La propriété est finie aux spécifications élevées et décorée avec goût, offrant un séjour confortable et détendu loin de tout à ses invités.

La propriété est située au centre de Haz-Zebbug, à Malte, une base de vacances idéale pour explorer tout ce que l'ßle a à offrir.

Le Penthouse est desservi par un ascenseur. Il comprend un salon climatisé, une télévision à écran LCD et un lecteur DVD, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée / salle à manger pour 4 personnes, 2 chambres doubles climatisées, une douche terrasse et une grande terrasse avant avec mobilier de jardin, b. b.q. et des vues de nuit sur la cathédrale de Mdina, ainsi que des vues lointaines sur la mer et la campagne. Pendant la saison de la Festa, en été, depuis la terrasse, on peut se détendre et profiter des feux d'artifice spetaculaires qui illuminent le ciel nocturne maltais.

spacieux penthouse ; ville calme et centrale

Agréable séjour dans ce penthouse spacieux , clair et confortable avec 2 belles terrasses .Facile de se garer ( rue calme ) .Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. La ville de Zebbug est bien située , quasiment au centre de l'ßle .Proche des axes routiers et à une portée de fusil des sites principaux. Notre hÎtesse est charmante , ponctuelle et à la disposition de ses locataires .Location que je recommande fortement.

A great getaway!

Right from the time we even booked the apartment, Rita was very prompt in her replies and we thank her for that, and the advice for advance bookings before leaving France for tourist things. Such a warm welcome before we even arrived and all needs attended to! The central location is great, being just out of busy Valletta, and close to all major roads to travel easily around the island. The apartment is exactly as described in the ad and in a very nice calm neighbourhood, and the neighbours very sweet, The butcher, the baker and evrythign close by - we have a great impression of the Maltese population! As for the stay, Rita couldn't have been kinder, meeting us at the airport, giving some great tips, little goodies when we arrived and a lovely spacious and clean apartment that the 5 of us were so happy to come 'home' to after our days out making the most of Malta. She helped make our stay in Malta just that much more special. We are very happy to recommend the apartment and Rita! The Mallard family, Paris France

Vacances Ă  Zebbug

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine de fin octobre Ă  Malte. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l'appartement vaste, lumineux ,tranquille,sa grande terrasse,ainsi que l’accueil si chaleureux de Rita,qui a pris soin de nous dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e et mĂȘme avant en m'envoyant tous les renseignements nĂ©cessaires pour arriver sans problĂšmes Ă  Zebbug. L'appartement correspondait tout Ă  fait Ă  sa description, Rita avait prĂ©vu les produits de premiĂšres nĂ©cessitĂ©s ,ainsi qu'une carte indiquant les commerces avoisinants. Nous n'avions pas de voiture, et nous avons utilisĂ© les bus pour nous dĂ©placer ce qui nous a permis de nous plonger dans la vie Maltaise.Ils permettent d'aller partout sur l'Ăźle sans soucis et il y a de nombreux arrĂȘts et des passages frĂ©quents, l'horaire indiquĂ©e peut varier de quelques minutes comme partout, il dĂ©pend de la circulation qui est importante Ă  Malte.Les chauffeurs sont toujours prĂȘts Ă  vous renseigner et vous indiquer le meilleur arrĂȘt. Malte est Ă  voir, que l'on aime la plage, l'histoire, les vieux monuments ,les musĂ©es... Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d'avoir choisi la localitĂ© de Zebbug, petite localitĂ© calme et authentique , un peu Ă  l'Ă©cart du flot touristique,proche de La Valette, de M'dina,.. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons, et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement cet appartement et sa si charmante propriĂ©taire.

The beds were NOT comfortable.

The beds weren't comfortable. One, I think was the box springs and the other the top mattress, which we finally moved too. The town is quiet and great but limited eating options. Rita, the owner, could not have been nicer. We enjoyed our stay there.

Quiet and central for visit Malta

Very big apartment full equipped ,in a quiet area,near a football field, Rita was very kind and very helpfull with my family, very big terrace where in the evening we spent good time with barbecue ,sow the football match and fireworks, and Medna..car needed to go and visit all Malta.

