Cette maison est une résidence privée en bord de mer de 2600 pieds carrés, contemporaine moderne, entièrement équipée et joliment aménagée.

PERSONNES ADULTES UNIQUEMENT - Ne convient pas aux enfants / familles avec enfants de moins de 16 ans. Les chambres à coucher comprennent deux chambres au dernier étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes (lits jumeaux, lit queen size + lit d'appoint pour une cinquième personne) Les deux chambres d'hôtes partagent une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur l'océan. Les parties communes de la maison comprennent un spacieux salon / salle à manger, une cuisine moderne, une salle de télévision / multimédia et une buanderie entièrement équipée.

Les installations comprennent un bain à remous dans une chambre et un ascenseur. La grande terrasse du rez-de-chaussée s'étend sur la largeur de la maison tout en faisant face à l'océan pour offrir de magnifiques vues quotidiennes sur le coucher du soleil. Les escaliers du pont mènent directement à la plage de sable blanc.

La maison est située juste à l'est de Mexico Beach - une ville balnéaire côtière pittoresque. Avec de nombreux points d'intérêt, des sports nautiques et un rivage tranquille, la région offre des possibilités d'aventure et de détente.

Paradise on the Beach

Everything about staying at this property was heavenly. The host Diane is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation right on the water. The views of the gulf and the sunset right from the deck were magical. You can walk for miles on the pristine white sand beach any time day or night. It couldn’t have been a better week!

Girls Getaway

Perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation with the girls, just steps from the sand and waves. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The host was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. I plan to stay here again!

The Perfect Beach House

This beautiful beach house is right on the beach with the best view of a Port St. Joe sunset. It is so well stocked with everything you need, it is clean & organized, and so cozy. Diane is so easy to communicate with & is readily available to help with any concerns you have. We have stayed here several times & will be back.

perfect getaway!

Girlfriend's Getaway is perfect for a quiet adventure on a fabulous beach! This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home & we enjoyed it so very much. Diane & Tammy made us feel so at home once again & we will be back soon!!

Perfect, all aspects. Host communication spot on. Made sure we got in, checked in on us. Love the location, you can disappear and check out from your busy life…..beaches were not crowded, explored a new restaurant each night….great place.

Great Beach House

Had a great time staying here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and a quick drive to Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach and the Cape. The best part was being right on the beach and the privacy. Barely anyone on the beach, almost had it all to ourselves.

Loved our stay!

The house was beautiful and as advertised. Loved being so close to the beach and literally steps from the house. The host, Diane, and the cartaker, Tammy, made us feel welcome in the home and communication was great. Would definitely stay there again and hopefully, be back soon!

Perfect beach house

Very well located in Mexico Beach with easy access to Port St Joe. The house has everything you need for a laid back beach vacation with the clean, white sanded beach right out the back door. Definitely worth a repeat visit for us.. Thank you Diane and Tammy for your hospitality.

Another great stay

Our second time in the property. Felt awesome to be right on the beach with such a great view - sunsets were incredible! Walked for hours on the beach. Will be back :-)

Beautiful views

Wonderful beach house right on the water. The views from the deck and balcony were calming. The house itself was clean and well decorated. The added touch of de-humidifiers was genius and kept the air in the house crisp. Overall, we had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the house, the location, and the views!

This property was just as advertised only better. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The beach is beautiful and secluded and the location is perfect. The owner and concierge are both super nice and helpful. We will definitely rent this property again!

Hit The Spot

The house is lovely and incredibly clean. We wanted a house right on the beach, and this place hit the spot. We also wanted secluded and we had the entire beach in front of the house to ourselves. The area is still rebuilding due to Hurricane Michael, but the construction/road noise did not detract from our stay.

Best Beach House Ever!

We have stayed at many houses and this is our favorite. The covered porch has comfortable furniture and a table with the most beautiful view to listen to the waves. Walk down the stairs and about 80 steps your on the beach! The house has everything you could possibly need and is very clean. Nice sidewalk for riding bikes and park with pickle ball courts a couple minutes down the street. Big beautiful ocean view from living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Movie room was fun at night! Thank you Diane for making everything so easy and seamless. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful beach location

We loved our extended weekend at this location. The house was perfect! The outside patio overlooking the sea and the beach was our favorite spot. We can walk right out to the white sand beach. Quiet area with only a few dinning options, but the kitchen is very stocked and we ate at the house for most of our stay. Would recommend for a great getaway and stay right on the beach. The communication and service with the owner was outstanding. It also helped that the weather was perfect and the water very warm.

Grand view

We enjoyed our time at this house. Details which set it a notch above other locations we have stayed include but are in no way limited to: being well stocked with everyday essentials, clean, working appliances and fixtures, open and roomy layout, grand view and private access to the white sand beach, positioned in a quiet location, and the porch facing the beach was perfect for relaxing. The town of Port St. James is laid-back with a variety of restaurants and shops. We found the owner to be extremely accommodating when we requested an extra evening stay, which was much appreciated.

Great house. Great location. Great host.

Can't say enough about this house and Diane, the host. This was our second time staying here and I imagine it's not our last. House sits right on the sand, just steps from the water on what feels like your own private beach. Inside everything is amazing, down to the art work on the walls. We had an incident this year with the AC on one of the floors and Dianne had someone there and everything fixed within an hour. Never had a host so attentive. We were also there when a hurricane was scheduled to come through. Diane checked in on us, and kept us updated the whole time over text message about what to expect. She even offered to let us stay for a free additional day/night in the event we had problems with flights getting out because of the backlogged travel due to the weather. You won't go wrong booking this house.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

This home is a perfect beachfront home!! We didn't get in until after 1am, and management was there to show us around and tell us everything about the place. The place was gorgeous!! The owners left us a care package, which was so sweet as well. Loved that the house was off the touristy, busy area, but close enough to restaurants and grocery store. It was exactly what we were looking for, very relaxing and the beach is the white powdery sand. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we plan on returning next year!!

Loved it, loved it, loved it. Property was just as described with gorgeous views from this beachfront residence. House is very clean and well maintained. Porches from the main and 3rd level to enjoy the stunning view. Excellent communication from the owner (Diane) and local property manager (Tammy) throughout. Due to bad storms, they proactively offered for us to push back our stay by a day so we could enjoy better weather. First class!!!!

Wonderful Vacation

Diane has a wonderful beach house, we visited in Aug 2020 and again in July 2023. I can't say enough good things about this beach house, if you are not happy with this place youll never be happy anywere, end of story. House is wonderful, beach is wonderful, everything is wonderful. you cannot go wrong with this place. my daughter has high standards and this is her favorite vacation spot by far and we have been to Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, & St Croix so that should tell you how wonderful this place is, it's truly outstanding. But seriously, please remember to leave us some room for next year. The Newell Family

Impeccable

I cannot say enough first about the host, Diane. Her communication was extremely prompt and always accessible. She was very kind and patient with the millions of questions I had. Secondly, I cannot say enough about the home. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed and everything was so clean. We go on a beach trip once a year for the past 17 years and this is by far the most comfortable and cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Finally, the views. I cannot say enough how relaxing it was to hear and see the ocean and the incredible sunsets. Also, the accessibility to the beach which is literally steps away was perfect! Thank you Diane for making our family beach trip this year, easy by always being available. The location, cleanliness and items you provided and had in your house for us to use made our stay extremely enjoyable. The only thing I wish is that it didn't take us 9 hours to get there, however it was worth every minute of our drive.
