Guests are personally greeted by Eric and Cécile, Villa Melissa's Owners, upon arrival whom they also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries. They will also provide assistance and help to the Guests throughout the stay.

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. The consumption is charged 7THB/unit (kWh) consumed.

The minimum stay is 3 nights except from December 20th to January 10th when a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

A security deposit of 15,000 bahts (or USD, GBP, EURO or AUD equivalent) is required upon arrival. These funds will be refunded in full at the time of departure, except in case of damage to the villa.

Animals are forbidden outside as inside the villa and noisy evenings are not allowed for the respect of everyone
