Great location near so many great restaurants and bars. Such history on 25th and even within this building. Easy parking. Great people watching from 3rd floor above 25th.
Nice place, comfortable. The only negative was that you could hear the music from the night club next door. It was not loud or intrusive, and did not bother us, but you could hear it.
The studio was nice but i did not realize it was above a dance club that stayed open until 1:00am and patrons hung around lingered. hard to get sleep those nights
First off, Jared is excellent. He responded rapidly, helped with my questions, and had a range of restaurant tips that we followed and which were right on the money.
The place itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Great layout. 100% clean throughout. Lots of closet space. Kitchen appliances and accessories top notch. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and linens were first rate. And although we didnât use them, itâs always nice when a place has a washer and dryer.
Would I stay here again? Iâm torn. The location is amazing for navigating Ogden and getting to Powder and Snowbasin. Canât beat it- walking distance to restaurants, parking in back if you have a car, very convenient to everything. However, while you may not equate Ogden with any ânightlifeâ, what there is of it sounds like it takes place right below you.
Our stay included a Friday and Saturday night. There was street noise and people noise from the very happening bar/club on the corner. And last call is at 1:00 am. If you are younger youâll probably love that. If youâre interested in getting up early to hit first chair, not so much.
So overall fantastic place and host, but one negative to consider.
First, Iâd like to say that the property manager was very responsive to all my questions. However, I was not a fan of this property. It has an industrial design, which is fine, except that the entire floor is concrete, the sinks are so small you cannot wash your face without getting water all over the floor, the showers do not have full coverage so water gets all over the floor every time you shower, and the furniture is very cheap and not very comfortable. I mightâve been OK with this except that one of the evenings when I got out of bed to use the bathroom the foundation of the bed holding the mattress fell off the frame. I had to lift up the mattress and fix this myself at 2:30 AM. Also, there are several bars outside, so there is a lot of noise until late at night on the weekends. Iâm sure this would be fun for people who are younger and like to go out at night. My final complaint is that the property manager should make people aware that there are 39 steps you have to walk up to get into the apartment. There is no elevator.
The loft was perfect for our stay in Ogden. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, good restaurants across the street and easy drive to skiing at Snowbasin and Powder. Iâd definitely stay here again.
Very impressed with this vacation rental. Clean, comfortable, and the location was Awesome!!!
Great vacation rental! The modern interior layout and decor was very nicely done. Itâs was very clean, comfortable, lots of open space, the beds were perfect, slept like a baby, and the parking was easily accessed. The location was awesome and allowed us to experience and explore Ogdenâs cuisine and nightlife. The property manager was great and on point with communications. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting or working in the Ogden area. I will definitely be looking to stay there again on my next trip to Ogden.
Great location. Many good restaurants & fun shops in close walking distance. Wonderful, open floor plan with kitchen & sitting area. Abundant outlets. Very clean.
We loved the location and the actual apartment. Our real problem was that the apartment is advertised as being able to accommodate eight people but it is not really equipped for eight people unless you intend to eat out for every meal. Our party of seven stayed in the apartment for five nights. There were not enough dinner plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, cutting boards, towels etc. for us to use. If there had been four or five of us we might have managed but we landed up having to purchase disposable plates and cups for the duration of our stay and cooking in the kitchen was a perpetual struggle. The two pull-out futons in the living room are also pretty hard and a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Having said that, the apartment is conveniently located to all the action on historic 25th street and we did enjoy our stay.
Stayed 3 nights for a weekend concert at the amphitheater. We arrived and the place was spotless! Everything we needed was available in the condo. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Jared is very helpful and super easy to work with.
Thanks for a great weekend!
5 out of 5 stars from me! The lofts are beautifully done! Concrete floors throughout, exposed brick walls, and all the amenities you need. The minute I walked in I knew I loved the place. Located in the heart of the historic 25th Street, so much is in walking distance. If you donât feel like going to one of the many near by restaurants, a full kitchen is in your loft so just go grab some groceries and cook for yourself. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Iâd stay here again, no question.
Terrific location walking distance to good food and coffee âïž modern industrial design comfortable. no shelf in shower for soap/shampoo etc And be aware that their are lots of stairs (39)
Very nice place to stay and the owner makes it easy.
Please Note: There is more than one loft here. Pics posted of layout may differ slightly.
Family of 4 adults comfortably spent a Utah white Christmas in Loft #1 overlooking Historic 25th Street. Beautiful.
We loved the loft apartment and the owner was extremely helpful and prompt! The loft was exceptionally clean with an industrial, urban feel! Everything you need was provided!
Skier, Artist, Entrepreneur. I love restoring historic properties. Snowbasin and an abundance of historic properties needing restoration are why I call Ogden home. :)
