We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so cute with beach theme. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge looked to be new. I appreciated that this place slept 6. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall a nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two 16 year old girls and mom for 3 nights - there was plenty of space - the layout is ideal with each of us having our own rooms and bathrooms, and plenty of seating in the living room. It was perfectly appointed, and had everything we needed. There are only 3 suggestions - 1 - a peephole in the front door as we did have someone knock, and since we didn't expect anyone, it was a little concerning - being able to see out would have been reassuring! #2 - the AC needs some attention. The bedrooms are HOT. The guide asks us not to turn AC lower than 74, which truthfully should be cool enough for anyone, but the bedrooms definitely are not getting that cool. There's only one fan, which was in the secondary room. A fan in the master would have provided some white noise to block out the construction noise next door too (I used a white noise app on my phone which worked perfectly!) I did notice the filter needs to be cleaned (there are marks on the ceiling from the dust coming out the vents) and #3 - the master bathroom needs to be re-grouted or re-tiled. It's old, which is ok, but it looks dirty. I'm assuming with the beautiful new kitchen, that the bathrooms are next! :)

Great Location

We could see the Rocket Launch from our room. It was an awesome view of the launch. It is a great location for exploring the area, beaches, the Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and shopping.

This one would be a great room to watch a Shuttle Launch. Good clean room with a nice walk in shower, in case you have some mobility issues.

Great time in cocoa beach

We had a wonderful stay in cocoa beach. The condo was steps away from the beach. Everything was nearby. (Stores, Ron Jon surf store, restaurants). The condo was very clean. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The overall location and property is good. The view of the beach and launches was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were clean. The pool was advertised as heated. The pool heater was not turned on. Both bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower curtains need replaced. The TVs and remotes did not operate properly. The rust on the outside of the refrigerator was not becoming of the property. The patio furniture was dirty. There were plenty of towels and linens. The construction next door with constant loud pounding took away from the enjoyment of the view and balcony. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned ahead of time.

We've stayed at Sandcastles in various units many times over the years and absolutely love the location.Building – Sandcastles public areas are very clean and well maintained. The pool is excellent. The beach is wonderful, and access is easy.Cleanliness – The interior of the unit was spotless, but the balcony could use a good scrubbing. Also, the balcony light needs to be repaired as there are exposed electrical wires.Amenities – The appliances looked new and were in excellent working condition. All the necessary dishes and other kitchen paraphernalia were present and in good condition. Plenty of bath towels and bed linens, although we could not find any beach towels. The beach chairs that were present were in poor condition. The electronics were functional, but old. WiFi was good.Decor – The overall decor has a beach vibe. The furniture was clean and in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but very dated in appearance.View – The unit is on the top floor so you have an unobstructed view. It faces north, so it overlooks the buildings next door, but it still has a nice view of the ocean and beach. If there are any rocket launches, you can watch from the balcony.

Remodel

First, it was not remodeled - the place looked like it had been furnished from a thrift store . I think 5,000 into the place could make a big difference . The fridge could be painted it’s an eye sore. Mold in the master bath - if that’s what you’re calling a master it was super tight . Loud all the time due to construction next door . A lady that lives there is the pool monitor and basically just wanted people tobe quite . . I wouldnot suggest this place to friends .
