Front de lac, deux quais, familial, cuisine complète, comme à la maison!

Sunnyside Chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre. Nous avons maintenant Internet sans fil. Tous les draps sont fournis. 4 couchages confortablement avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale et des lits superposés installés dans la maison superposée. Les enfants adorent dormir dans la maison avec lits superposés! Nous avons le câble avec deux téléviseurs et lecteurs DVD. Une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle est fournie avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Grand porche arrière pour regarder les enfants, les oiseaux et d'autres activités sur le lac. Vous passerez des heures à vous détendre sur le porche avec la balançoire et le planeur. Nous avons des jeux et des DVD pour divertir votre famille les jours de pluie.
Le SunnySide Chalet a un accès au bord du lac Chatuge. La pelouse avant est assez plane pour une partie de volley-ball ou pour lancer un ballon de football. Le lac Chatuge est d'environ 7 200 acres de lac et 133 milles de rivage. Le SunnySide Chalet est un endroit agréable pour se détendre, observer les oiseaux, pêcher et jouer dans le lac.

Remarque: le lac Chatuge est abaissé en hiver pour contrôler les inondations. L'eau dans la crique ne peut pas être garantie.

Love this chalet!

This is our 3rd time coming to this chalet, we love it! Kids have a blast fishing and it's so peaceful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Chalet was beautiful and just as we remembered. Had everything we needed and then some. The new theater chairs were a great addition this year. We will be back again.

Rest and Relaxation

This was our 2nd stay and we will be back again! We brought our boat and it is so nice to walk to the dock and jump in our boat and enjoy the lake! We sat on the porch most of our time enjoying the view! I would highly recommend to anyone who loves the lake, mountains and peace!Thank you!Patrick and Janet

Another great stay.

The property is just as pictured. We love the view of the lake, and the sounds of birds. The weather was perfect so different than the heat and humidity we left in florida. We cant wait for our next visit. This was our 3rd stay, so its like returning home.

Terrific place!!

We loved our chalet. It was perfect for the two of us with our pup. Kitchen was well-stocked and furniture was very comfortable. The porch was especially delightful! We will be back.

Love this place

This is such a relaxing spot and great for kids. This is our second time coming here and we just love it. It has everything we need with a great dock for all your water needs. The owner is quick to respond and very friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year.

A Home Away from Home

Everything at this cute chalet was amazing! We packed everything we’d need for an event we attended in the area, but didn’t need to bring anything as the chalet was stocked to the hilt! The location was great on the lake. We loved it so much, the day after we checked out, we booked again for 2025 and told a few friends so they could snag the remaining 4 chalets! This gem is for sure worth EVERY dollar!

Spring break get away

We had a great time at the lake. The house was perfect even down to the decorations. My boys had so much fun fishing. Great view of the mountains. Already planning a trip with for a moms weekend.

Cute cottage in an adorable town!

This property was exactly as it was described in the listing. The host was extremely welcoming and the communication was great. The cottage is directly on the lake with access to a large shared dock and water toys. Unfortunately we went when the water was low and it was cold, so we could not take advantage of the water. Our purpose for coming to Hiawassee was to see a show at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds which is only 2 miles down the road. The cottage was very clean and well kept. It is a little close to the main road, so you can hear traffic at times, and the other 3 cottages are also very close to one another. However, the other cottages were occupied during our stay, and we never heard the other tenants. I would highly recommend this cottage for a couple or a family with small children who need a little escape to the mountains. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return!

Beautiful getaway

The chalet was adorable! Clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The porch and views were so peaceful, and the bed was VERY comfortable. We went with 3 adults, an infant, and our dog and the space was perfect. Loved that we also had groceries and stores within 5 minutes for whatever we needed.

Sweet lake cottage

This is a well equipped cottage, comfy and with direct access to the lake. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. A sweet get away!

We live in Dahlonega, GA only one hour away. SunnySide Chalet is our home away from home. We come here when we want to relax and not think about the everyday parts of life. We have two daughters who love to come to the chalet and kayak, paddle board, and go tubing. I am a teacher at Lumpkin High School, and Jamie is a program analysis with Equifax.
We love to walk around to all the shops and try out new restaurants, but most of the time we are quite content sitting on the porch, decks, or boat and being outside. We love our neighbors at the chalet and enjoy talking to the renters of the other chalets.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because the town is quaint and calm. The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds seem to always have something going on. We live closer to Lake Lanier, but Lanier seems really crowded and at times unsafe. Lake Chatuge is always calm, even on the forth of July! I am comfortable with the kids playing in the cove and am not worried about boats going fast in our cove. There are many places to go and site see, a little bit for everyone in the family. It is also nice to be at the chalet alone with just my husband and I.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will fall in love with the porch over looking the lake and mountain views. This is truly the best of both worlds. Calm and away from the town, but close to everything you need.
