Excellent location and host
Wendy was very accommodating with the use of extra facilities in the flat. The bottle of wine and flowers were above and beyond and were greatly appreciated.
Great location with excellent transport links
Wendy was a very responsive and helpful host and answered questions promptly prior to our stay. We had a lovely holiday. It was a 2 minute walk to Hampton Court, which is amazing . The railway station is a short walk for travel into central London. Easy to visit Ham House and Kew by public transport. Glorious walk into Kingston and beyond . No real need for the car. Having always previously stayed in London we are very pleased we broke tradition and stayed ‘outside’ and will do so in future . It’s a great area.
Another wonderful stay at this Hampton Court gem!
My second stay at this lovely flat began with a vase of flowers and handwritten note of welcome from the owner; the flat itself is perfect for one or two singles and couldn't be better situated. I came for the Hampton Court Flower Show and, given the traffic madness during that week, was so pleased to be mere steps from the show as well as many shops, pubs and restaurants in the area. Despite the heat, the flat was cool and comfortable, neat as a pin, nicely decorated with all amenities provided. The garden meanders down to the river; you may spot a fox at dusk or a small flock of neon-green parakeets feasting in the apple trees. The patio is a blessing for morning coffee or a twilight glass of wine. Communication with the owner is easy-peasy from start to finish: Wendy is responsive and helpful, making you feel like a friend coming to visit. Thank you Wendy! Added bonus: the uber ride back to Heathrow was a mere 20 pounds!

I agree...isn't it great to be so close to the Palace when there is an event on there? It saves all the traffic madness as you said.

Perfect riverside location
Once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rotary Court, everything we needed was provided as usual. We had perfect weather so were able to take advantage of the garden. Also enjoyed the local pubs and restaurants as well as others on the R68 bus route! Looking forward to our next visit already ...
Wendy's apartment is in a perfect location, the apartment is private, safe and quiet.
I had a wonderful stay, communication was absolutely perfect, prior to, during and after my stay, I cannot thank Wendy enough for all her help.
The location is awesome, excellent access to trains, buses, shopping, amazing restaurants within an easy walk and plenty of lovely scenic walks along the river, in the parks, Hampton Court Palace and it's extensive grounds.
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, lovely bathroom with high pressure shower, the wifi was excellent which was important for me to be able to keep in contact with New Zealand, the added bonus the outdoor patio area with table and chairs and more outdoor chairs to sit in the beautiful gardens looking out to the Thames.
I highly recommend this apartment and definitely will stay again.

Recently returned from our second stay at this fabulous apartment in Hampton Court and we had another wonderful stay.
The accommodation itself is presented to you spotlessly clean with lovely bed linen and lots of towels and fully fitted out with all the necessary top of the range appliances. Exactly as described in the listing description.
Wendy the owner gave clear instructions for our arrival as to the security entrance pass codes and how to access the property keys from the key box, so all is very secure for your stay including your car which has an allocated parking space.
Given the properties central location Hampton Court Palace itself is literally just across the road and is a beautiful place to visit either inside or just walking the lovely gardens. The ferry stops just by the bridge over the Thames which takes you to either Kingston or Richmond or once a day there is a boat that goes right into London and stops at Westminster bridge. The bus to Kew Gardens stops right outside the front door and the train station is just over the bridge and takes you into Waterloo in about 40 minutes. So your car can stay parked during your stay and you can enjoy all the lovely views !!
Lots of places to eat too ...our favourites were The Mute Swan 5 min walk towards the bridge, Henry's Kitchen for breakfast just over the bridge and if the weathers good, buy a picnic and bottle of wine and sit at the bottom of the gardens at the apartment and watch the world go by on the Thames...lovely.
We did all of the above and it was perfect....here is to next year !!
