This delightful, detached bungalow with lovely distant sea views is set quietly amongst similar properties within easy reach of all the facilities of the seaside village of Westward Ho! Sleeping four guests, itâs perfect for a family or two couples. Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve with its impressive sand dunes, salt marshes and unique pebble ridge leading directly onto the beach is also just 1.5 miles away.
Enter the property into the porch and kick off your shoes. A good sized and very comfortable living/dining room offers views over the village and out towards the sea and has a Smart TV and a selection of books and games. The spacious double bedroom also boasts lovely views and a single bedroom at the rear has an additional comfortable single pull-out bed. This leads into a conservatory with additional comfortable seating, perfect for your morning brew or an evening tipple. There is a well-equipped kitchen offering all you will need for dining in, and the fully enclosed rear patio and garden is ideal for alfresco dining.
The bungalow is an ideal base whether you want a beach holiday or wish to explore this wonderful part of North Devon. Safe bathing, surfing, canoeing, kite surfing, golf and horse-riding are all on your doorstep in Westward Ho!, and walkers will love the nearby coast path which stretches for miles along the glorious North Devon shore. For cyclists and walkers, the Tarka Trail is close by, and if you need a day out with the kids, the Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles) and the Big Sheep (4 miles) are easily accessible.
