1st Vrbo get-away a success!

Relaxing get-away! Very clean, able to walk to beach, restaurants and pool in minutes! Check it in/out was a breeze, easy directions and very responsive to questions. This was my first vrbo getaway-Absolutely recommend and easily give 5 stars!!

A Real Jewel

We were celebrating the Fourth of July with family in the area and decided to give Little Harbor a try. Very glad we did, comfortable room all the amenities you would expect. The owners were very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. We cannot say enough about the entire area, several pools close by, restaurants in walking distance and water views anywhere you look. It was just generally a peaceful and scenic location that we would love to visit again.

Nice stay

Nice property, 2 restaurants walking distance, beautiful view of the bay, however beach had lot of algae during our stay. Not that many places to eat or shop outside of the 2 restaurants in little harbor. Overall it was a nice stay, Warren was very responsive and gave us all info needed.

The floors were dirty, but rest was great. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would stay again. Great experience. Would recommend putting some breakfast places for your guests in the room. Also where the garbage cans are located.

Warren was wonderful! Very personable and contacted us a few times before arrival to keep up informed. Provided all the necessary details to check in as well as the local area. Enjoyed the pool, not very crowded and very well kept. Accommodations were clean and has everything we needed for our stay. It was a perfect just what we were looking for.

The best part of the visit was Warren's welcome and hospitality. Thanks buddy! The property has great amenities and has access to anywhere you would like to visit. Good food, beach access and breath taking sunsets. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful, quiet resort

We spent a month there. The beach is wonderful, all employees were helpful and friendly and food was really good. If you want a noncrowded quiet place the Inn at Little Harbor is It! We had a great vacation and hope to return again soon. The only issue I saw was the carpet going to the second floor was horribly dirty. Our room on second floor had a great balcony.

Remote, but area is nice

The price was low and the location was remote. If you like remote, this will work for you. Quite area. Couple of nice restaurants within the property. The unit needs some updating, cleaning is needed. Don’t expect perfection, but it wasn’t clean enough for me and my wife.otherwise, budget family on a trip, this would work nicely.

Ruskin Clean and Comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the pool, the beach, and two restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets at the Sunset Grill. Warren was very pleasant and communicated very well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some sort of blankets in the unit. There were only sheets on the beds, with no other covering, and we got chilly and had to go purchase a blanket. We would highly recommend this unit for a clean, quiet, relaxing, stay!

Very pleasant condo on beachfront property with excellent amenities available

Just enough off the beaten path and away from densely populated areas in the Tampa area to allow for relaxation while not being too far from interesting destinations. On arrival, the apartment was clean and attractive, with a compact kitchenette-type area with full refrigerator that was very practical. All promised amenities such as beach access, pools, exercise areas, and laundry were easily available on site or through the nearby sister property, and the local management staff were very friendly and supportive to those of us who were in "private" rentals. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, and my contacts with the owner were friendly and productive. I will visit them again if I return to the Tampa area.

Quiet and very pleasant

We stayed for a family wedding long weekend in adjoining town. The location was very convenient with lots of commerce on nearby Hwy 41. The complex is on the Bay. It's very quiet and there's a nice beach and good restaurant about 120 yards away. Nice safe complex for walks, with a couple of marinas and a pier out into the bay. Unit is spacious for 2-4 with a nice kitchenette, good seating, and a covered balcony. Great big screen TV and added amenities of several beach chairs. Lots of parking right next to building. No elevator for this 2nd floor unit, but that's not an issue for us. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area. Property manager was proactive and very pleasant in communication before and during the stay.

Mold issues

The property was nice. The major issue was a large amount of mold in the wall AC and vents. This can cause respiratory issues along with other problems. My husbad has Asthma and the property Manager knew we were staying at the unit while my husband was recovering from a major operation. We ony stayed at the property for an hour. After the discovery, we contacted the property mgmt and we left for obvious reasons. The manger told the host we stated there was dust coming out of the AC, which was a lie. After letting the Host know the truth and sending her pictures She refuses to refund our money or even offer an apology.

Perfect!

Just got home and thinking about my next stay here already! My husband and I brought our 4 year old Grandson with us to see his Auntie and his newborn cousin. We had a blast! The resort has all you need for a great stay, white sand beach, tiki bar and restaurant on the beautiful bay, heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the intracoastal waters. We watched the dolphins play as we enjoyed the pool with food and drink service! Our room was perfect for us, two queen sized beds, a nice balcony and even a professional grade hot plate and toaster oven which was perfect for making the family breakfast. Our room was very clean, well appointed and nicer than the pictures. The facility also offers a laundry room which was very handy staying with small children. We visited Sea World, Busch Gardens and the beautiful Anna Maria Island, all within a reasonable drive from the resort. Our host, Warren was readily available, just a phone call away, to answer questions and check in on us to ensure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. Definitely a "big bang for your buck". We absolutely intend to return.
