Very nice villa

Very nice experience, clean, comfortable, well equipped, every bedroom with its own toilet and shower.

The Villa is lovely

We loved the outdoor space, and the location of the villa. The indoor space was good for 8 people. The villa is lovely, and amenities were good for a large party of people.

A lovely spot!

We really enjoyed the villa - it’s well located and with the use of a rental car you can get to wherever you need to within 15 minutes. The pool is lovely and the facilities all very clean and worked well. Thank you for a super week!

Villa Katerina was absolutely perfect

Villa Katerina was absolutely perfect for our holiday as a group m. Exactly as described, beautifully set in the hills and with a gorgeous pool area. TheInstructions we received were clear and check in was easy. We had a little problem with the dishwasher which was dealt with immediately; the team are so responsive! Delightful villa

Villa Katerini is a delightful place to stay - up in the hills close to restaurants and shops. It is not a glitzy villa but an old building which is charming. The pool is large and secluded. The villa has lots of outdoor spaces so you can eat with a view of the sea or in the courtyard, protected from sun and the wind. There are many quiet corners to sit quietly. 4 bedrooms and lots of space inside and outside. This was our second time and we will be back again.

Lovely stay

The villa is lovely; very spacious bedrooms and communal areas, with lots of great spaces for relaxing and dining etc. of course, the pool and pool area is lovely. It’s location makes it feel peacefully remote, whilst still only being a short drive into town and providing easy driving access to the rest of the island. I would say a car/vehicle is necessary. Largely immaterial in the grand scheme of things, but Some room for improvements with the showers/shower heads which are a little bit and miss, and we couldn’t work out the outdoor lights in the BBQ area (but i assume that’s user error). Overall would recommend for a chilled stay in Paxos.

Very good

We had an issue with one shower but this was repaired immediately. However, the floor in the main living area was swept but not washed, we had black feet if we walked on it without shoes, we had a toddler with us who played on the floor with his toys he had black hands, feet and knees, disappointing!

Merci pour votre accueil. La villa est magnifique et très bien située. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

POSITIVE POINTS: - The villa is beautiful, spacious, ideal for 4, 6 or 8 people. It is very well equipped and provided with everything needed (sheets, towels and pool towels, toilet paper, etc.). - Cleaning is done twice a week, by a charming lady and very helpful. - The house is very well located (almost in the middle of the island, ideal for hiking), 20 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, and very close to the bus connecting Gaios, Lakka and Logos, which facilitates travel (2 euros per person to go to Gaios, 3 euros per person to go to Lakka, you can also go by taxi: 12 euros for 3 people from the port of Gaios). - The pool, spacious, sunny and very well maintained, is wonderful. - The communication with the agency that manages the rentals was perfect. They were precise, responsive, attentive. We also enjoyed the welcome tray with rusks, tea, coffee, honey, jam and even a bottle of white wine, it was very nice! ONLY POINT NEGATIVE: The noise. Between the school (very busy during the week from 7:45) and the football and basketball fields (lit at night), which are located 50 meters down the house, it is difficult to have a minute of calm, which is really a shame for such a beautiful house with a view of the sea. If we add to this the dogs who can bark all night and the roads that pass below and above the house (very borrowed for one if small island), the environment is really not very calm, even at night ... shame! Despite this, the house is very nice and we had a great stay. We can only recommend this villa (if you are not too sensitive to noise).

This is a very spacious villa with a beautiful pool. The view of the sea from the balcony is lovely and it is a quiet spot. The only noise you hear is distant children at a school which is not at all obtrusive. The photos are very accurate and there is a lovely lady who visits a couple of times a week to clean and change bed linen and does a very good job. You definitely need a car and there are a couple of good shops nearby.

Beautiful villa on a gorgeous island

Villa katerini is a very spacious well designed property with large bedrooms , well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The quality of the decor and furnishings is superb and the whole villa has a relaxing atmosphere The pool area is stunning and there is plenty of outside space. Breakfast on the terrace with views to the sea was a perfect start to the day. It is possible to walk into gaios, about 30 min but recommend a taxi back as its an uphill walk. There are a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. We really loved staying here and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Would also like to thank Eos villas for making the whole process so stress free

A gorgeous villa with lots of space and fabulous sitting kitchen area. Great location with a very good local restaurant. Highly recommend it and would stay again.

Lovely villa in perfect central location on beautiful Paxos

A very private, spacious villa, well-equipped and comfortable. Lovely views out to sea from one large terrace and a further large terrace to enjoy a bbq on. Large, beautiful pool with loungers and pool towels. Perfect location to easily explore Paxos, only 5 mins drive from Gaios. Would highly recommended this lovely, old characterful villa for a comfortable stay. EOS travel were excellent in helping us organise car hire, late check out and easy check in.

Swim with Butterflies

A stone Paxos house with great views, fabulous pool and enough room for a large group or family. The villa comfortably sleeps 9/10. We loved it all. Swim in the early morning and the butterflies and birds join you putting on a show above . Breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking the surrounding countryside and distant sea views and a bbq in the evening on the other terrace is wonderful. At night, the church opposite lights up the sky so the villa is always easy to find. Enough sun beds, shade and places to sit and relax and take in all the beauty around you. Theres a great restaurant Thymari just 10 minutes walk away with produce directly from their garden. Its very special. Further afield, we discovered wonderful places to eat in Gaios, great coffee in Alexs bar overlooking the water, eggs with avocado for breakfast at Aperto in Magazia and the best crayfish linguine by the sea at Bouloukos near Loggos. Theres too many great places to eat and drink on Paxos - it would be perfect to stay all summer long. The people of Paxos are charming, kind and helpful. I last visited the island over 25 years ago and its as magical now as it was then. Cant wait to return.

Fantastic family friendly villa

Great property with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We had two families (7 in total ) and the space was great. Nice to have the cleaning and linen change twice while there. Easy company to deal with and a great holiday.

Schöne Villa zum entspannen!

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten eine schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt und ideal zum entspannen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus und alle waren begeistert.
