La villa est située dans un quartier paisible et exclusif, à seulement 300 mètres de la plage. À une courte distance se trouvent les célèbres «bains d'Aphrodite» et la beauté intacte du parc national d'Akamas. Le village de pêcheurs voisin de Latchi est réputé pour ses excellentes tavernes servant du poisson frais et des plats chypriotes traditionnels. Cette villa confortable et bien équipée est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du bord de mer. Il est situé dans ses propres jardins spacieux et borde une campagne ouverte à l'arrière; les balcons offrent une vue sur la mer et la montagne. La piscine privée de 8m x 4m dispose d'une clôture de sécurité, précieuse pour ceux qui ont des enfants. La villa est entourée de pelouses privées, de terrasses ensoleillées et d'un barbecue / terrasse ombragée, parfaite pour les repas en plein air les soirées douces. Le jardin est bordé d'arbustes à fleurs matures et d'arbres fruitiers portant des citrons, des mandarines et des grenades. La villa est meublée à un niveau élevé et bénéficie de la climatisation et du chauffage central, garantissant un séjour confortable en toute saison.

Quiet relaxation.

This lovely villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to open fields and only 10 mins walk from the nearest shore. It is ideally situated for the town of Latchi and Aphrodites baths and country park. It is ideal for couples and families with young children, with a fenced pool and well stocked toy cupboard!

Beautiful location

We stayed in the villa for two weeks, amazing location central (with a car) to explore this amazing island. Fiona the owner communicates well, check in process was simple. The pool is ideal for young families as the fence is safe and secure and let’s them play safely in the garden without the fear of them falling in. Car hire needed to explore and shop etc, you can walk in to Latchi but I would say the car is essential.

You need a car

Villa was fine. We were 4 adults, if we were 6 it would have been tight particularly as although there were 2 bathrooms (the reason we choose the Villa) you can only shower in one. Otherwise perfectly acceptable and adequate. You definitely need a car to get to the beach, supermarket or restaurants. But it’s well placed but it’s a 5-10 min drive to those.

A stunning villa, with sea views

My family and I stayed in the beautiful villa for a week. Where do I start. First of all before we even left for holiday Fiona the owner was on hand with information, we also had a welcome pack waiting for us. When we arrived the taxi man Savvas was waiting to take us to the villa. He was a lovely man and helped us order food etc. The villa was very clean, the owner thought of everything needed to make our stay a good one. The pool enclosure was a god send with small children, in fact the pool itself was a god send as the beautiful Cypriot sun was so hot.There are a few beaches to choose from. The beach outside the Annasa hotel was the best locally. It is a short ten minute walk left of the lane. Or there was a nice pebble beach that was about a 20 min walk right at the end of the lane. We also went to coral beach. The bus service runs about every hour however the last bus is about 6pm. The owner Fiona was such a lovely host. She had bent over backwards to give us the best holiday. She also provided us with a link to the bus times. Check out was at 10am however as we had a late flight, Fiona made it so we could stay as long as we needed. I was actually blown away by her generosity. A fantastic lady. We are already planning on staying there next year.

Fantastic villa and holiday-time in Cyprus

We stayed for 2 weeks in the villa, which had everything we need for ourselves and 2 small childeren. For the kids - lots of toys and of course the fenced pool, where we spend lots of time. For us, enough space, lovely garden, and a fully equipped house. Great airconditioning everywhere., We missed an electronic coffee machine (or couldn't find it), but everything else was perfect. Contact with the owner was really easy and smooth, even when we had an power failure late at night, and the issues was solved really quick. We definitely hope to get back some day.

Perfect place for families

We spent four weeks in this villa with our two little kids and really loved this place. Especially the garden with the fenced pool is perfect with children. Fiona is such a great host and we felt well taken care of all the time. Thank you so much - we definitely will come back again.