Vivienda bien equipada en zona tranquila

Vivienda bien equipada, limpia, en una zona céntrica de Malta por lo que con un coche, conocer otras partes de la isla te pilla cerca. Es una buena opción si buscas una zona tranquila, en contacto con malteses, alejado del bullicio y a buen precio. La propietaria estuvo muy correcta y atenta en todo momento.

Fantastic well equipped apartment

Fantastic well equipped apartment , in a fantastic setting not far from anywhere in Malta , Rita who owns the property was very helpful and a warm and friendly person and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and easy and relaxed . We had a fantastic holiday there and will be returning again later this year all in all 100% satisfied . The apartment is really spacious clean and better than most 5 star hotels large comfy beds , nicely furnished a real home from home , i would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to any body wanting a good family holiday

Lovely apartment and great host!

We stayed 6 nights at the penthouse but wish we had stayed longer! This was a great place for us! This was a perfect location for our home away from home. The apartment was very nice, quiet, clean and looks just like the pictures. It had everything we needed (2 adults and a tenager). The location was better than we could have asked for. On top of that, Rita was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and the day of. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again...in 2013 ;-) Chris

My wife and I booked our stay purely on the previous reviews...Rita went far beyond what anyone would expect ,she met us very early in the morning for our first stay in the Townhouse ...until the penthouse was ready ....,she provided a very good welcome basket of goodies along with all the information required to start our week long holiday .....everything was done at very short notice and Rita went out of her way to accommodate us We wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Rita's properties to anyone

The 4.

Fantastic apartment!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment whilst visiting family in Malta and have to have we were really very impressed. Arriving late on a Saturday night we were cheerily greeted by Rita, the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, fresh and spotlessly clean, and seemed much more spacious than in the photos. A welcome basket, containing local bread, biscuits and cakes, was just what we needed, and there was even water, milk and fruit juice in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. The terrace to the front of the property was a great space, perfect for sunbathing during the day or BBQ's on a warm evening! There was was also another terrace to the rear, offering great panoramic views. It's location in Zebbug makes it easy to get around the island and there are some lovely shops locally, such as a great family bakers and a nougat factory. We have recommended this property to our family and will definitely stay again. Thanks again Rita!

Better than advertised

I would happily recommend this apartment to any family wishing to holiday in Malta. It is very spacious, clean and a perfect retreat from the midday Maltese sun. Rita (the land lady) was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She met us from the airport, assisted us in finding our hire car and provided us with a food hamper when we first arrived. Without her input our stay would have been far less comfortable. A direct bus to Valletta (the Capital) stops only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and busses to all other parts of the island can be caught from there. The last bus home leaves Valletta at 22:30 on weekdays but a night service runs on weekends. Zebbug town is quiet but has a few nice bars/restaurants where you can chat to the friendly locals each evening. I wouldn't reccomend it for very young crowds but it is perfect for families and couples. The only problem I had whilst staying in Malta was with the people I hired my car from. I would like to warn everyone not to use ATLAS car hire... or if you do to pay the optional extra to remove the excess online. If you wait until you are in Malta you will find that it is double the price and compulsory. It should also be noted that the car is handed over with a full tank of petrol which you are required to pay for on collection. We were told that we would receove a refund for any petrol we didn;t use but this does not happen because you simply drop the car off at a particular point and leave the keys in a drop box. It is difficult to use a full tank of petrol in a week on Malta so you will inevitably lose out in this way. Other than that our holiday was perfect. For accomodation choose Rita... for car hire AVOID ATLAS!!!

Wir waren zu siebt in RitaÂŽs Haus,und können nur unsere beste Empfehlung aussprechen.Die Wohnmöglichkeit ist ideal und bestens ausgestattet.Das LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft um die Ecke hat alles was man so braucht.Rita ist eine sehr liebe hilfsbereite Lady und hat uns sogar vorab schon etwas Essbares eingekauft.Jedwede Hilfestellung/Fragen wurde von Ihr sehr kompetent und freundlich beantwortet.So wie alle Bewohner von Zebbug ist auch Rita eine sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Person. Excelente estancia

