Hi Toni, thank you for your nice words and review, there is a broom and mop in the closet next to the laundry room and also more bath wash cloths in each bathroom closets. Let me start by saying that this property has been on several sites for more than two years with more than 60 reviews 99% 5 stars just one 4 stars which has given us maximum distinctions like" Super Hosts". My team and I put our best effort to please our guests and make them feel like home while enjoying this Paradise on earth. We also appreciate and take into consideration our guests comments and suggestions to improve our service every day. We supervise all units before our guests check in but some times, there are some issues we can't see like the leaking cooler which it was replaced as soon as it was notified. Also, in Aruba due to the windy weather, dust comes in from everywhere and so does the sand but we make sure that the whole place is free of dust before each guest checks in however If nobody cleans after 5 days it will get dusty again so we provide cleaning tools for our guest who wants to keep the place clean and also offer cleaning services at an additional charge. We send a lot of information about the island and about the property in advance and there is an instruction manual in the unit besides that we are always available to answer any questions before and after check-in, my wife and I live in the same building and we are ready to provide any assistance required. About rodents, we can assure to all our guest that we have never had such issue before, during or after any guest stay not ever during the two years we have been renting this unit. To conclude I want to say that my team and I are committed to always provide the best possible service to ensure the satisfaction of our guests always thinking in the long term and wishing they will return again and not only to get a one time reservation.
