We ask of our guest that when you check out that you strip the beds and put sheets and towels in the shower. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher. Take trash out to provided trash cans.
The owner has done an excellent job on decorating the cabin. The artwork reflects the outdoors. We have stayed in other nearby locations with our fishing club over the years and this is by far the most rustic and relaxing environment. We hope (we're in our mid seventies) to come back for more stays. The host provided updates on things we needed to know. Rooms and kitchen were clean. You can buy groceries locally and their are eating establishment within short driving distances. We have been fishing here over the years using the same guide. Excellant getaway location if you love the outdoors.
So much thought and care was put into the design of this comfortable, cozy cabin. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but, conveniently located within a short distance of stores, parks, and things to do. This cabin has all the amenities and comforts of modern day with the feel of rustic living, out in the woods. A very restful atmosphere. The owner has gone above and beyond making sure guests have a good experience and stay. Check-in and out was easy, cleanliness was top-notch, the only thing you need is food as Mike has provided the rest. He is readily available if you have any issues, which we did not. Every thing about this cabin says, "Relax and enjoy your time here." It was above beyond my expectations and I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a restful, comfortable stay.
We really liked this place. We come to the area every year to visit family and have always stayed at a different place every time. We will be staying here again if it is available next time weâre in town. The house was fully stocked. All that was needed was food. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The cabin was fantastic! Well appointed on a quiet side street within walking distance of the trout dock and restaurant. Cotter is a beautiful place and this is a great place to stay in Cotter.
Went on fishing trip to cotter. The cabin is in east walking distance of south roundhouse shoals and big spring access. It was clean, everything was easy to find. The cabin itself had great workmenship done on it and felt warm and inviting.
This is one of the most comfortable VRBOâs that we have used. The location was perfect for trout fishing on the White River! The bed was comfortable, lots of towels, shampoo, cleaning supplies, great dishes and pots and pans. We didnât use the fire pit because of high winds, but Mike had us stocked up with wood and starter. We will definitely be back.
My wife and I and daughter and son-in-law and 2 granddaughters stayed 5 nights and went to Branson twice and just generally explored area caves and scenery.
Built fires in fire pit a couple of nites with sâmores.
Cabin was well stocked with everything you need from firewood to towels to kitchen needs. Location was really great for all we wanted to do. Owner was great to communicate with. Our king size bed mattress and linens could have been a little more comfortable but all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone looking in that area.
Very cute little cabin, literally everything you need other than food amd clothes. Mike was very easy to comunicate with, couldnt have asked for more!!
Property was as described in VRBO ad.
Mike was easy to reach and available.
Friends joined us for a fun time.
The river and kids jumping into the water added to the experience!
Cotter is a unique small town with lots to offer!
We really enjoyed our stay. The U-shape of the cabin with the galley kitchen between the two sitting areas was really neat. The decor is awesome, the yard is ample size and thereâs plenty of hang out space both indoors and out. So close to the White with plenty of parking too.
We were in Cotter to go trout fishing. This place is just around the corner from the Cotter Trout Dock. The guy who handles this VRBO is super friendly and helpful. A storm had knocked out power before we got there, and he brought down a bright lantern. He gave us great recommendations of places to eat in the area...be sure to get pizza at Nima's in Gassville! Wonderful experience all the way around, can't wait to get back there.
We had a wonderful time! Had everything we needed-seasoning, plenty of firewood, fire starter. Bed was comfortable. A short walk to fishing. Water was hot. Great communication!
HI, I'M MIKE, I'VE LIVED IN THIS AREA FOR 28 YRS. I HAVE A LOCAL BUSINESS NEAR THE COTTER AREA. I'VE ALWAYS LOVED THIS AREA, ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE THAT IS SECOND TO NONE. I'M HERE TO HELP.
I BOUGHT THIS OLD HOUSE BUILT IN THE 40'S THAT WAS VERY RUN DOWN, BUT ITS LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE RIVER. THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED WITH RUSTIC FLARE. IT IS IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, & IS CLOSE TO MANY THINGS THIS AREA HAS TO OFFER. FISHING, HIKING, GOLF, SIGHTSEEING, SHOPPING, BOATING, & MANY OTHER THINGS.