Apartamento totalmente recomendable. Si bien el pueblo de Zebbug no es el mas turĂ­stico de Malta, con la movilidad que te da un coche de alquiler el estar en el centro de la isla te permite moverte fĂĄcilmente y llegar en 10 o 15 minutos a cualquier punto. Apartamento limpio, amplio, totalmente equipado y un trato excelente por parte de su propietaria Rita, la cual se encargarĂĄ de hacer la estancia lo mĂĄs agradable posible en todo momento. FANTASTICO APARTAMENTO EN MALTA

ESPAÑOL//Hemos estado una semana en Junio en el apartamento de Rita en Zebbug y todo ha sido fantástico. La propietaria, vino a buscarnos al aeropuerto y nos llevó al apartamento que esta a solo 15 minutos en coche. Nos hizo la estancia muy agradable ayudandonos con las zonas turisticas a ver. El apartamento es muy amplio y muy cómodo y situado en el centro de la isla con muy facil acceso a todos los lugares de la isla. Lo recomiendo para cualquiera porque realmente merece la pena y esta muy nuevo y decorado con gusto. Rita, la propietaria es excepcional y se desvive para hacer la estancia agradable. Los lugares a ver en Malta son muchos (culturales y de playa) y tenemos que volver a ver mas cosas porque una semana no es suficiente. ENGLISH// We have been one week in the apartment of Rita in Zebbug and everything was fantastic. The owner, Rita came to meet us to the airport and we went to the apartment in 15 minutes drive. She made our stay very easy as she helped us a lot with the places to see. The apartment is big and confortable and located in the center of the island with very easy and short drive to everywhere. I reccomend it for everyone because it is really worth it and it is very new and with nice and modern decoration. Rita the owner is really exceptional and she does anything possible to make your stay fantastic. The atractions in Malta (cultural and beach ) are many and we have to come back again to see more as one week is not enough.

Holy Week in Malta

We stayed with two teenage boys in the three-bedroom apartment during the Holy Week. The Good Friday Procession in Zebbugg was very impressive! The apartment is very spacious so that each of the boys could have a room of his own. Everything was as described on the internet. The apartment is located in the middle of Malta so that we could get around easily in our rented car. It was very pleasant to be able to stay in an apartment far away from all the tourist traps. Rita was a perfect host, she even picked us up from the airport although we arrived late in the evening. If any of our friends asks where to stay on Malta, we will always recommend Rita.

Great accommodation

My husband and I, with 2 friends, stayed in the penthouse apartment for a week and found it really good value. Rita greeted us with a smile, showed us round the apartment and advised us on local sights and location of nearby supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bread, milk, coffee etc were very welcome as we could relax with a drink before venturing out to shop. We had hired a car so didn't need public transport but found the roads 'interesting' and each day out was a magical mystery tour as signposts are not always available or clear. This did, however, ensure that we saw more of the island than we otherwise would have done! Rita was always available, either in person or on the end of the phone if we needed her. The only blot on an otherwise lovely holiday was a couple of thunderstorms but no-one had any control over those. We visited most of the sights including the hypogeum which is amazing. We didn't have time to go to Gozo but maybe next time we will manage that as well.

The apartment consisted of 3 large bedrooms Living bedroom, Kitchen etc the standard of the accommadation equaled that of a 5 star hotel very clean with excellent facilities ,home away from home for us and our 3 teenage children. .Rita the owner was an outstanding host from meeting us at the airport to spending time in the apartment getting us settled in. The welcome food pack with essentials items to get us started on our holiday , rita made us feel very welcomed and gave us lots of useful tip and information about the local area and sights to see on the island.Rita went above the call of duty by taking us to the local supermarket Pavi in Qormi. We rented a car from Nova carhire .com and got excellent service and price,Haz Zeebug was an ideal location for exploring malta but buy a good map to help with navigation arount the island,lovely local shops and fruit, vegetagles & fish everyday and on Tuesday And Thursday a big market selling all types og goods, even a grocery shop next door selling all essential supplies. We went on sunday to the market at Marsaxlokk what a beautiful fishinh village then drove along the coast up to Golden bay beach what a lovely beach . Eating out was a great experience and great value for money especially the Avenue restaurant at paceville and the paparazzi in St julians.Had an enjoyable morning at Ta'Qali at the craft village bought some lovely hand Crafted fillegre jewellery and enjoyed the beautiful and majestic Mdina had A/noon tea in the Fontella tea gardens took home some of the wounderful mdina glass. The guess store at Luga airport is well worth a visit offering 50% of Bags ,Purses etc . Definitely going back to Malta and will stay again in this fab apartment to explore and see more of malta's wounderful sights. Great Penthouse!