Perfect for Children

This villa is absolutely exceptional for children... Fenced pool, stair gates, cot, high chair and toys - truly outstanding! We hardly needed to take anything which makes the travelling so much easier. Lovely location with easy access (shorter on foot if you are happy walking along the pebble beach) to Latchi for food shopping, bars, restaurants etc and very easy to find (even in the dark) coming from Paphos airport. Thank you so much Fiona - we had a lovely time

Perfect Holiday

We are 6 adults and are just back from spending 7 nights at this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed, and more: great location, lovely decoration, very clean, 3 great size bedrooms, lovely gardens and pool. It was like a home from home, with everything that was required in terms of household and kitchen utensils, and files on local information, which is really useful especially if this is your first visit to the area. Fiona was great, and was always available to answer any of our questions, and provided us with a lovely welcome pack, which was really welcome as we arrived in the early hours of the morning when all the shops were shut. It is well situated and within walking distance of the sleepy village and Marina of Latchi - close to shops, bars and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be returning to this little piece of paradise.

11 Days at Capers Villa

We enjoyed our time at Capers. Its a lovely house in a quiet(ish) location just outside Latsi. The gardens are gorgeous with all manner of trees and bushes and a smart lawned area. We found the pool very inviting and a decent size, safe for children (being bounded by a fence). The one minus point here is that the pool does need some attention regarding its lining which is beginning to peel. Inside there is a spacious kitchen and living area and fair sized bedrooms. The bathrooms are adequate. Again a slight minus point; the interior needs a deep clean at some point. All in all though, we had a splendid time and would return.

Beautiful place perfect for families

We are a family with two young boys and this location and Villa are perfect from: toys in the garage, gated pool, Villa layout and the garden for the kids to run around in.....a joy! This will have been our third time and we always find something new (we don't usually go back to the same places). We have created many memories in this beautiful part of Cyprus and don't doubt we will return to Capers soon.

Perfect for families with little ones

The villa was perfect for us, as we have a toddler, so it was great to have stair gates, a highchair and a pool safety fence. Our little boy also loved the selection of toys there to use. It really did take a ease a lot of the stress of going away with a little one. It honestly did feel like a home away from home. The location was fab, a few minute drive to restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet.It was so hot when we went that we really didn't walk anywhere from the villa. The pool was regularly cleaned and the gardener would come every few days too, so the property is well maintained. We didn't have a maid for the two weeks we were there, so we just washed our own bedding and gave the place a quick mop and tidy every few days. Which really didn't take long and wasn't a problem. I cannot fault the owners, they have been extremely helpful from the moment we booked to the end of our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, in a wonderful villa and would recommend this villa to everyone but in particular those who have little ones.

Perfect break

We arrived late on the Saturday and reached the villa with no problems. Maria kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and he was familiar with the villa. We even had a small stop off at a 24hour bakery to grab a few things we wanted. Once we got to the villa our welcome pack was there which we were grateful for. The villa itself is modern and clean. The AC (once we figured out how to turn it on!) was a life saver! The following morning we couldn't wait to jump into the pool which is a brilliant size. We needed to clean out the pool a little as it doesn't have a cover but it wasn't a problem and it was also professionally cleaned during our stay. The gardeners were also very friendly. We walked along the beach to explore the restaurants on offer. There were plenty of choices. We cannot recommend Latchi watersports centre enough. We had such a fun time parasailing and then enjoying a tube ride. Our trip was only a short one but we definitely hopefully to be back in the future.

Great villa in peaceful and relaxing surroundings

The villa is well equipped and has everything you could need. We especially loved the garden and the pool - such a fantastic outside space, and very relaxing. It is ideally situated for the town of Latchi and Aphrodites baths. Fiona was so helpful ahead of our trip, giving us very clear instructions as to how to find the villa and offering valuable advice. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!

WONDERFUL, PEACEFUL AND PERFECT

I KEPT TELLING STEVE THAT THIS WAS THE BEST HOLIDAY I HAVE EVER HAD. THE ACCOMMODATION WAS PERFECT AND I COULD NOT FAULT IT. THERE WAS EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE WANTED. IT IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE POOL WAS A BIG PLUS FOR US AND WE WENT IN IT EVERY DAY. TO LOCATION IS A VERY SHORT DRIVE FROM LATCHI. 5 MINUTES AT THE MOST. I DROVE BECAUSE STEVE IS BLIND AND THERE ARE NO PAVEMENTS BUT OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE WALKED. THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES WITH VERY GOOD AMENITIES NEARBY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
