Bienvenue à Vistas sur le golfe.

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT !!!

Construit en 2003, ce complexe de condos est situé sur les sables du golfe du Mexique. Ne traînez pas toutes vos affaires dans la rue, restez sur la plage! Passez vos journées à vous détendre sous le soleil allongé dans nos sables blancs sucrés ou allez-y nager dans notre belle piscine en bord de mer.

Nous sommes de nouveaux propriétaires et venons de terminer de redécorer complètement le condo avec un thème de plage frais et un décor fidèle à la plage du golfe. Le condo est installé pour accueillir confortablement 6-7 personnes et dispose de toutes les commodités de la maison.
La chambre principale a un lit King size, une commode complète, un placard, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain avec combo baignoire / douche et une grande vanité. La chambre principale a également accès au balcon.
La deuxième chambre a un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet et dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième salle de bain a également un combo douche / baignoire et est à côté de la 2ème chambre avec accès depuis le salon / cuisine.
Le salon a tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un nouveau canapé-lit queen Sealy et une télévision à écran plat.
Le WIFI et le câble de base sont également fournis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi un lave-vaisselle.
Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse empilable dans l'unité pour votre commodité.
Nous fournissons également de nombreux jouets et chaises de plage ainsi qu'un lit de voyage.

Le balcon est orienté au sud et offre une vue sur la piscine et la plage. Si vous avez des enfants plus âgés, vous pourrez les voir depuis le balcon. Il y a aussi une table sur le balcon pour les repas.
Nous avons une place de parking réservée sous le bâtiment.

Cet emplacement sur St. Pete Beach est génial, nous sommes à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, bars de plage, boutiques, Pass A Grille, hôtel Don Cesar et plus encore! Vous pouvez passer quelques jours ici ou des mois ici à explorer la région!

This was a perfect location and the condo was great! The location was good with everything at your fingertips. Free Beach Taxi so no car was needed.Lauren was a fantastic host.

Family Vacation May 2025

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. We have two boys. One who loves the beach and the other loves the pool. So we were able to split our time to enjoy both. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is very clean and everything that you need is there. Shopping for groceries was very close by. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday! Our boys absolutely love staying here and when we showed them that we had booked the same EXACT condo as a few years before they were so excited. This is always be our go to if available for our dates of travel. The beach is clean and not very populated which we love since we have children. We found so many beautiful whole seashells and my oldest son actually found a perfect sand dollar! The sunset is gorgeous and the walk on the beach at sunset was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will be booking again.

Great condo…perfect location

This condo was perfect for what we needed!! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and sightseeing/shopping. I highly recommend staying at the Vistas!!!

Awesome location

Perfect location for our visit. Our niece was getting married at the Don Cesar and we were walking distance. Loved the white sand beaches and it was a less crowded area.

Great place and great location

Staying here at the Vistas was a great trip for our sister’s getaway. Everything was so convenient with access to beach, pool, dining and entertainment. I would highly recommend this place and unit.

The distance from this condo to the beach was perfect for us, very helpful that the condo had beach chairs for guests as well. St. Pete Beach is a beautiful place.

Everything you want & need!

Such a great location, walked to several places. Beach was calm & in a quiet spot. The condo itself had everything you could think of and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, even aloe Vera in the bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & utensils. A few more spices & some oil olive would’ve been nice. The beds & the couch are super comfy. I’d totally stay again!

We enjoyed our short stay. Unusually cold while there, so it was nice to come back to a warm apartment after a cold walk on the beach. Everything in working order, partial view of ocean nice, and even though we didn't use the pool, saw some use it even at 46°. Thanks 😊

Family Friendly

This condo was great! They had plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with on the beach. They also had beach towels to use as well. We really enjoyed staying here and not having to cross a busy road to get to the beach! The owners answered questions promptly! Thank you for a great spring break!

Another amazing family vaca starting with the condo!!!!

