This stunning ground floor apartment, which is freshly decorated, is in an idyllic location on the clifftop in Southbourne-On-Sea offering the most stunning panoramic sea views of Bournemouth bay from the Needles right round to Poole from the front of the property.

THE APARTMENT:
The partitioned bedroom area has a King Size Double Bed (partitioned from dining area with curtain).

The large open plan lounge/diner has SEA VIEWS and a FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - SKY INCLUDING SKY SPORTS AND SKY CINEMA - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

There is a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar and an ELECTRIC COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - MICROWAVE.

The property has a separate shower room with a toilet.

The apartment has access to a lovely patio for Al Fresco dining with herb garden and patio furniture.

This accommodation comes with off road parking in the drive for one car only, which is in front of the ground floor bay window (any other vehicles must park either in the cliff top car park or on the local side roads). There is also secure bicycle storage provided.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Children are not accepted at this accommodation. There are external security cameras. EPC Grade - D. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

THE LOCAL AREA:
This area has blue flag sandy beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. A short walk along the clifftop will lead you to the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which can take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva is a cliff top café serving food and beverages. The main area of Southbourne-On-Sea is Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, home wares, gift shops and the post office. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for gentle and easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town. This is a fantastic holiday apartment in a superb location, an opportunity not to be missed!

SOUTHBOURNE / TUCKTON / WICK / HENGISTBURY HEAD - An ideal destination for families with its own shopping area and beautiful walks over nearby Hengistbury Head. Located just a short drive or bus ride away from the centre of both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Mudeford and Highcliffe offer beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings, with a short ferry ride from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head.

Brilliant style comfort equipment and setting. The “bathroom” was the size of a monk’s cell and the bedroom blinds did not exclude morning sunlight which woke us at about 5.30am

Really lovely well equipped apartment right next to the sea. The small touches made all the difference to us and would consider staying here again because of these.....nespresso coffee machine, sky movies, and beach towels, foldaway chairs to borrow for the beach
