Great location with convenient beach access.

Enjoyed our stay. First floor was great. Walked out of our patio to the pool with beach access. Condo layout was perfect with 3-BR and 3-baths. Would differently stay there again.

Good vacation

Great location. The condo was great except for a few improvements that I feel are needed. The toaster and stove are terrible, cooking with these was challenging. One of the bathrooms wasn't cleaned well. There was a cream substance was left on shower wall and a razor. Overall we had a great time and were able to laugh about the cooking experiences using the stove and toaster. Would stay here again if the kitchen was updated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a king size bed in master as advertised with coastal properties. TV issues twice. Dryer broke, but was fixed timely. No security, as people were making noise and swimming at midnight even though the pool closed at 10 pm. Mildew in master bath. They did spray it the next day. Can caked tiles throughout. One had a sharp edge. The master bed tv was actually a 17 inch monitor; couldn’t see it while in bed, too small !

Overall condition

The location of the condo is excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. The overall condition of the condo was poor. The unit needed to be deep cleaned. One out of four tvs did not work. The condo needs a total update. Very disappointing. The refrigerators ice maker did not work. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Too expensive for quality

The property is clean and has a pool & that’s it. Our unit (108) was very dated and with tiny televisions in the bedrooms that only worked every now and then. The WiFi is horrific. No ice machine, no extras. We had some beach towels drying on the balcony. We got a super aggressive note from the property manager. Absolutely fine to let us know something is against the rules. I didn’t appreciate the aggressive remarks in all caps accusing me of purposefully breaking a rule (of which I was not aware) and adding that we would absolutely be towed if we were parked incorrectly (we were not) and more aggressive warnings. If you get a great deal, you’ll be satisfied. If not, you’ll be asking yourself why you paid thousands to stay here.

We’re glad you found the property clean and enjoyed the pool, but we’re sorry to hear that the unit and some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. Had we known the number provided for TV and internet issues was not helpful, we would have done all we could to resolve the problem promptly. We also apologize for the tone of the note you received regarding balcony and parking rules. While it's important to communicate guidelines, it should always be done respectfully. We’ll be addressing this with the security service, as that is not how we communicate with our guests. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make improvements moving forward.

Our yearly beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty. The floors were all cracked. The unit smelled. There were nats we couldn’t get rid of them. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and greasy didn’t look like they had been washed just rinsed off and placed in the cabinets. The refrigerator was rusted in the whole side. The washer has to be repaired almost caught on fire. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. The other parties would grab up the chairs and head to the beach and never come back till later in the day. Smoking outside at the pool next to our condo and we couldn’t go out with the smell. There was cigarette butts on the ground and our little one kept picking them up which was disgusting.

I have stayed in this unit multiple times. This is not a king bed; it is a queen bed. Change your listing to reflect that. Measure the bed. The tvs need to be upgraded to smart tvs My daughter had to call the tv company to get the tv on in one of the bedrooms

The housekeeping was terrible and we had to request that the floors be mopped again after we checked in. Otherwise, it was clean.
