Magnifique maison de plage de 7 ans 2 Úme année de location! Comprend 10 badges de plage! 4 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bains sur mesure. La chambre principale est énorme avec salle de bain personnalisée, personnalisé carrelage italien à travers, planchers de bois franc au premier étage. Il y a une chambre au premier étage joliment aménagées et salle de bain complÚte pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les escaliers. Immense cuisine de style italien, le granit, cheminée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin! Verre ware, de belles assiettes et des plats pour la fantaisie, et beaucoup d'articles en plastique pour tous les jours jardin BBQ. Cùble, wifi et toute la maison stéréo avec haut-parleurs dans la cour arriÚre. Le salon dispose d'une marque nouvelle reine confortable canapé-lit. Notre truc préféré sur notre emplacement est que les enfants peuvent marcher jusqu'à la baie et la plage seulement 2 pùtés de maisons. Parce que nous sommes en Shipbottom, notre maison est facile à trouver une fois que vous obtenez sur l'ßle - pas 30 minutes embouteillage pour se rendre à d'autres villes de l'ßle. shopping, la nourriture, l'alcool frais du marché et de la boulangerie, Joe Pops, restaurant Arlington et le bar sont nos lieux de prédilection pour la musique et la nourriture - 3 pùtés de maisons! Garez votre déchargement de voiture et se détendre pendant une semaine à notre maison de plage!

Fun in LBI

Tim and Marisa have a well stocked home with all the amenities and are wonderful hosts. Check in and out was very easy and the house was very clean and comfortable. Owners/Property Manager responded quickly with any questions we had. Bedding was easily ordered and delivered via their suggestions and the house is right between the bay and the beach. If traveling with children or older adults you may need to drive to the beach as the walk is a few blocks however, overall a good experience and in the heart of LBI :)

Family vacation

Great location convenient to Bay Beach and ocean. Walking distance to stores and shops. Felt like home. Great backyard for barbecuing. The kitchen was beautiful. New house with old world charm.

Lovely week at LBI

Owners and property manager were easy to work with, house was clean, bedrooms and eating area were a nice size, however the living area was a little small for our size group. Overall a very wonderful week! We love LBI!

LBI Vaca Stay

Overall fairly impressed. Really great response times to questions we had about the property, things to do in the area; There is a book kept in the kitchen that lists how to access certain things in the property which was very helpful. Enough of a backyard to enjoy BBQ if you wanted. Rooms were large, bathrooms were open. House is only a couple blocks from the beach which is excellent. Also close drive to restaurants/shops. Things to keep in mind. You have to bring your own linens (towels/bed linens). When you go to the beach, you must keep a badge with you to access the beach or you will get fined. If you use the beach, make sure to wipe off outside the property (there is a shower in the backyard you may use). Only two negatives, although the kitchen was open and stocked, we came across few ants throughout the stay. Second limited channels on the property. But still would recommend this place. Check out is fairly simple,

Ship Bottom Beach House

This was our second year at this fantastic beach house. It is a top notch house to stay at - the kitchen is unbelievable, the dining room is so accommodating for 10 people, the bedrooms are plenty big, very nice bathrooms, and a very nice living room for our family to enjoy. We also spent plenty of time sitting on the front porch and using the grill and tables in the backyard. It is in walking distance to the beach and close enough to walk to the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets. We have already book our vacation at this house for June 2019. We could not ask for a nicer place to enjoy our time with our family. Ruth and Barry

Spacious, Clean, Equipped

Our group of 6 adults had a great time in this house. With four bedrooms, we had enough space for everyone and the kitchen had a great layout that accommodated the whole group without feeling cramped. The house actually felt clean - not just wiped down - upon arrival and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and entertainment-wise. The only suggestion I'd make is to check the hot water heater. At first we thought the water wasn't getting hot because of post-beach showers but we found that even the first person to shower for the day wasn't getting very hot water, just lukewarm. Other than that, it was a great experience and we'd definitely come back to this house!

Beautiful Home

Thank you for the use of such a wonderful home. The house is lovely and the beach was beautiful. The water was as clear as can be. My family was in town for a family wedding and it was a very relaxing vacation thanks to the easily accessible location, right off the bridge and the house was amazing. Sitting on the front porch relaxing in the shade. Perfect place. Thank you again for allowing us to end our summer and enjoy the beach with no worries!!! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for that special place to spend with their family.

Fantastic stay and unbelievable shore home!!!!!

First a shot out to the owners Tim and Marissa! You have a lovely home and thank you for sharing it with us. Love and TLC put into every aspect of this gem. My hubby and I along with my parents and 2 grown children just returned from LBI. We have been staying in LBI for the last 5 years in various rentals but this home far exceeded our expectations. 4 huge bedrooms and a kitchen that was the center of it all, we spent most of our nights in that HUGE kitchen cooking and hanging out. Some of our favorites of the home: open floor plan in the kitchen/dining area, fire place although not used added a lovely touch in the dining room, the wall colors brightened the whole house. Master bath and shower amazing. Wood floors beautiful. Tons of closest space and of course the cathedral ceilings made the rooms seem bigger then big on the upper floor. Walk to the beach is quick and there are two lights to help the crossing. We have already booked for our 2018 stay. I can see many wonderful summers in our future staying at this beauty.. Cheers! A Real Home on the Shore

This is a beautiful house with a modern kitchen and plenty of space for an extended family. Located 2 blocks from the Bay and three blocks from the ocean in Ship Bottom, you'll find ceiling fans, lights that dim, an outdoor grill and all the comforts of home. I advise you to bring a beach wagon. It makes the walk to the ocean much easier if you are schlepping beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels and cold drinks. You can easily walk to several restaurants and delightful shops. You can tell that the owners put a lot of love into this house. We stayed for two weeks with six adults and four children. Some kids slept on the floor in sleeping bags sine all the beds are queens. I would encourage the owners and management to consider sending the cleaning team in every week even if the guests are staying on. A little tidying and cleaning on Saturday would assure that the place does not deteriorate. We left a 750 piece puzzle to enjoy and four mallets for your next crab dinner! Enjoy!

This house and the location are great for families. It located on a neighbor hood street in Shipbottom, and mostly families that we have known for the past 15 years. For young children, safe two block walking distance to bay with playground and life guard & swimming. For adults, easy walking distance to all stores and beach, restaurants and dancing and music. We built the house in 2010 and completely remodeled in 2017, it's built with best quality and where we plan on retiring to and living year round.
