Overall great apartment in a great location. The shared landing door should be marked, or the instructions state same door as architect then once in that one it's on the right. The shower is essentially unusable. The temp continually fluctuates and the pressure is low.We were under the impression there were 3 double beds. We were four, but not sure how six would stay here.
The apartment is very spacious and cozy. The atmosphere has antique furnishings that make it very unique and beautiful. It is in an excellent location with pubs and restaurants close by. There is easy access to Princess street and St. Andrew's square.
The only downfalls to the property is that on the weekends it is very noisy from the club nearby, and the apartment was extremely cold. The property manager sent someone to fix the heaters but it did not help and we were very cold throughout our entire stay (January). Also, the apartment did not have essentials such as laundry soap, soap, etc.
The place was as pictured and very comfortable. Very close to everything, so it was really great to tour around.
The only drawback is the noise in the afternoons and at night. We could sleep, but be aware that it is on an alley where bar-goers are, and there were a few fights in the afternoon and night. Other than that, perfect location for touring around and comfortable and spacious inside.
