You will find and a fridge/freezer, all languages TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and beach towels to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

The property is only a 5 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza giving you approximately 30 restaurants and bars as well as a pharmacist, medical centre and dentist should you need it. On the doorstep you will also find 2 local bars and an Italian restaurant if the Plaza is too far for you to walk, this area is a sun trap during the winter months during the afternoon.

Next door to Villamartin Plaza you will find Villamartin Golf Club with another 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away where you will find an array of retail shops as well a floor dedicated to restaurants which are open late into the night. You will find smaller tapas and coffee bars scattered within the retail shops should you need a rest. There is plenty of free parking and a children’s play area should you need it.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Camp de Golf Villamartin. You also have Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within drive short driving distances. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire company’s. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire, approximately 7 minute drive and 1 hour to walk should you fancy it. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatable’s in the sea.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.