This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and. 2nd time in this same unit. We loved it the last time we stayed and loved it again. The condo was perfect for our needs! We will be back! As described

The condo is as described. My only complaint would be the appliances are older than the condo itself. The fridge had a broken handle, the dryers knob was broke,..... Besides that the condo is decorated nicely and the beach is beautiful.

Great Location - tired property.

Property needs some TLC. 2 broken hair dryers (still mounted to the wall) 2 closet doors that fall off their tracks on 1 opening, no bedding for pull-out couch (minimal), bedding needs to be upgraded/swapped with new. Cabinet in bathroom hangin on 1 hinge, new faucet needed in bathroom (ensuite), mold on shower curtain. Condo needs TLC.

Great Location! Needs major update and cleaning.

This is our second time at this condo. The owner is sweet, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating! THE LOCATION IS AMAZING!! The property itself is well-maintained and clean. We loved the beach items (especially the chairs). The first time we stayed in this unit (about 5 years ago) we LOVED it! Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as much this trip. The unit we stayed in is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and overall update of EVERYTHING. Our linens (especially those for the pull-out bed) were extremely dusty and old. There was a lack of pillowcases throughout. The mattress on the pull-out couch is completely worn out. The pillows provided were old and flat. Several outlets do not hold plugs. The carpet in the bedroom is worn, buckling, and extremely dirty. We were surprised that nothing had been updated at all. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this unit.

Pros and Cons for Your Review

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights in June. I have thought about how to rate the rental to be fair as a renter and to the owner, as I appreciate reading feedback from others. Pros: -Excellent location on the beach - can walk to restaurants and activities, lounge chairs & cabana available to rent -Pool area and pool bathroom was clean and well kept, and plenty of space when we were there -Easy booking accommodations and communication with the owner were strong and frequent. I appreciated having direct access to the owner for questions and help. -Access to the unit was easy with the keypad and getting the parking pass -Able to book for less than a week which is helpful when splitting a trip between two locations; was able to pay for a late check-out due to availability of the unit -Provided beach chairs and an umbrella (we used one folding chair), a cooler and icepacks, boogie boards, and beach towels -Curtains in the main room and primary bedroom were great -Deck was nice for reading or eating -Welcome binder was helpful for restaurants and activities -Starter toiletries, paper goods, and kitchen essentials were available -Was able to fit two parents and two older teens well Cons:-Primary bedroom bed and pillows were not comfortable -Parking for our mid-sized SUV along the fence line was possible this week, but all the spots were full at night. If we weren't there early enough to get a spot, our rental car would not have fit into the designated parking number, and I am not sure what we would have done. This is not on the owner to fix, but helpful to be aware of as a renter. -Unit did not feel clean overall other than a surface level dusting/cleaning - everything is grimy and old - dishes in the cabinets had dried food on them, shower heads need to be replaced as they are very old, cushions on the dining chairs are dirty, all closets, cabinets, shelves, and open spaces need to be deep cleaned, felt the need to wear socks or flip flops in the unit, washing machine/dryer is old, and it sounds as if the washing machine (very loud during each load) has bearing or other mechanical issues that need to be fixed or replaced - overall it was not a relaxing space for our family to come back to after a day out at the beach, pool or another activity but we would stay at the Vistas again. I did not share this during our stay with the owner because nothing needed to change while we were there. It is more to provide feedback for the future.

We had an amazing week!

We were here with our 2 high school seniors for my son’s varsity baseball senior trip! The condo is perfectly located and exactly how described. Lauren was very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I'm born and raised in Tampa and have been coming to the Gulf beaches all my life. Owning this beachfront condo is a dream come true for our family! St. Pete Beach has been my favorite beach for years. From my childhood, to young adult years and now as a Mom, St. Pete Beach has something for everyone! I love swimming in the balmy gulf waters and laying on our soft sand. When I'm ready for a change of scene, I can walk over to the many ice cream shops, mini golf, restaurants, shops and bars that sprinkle Gulf Blvd. I love being able to access downtown St. Pete in 15 minutes for all the culture, shopping and more that downtown has to offer as well. Tampa is only 35 minutes away so it's an easy day trip for me to come enjoy all this paradise has to offer!