We have stayed from 3rd till 17th of august in the beautifull penthouse. When we arrived our expectations were exceded! The pictures do not even show how nice the place is. Everything was perfect. Rita was very kind and helpfull. We surely recommend this apartment. Zebbug is ideally situated if you want to explore the whole island. We think we will come back again in the future!

4 Days in Zebbug, Malta

Rita was the most helpful landlady we have met, and was contactable at any time. The apartment (No 1) was beautiful and spotless, stocked with immediate food necessities, and met the needs of 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. Carrying cases was not a problem as a lift services the 1st floor apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Malta, but only 10 minutes by car from the airport, St. Julians, Sliema and Valletta. In 6 weeks of traveling through Europe this apartment was by far the best we stayed in.

Vacanza a Malta

Appartamento all'altezza delle aspettative, pulito, grande, moderno, molto tranquillo con i comfort attesi; il kit iniziale di alimentari e' stato estremamente utile e gradito; Rita e' stata molto disponibile per tutte le esigenze della vacanza, e' venuta all'aereoporto la sera tardi a prenderci e ci ha accompagnato il giorno della partenza, ha risposto alle numerose richieste puntualmente. La posizione in centro all'isola e' stata molto importante in quanto con pochi minuti di macchina siamo arrivati ovunque. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Superb appartment & service!

The appartment has everything you will need for a holiday and the photos on the website do not do it enough credit. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is more like Rita's own home rather than a holiday let and is great value for the money. So much nicer than a hotel! Zebbug is a lovely quiet town and has plenty of shops so that you can stock up on food & essentials. There are eating places within walking distance if you don't want to cook or don't have a car. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful. Although we had hired a car, Rita met us at the airport and showed us the way to the appartment which was very kind of her. We had a bag stolen in Rome - on the way to Malta - which contained all my husband's medication. Rita recommended her family doctor who is located just round the corner and he couldn't have been more helpful in identifying the Maltese equivalent. We have been to Malta many times and had brought friends who have never been before. Zebbug is central for all parts of the island and we managed to cover all of it although we were only there for a week. Mdina is a beautiful old city and is only 5 mins away by car. I recommend you go at night when most of the tourists have left as it is cleverly lit and so peaceful. It has been a few years since we last in Malta and it has changed a lot since our last visit - for the better. There are many new roads which make it easy to get anywhere on the island if you hire a car. The old buses still run all over the island but are now painted orange and yellow so you can't miss them. Valetta now has a multi storey car park which is just outside the main gates and only 5 euro for 5 hours. There are many more shops & restaurants in Valetta so there is still plenty to do if you are not into museums, which are superb. I could wax lyrical about every where else on the island but why not visit for yourself. I am sure that you will enjoy it and you will get a very warm welcome if you do. Be sure to stay in the penthouse - you will not regret it. Thank you Rita for providing such a nice place to stay and for all your help while we were there. I hope to see you again.

Experience the real Malta

This is a fantastic apartment in a quiet location away from the tourist crowds. Rita was extremely helpful, right from our first enquiry, throughout our stay and even after, when we'd left something behind. The apartment is spotless, and spacious for 2 couples sharing as there are 2 bathrooms as well as 2 double bedrooms. The ktichen is well equipped, and Rita provided some essentials such as milk to help us settle in. The large balcony faces north, so provides a shady place to sit. Zebbug is a small town with a few bars and a couple of restaurants, and small shops where you can get everything you need while you're here; alternatively there's a supermarket (Pavi) 5 minutes' drive away in Qormi. We were lucky enough to visit at Easter, when the whole town turns out for an Easter parade. If you have a hire car, you can get anywhere in the island in about 30 minutes. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
