooden benches and tables under tall trees is phenomenal. The indoors were equally comfortable and clean. Megan's response time is at lightening speed. This was our daughter's first beach vacation and she enjoyed every moment of it. We will come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. side neighbors were kind and considerate. could use some chairs in unit 5. Foldings could be stored inside and used as needed./ outside. bath towel hooks would be nice. Megan was so helpful and accomidating

The manager Mrs. Megan was awesome, great, nice, kind and she was always fast at responding she is amazing this is the best place i have stayed at. I had some problems and Mrs. Megan was there fast to resolve all of it. People if you want a nice place to stay and a nice manager rent from Mrs. Megan Jeffers. She is very fast at responding if i wrote she wrote me back pretty fast. The place was very beautiful clean. I felt like i was at home but better. Thank you again Mrs. Megan for helping me out never question me, for believing me and making this the best stay i have ever had i will always love to stay at your places any time. You have my up most respect. You are the best.

Great place!

This property is very clean and just what we needed to explore GOTL! It was nice to have the beach right outside our door as well. There was one hiccup with our stay that was corrected promptly the next day, we went out and didn’t return to the room until 10pm….my sister went to sleep on the couch which turns into a bed and there were no sheets or pillows in the room. We texted the property manager and they did deliver fresh linens and pillow the next morning, but for 1 of our 2 nights stay we didn’t really have 2 beds advertised and I thought we should have gotten a partial refund for this mishap! Was disappointed nothing was offered. Other than that, the property was clean and a good location!

Overall the rental was nice. I wish owners would do periodic updates. Only one small mirror in the whole place and you have to lean over the bathroom sink and look left to use it. The cord to the ceiling fan was broken off, so the only two options was off and high. No light bulb in the bedside lamp. The shower could stand to have an overhead light and a removable shower head. One small update after every rental would make a huge difference. On the plus side, the bedding was clean and super soft and the location was convenient, beautiful and quiet. The manager was easy to communicate with and handled a couple issues we had promptly.

Great little place and good location. The only two little things I’d mention is that the WIFI didn’t work and there is not a light in the shower. Other than that we liked it.

Great weekend stay

Another great time at the beach hive. The apartment was very clean and the outer property was well maintained. The property is very close to the strip, but far enough away so you can sit outside and relax. Very peaceful area on the lake with great views. I would highly recommend this rental to friends, family, and colleagues. Looking forward to the next opportunity stay there.

The location was wonderful and the room was cute. My only complaint would be the mattress. The first night we slept on it and you could actually fill the springs. The second night, two of us moved to the futon and it was not much better . Other than not resting, it was a cute spot

Located on a private drive with private beach access (private to the public but shared by all of our surrounding tenants) and 1/4 mile from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip! There are no trespassing signs by pebble beach but that is just for the public. Feel free to walk down and enjoy
