Large, clean apartment with panoramic seaviews as advertised. The private pool was a bonus! The host was easy to contact and helpful, organising airport transfers and personally taking care of the handovers. Will definitely consider for future trips.

Excellent host, great communication and, a seamless check-in and checkout service. The apartment has everything you need and, the most stunning sea views. Situated near bus stops and taxi ranks and is within walking distance to Funchal. We loved our stay in August 2026 and will definitely return.

Perfect host and ideal location!We recently stayed here during our trip to Madeira and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s located in a great spot—shops, cafes, and everything you need are within easy walking distance. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Marie’s apartment. She was incredibly welcoming and left a pack of essentials e.g. milk, water, fruit and bread etc.The location is absolutely perfect and just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could ever want, or need, for a holiday stay. There is a beautiful pool which was very quiet whilst we were there………very peaceful and relaxing.The only drawback, if any, is the fact there are quite a few steps to negotiate down to the front of the building. However, this is only a problem if you have any mobility problems.Highly recommended.

Apartment was well equipped and centrally located to many activities, stores and restaurants. RoseMarie was an excellent host, meeting us upon arrival, giving great suggestions and local referrals. If you are going to do hikes, recommend to get a car -very convenient and there is a parking garage very close to the apartment.

A wonderful homely apartment which was very comfortable, especially given the poor weather. Views are amazing and it was a home from home in a really great location. Communication with the host was great and we would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Our host met us when we arrived. She showed us how everything worked. She left us goodies, bread, butter and wine. She so thoughtful and her home is beautiful with everything you need.

Wonderful apartment! That view is just unbeatable! The apartment is in a wonderful location near plenty of places to swim, shops and restaurants, there is just simply lots to do. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to go to Madeira!

Excellent stay in a fabulous location

We stayed for a week with Rose Marie in her lovely apartment overlooking the sea with fabulous views. Rose Marie was an excellent host. The location is just off the Main Street which was perfect for us and a short walkable distance into Funchal city centre and the harbour. Overall a great place to stay and an enjoyable holiday with lots to do.

Stunning view made early morning rises a pleasure

Can’t fault the location and overall accommodation given it has everything you could want for an enjoyable comfortable stay. Our host Rose Marie was lovely and helped sort our transfers as well as providing some treats for breakfast one. We would highly recommend

Relaxing peaceful beautiful break

Well presented and maintained apartment. Marie was a wonderful host making sure we had everything. Spacious rooms and lots of lovely little touches that ensured our break was easy with everything we may need to hand.

Rosemarie was an excellent host. We are very grateful to her for being so accommodating to us when we were delayed and not able to get to the apartment until nearly 2am! The apartment is very well furnished with everything that you could possibly require including a shopping trolley to use for shopping and plentiful supply of towels.

Fantastic stay

Lovely apartment in a great area. The uninterrupted sea views are amazing. We loved sitting out on the balcony - it was so relaxing. The host is very attentive and thoughtful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The host also recommended a taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and took us on a fantastic day tour to the west of the island
