Oasis Parque est un beau country club offrant l'utilisation de 2 grandes piscines et 2 piscines pour enfants, jacuzzi, courts de tennis, aire de jeux et café / bar. Également à une courte distance de la plage de rocha, le filigrane de toboggan et d'éclaboussure à Lagoa, la piste d'autodrome do Algarve Motorsport et le centre commercial aqua (qui comprend un Primark) sont à distance de marche. La villa se compose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, cuisine, salon, salle à manger, balcon, jardin arrière entièrement pavé et est entièrement climatisée.

Villa très bien équipée, agréable, et très bien placée conforme à l annonce.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison, elle est tout à côté du complexe aquatique avec des enfants c est génial. La proximité d Alvor et de Portimao est top pour la plage. Les propriétaire Allan et Leslie sont a l écoute et très réactif lors de petits réglages aucun soucis. J y retournerai avec plaisir .

Très bon séjour

Location conforme au descriptif, très spacieuse. Piscines à quelques mètres de la maison. Accès rapides à l'autoroute et à la nationale permettant de visiter toute la côte de Tavira à Sagres. Centres commerciaux à proximité.

6 nights in 20 Oasis Park

This property is ideal for a family or a groupe of friends. I dont mean a roudy party holiday. The pools ajacent are good if a little cold The resteraunt. Is excelent the staff are attentive, and the food excelent, especially on a Friday evening when a BBQ

Fantastic rental

The house has everything you could possibly need, loads of power converters, bbq and anything else you can imagine, the facilities at the club are great and if you get the chance to go to the Friday night Bbq its well worth it. Alan the host is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I would totally recommend the property to anyone.

Gut und günstig.

Das Haus liegt im bekannten Oasis Parque und somit nicht weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, Supermärke sind problemlos auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr vorteilhaft ist dass man die Einrichtungen des Oasis Parque kostenlos benützen darf. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war die Art wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen haben. Wir bekamen einen Code wie man in den Vorraum der Rezeption des Oasis Parque kommt und dann hatten wir noch einen Code für einen Safe in dem der Schlüssel und ein genauer Lageplan deponiert war. Wir mussten also nicht darauf achten wann wir ankommen, wann wir genau abreisen, wir mussten niemand anrufen dass wir bald ankommen oder auf jemand warten der uns den Schlüssel gab. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr schön ist dass ein Wäschetrockner im Haus ist, das ist kein Standard in Portugal. Es gibt auch genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Am Anfang war es sehr kalt und feucht im Haus, nach einem Tag war aber alles aufgeheizt und trocken. Was nicht so schön war ist dass dieses Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zum Oasis Parque ist und manche Leute diese Strasse als Rennstrecke benützen. In der Beschreibung steht dass dieses Haus für 8 Personen geeignet ist, aber ich denke dass 6 Personen wirklich genug sind. Die Räume sind nicht sehr groß, vor allem die Küche ist extrem klein. Alles in allem ein nettes Haus um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer ein Luxushaus erwartet ist hier falsch, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wer ein Luxushaus sucht muss mindestens dreimal soviel bezahlen wie hier.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a well equipped house with comfortable beds and a dryer which I understand in Portugal is a luxury. It is well located for exploring the Algarve and is close to supermarkets, the Portimao market and other shopping. The indoor pool at the club house is wonderful. We found that the house and contents could do with upgrading and some of the space heaters need to be replaced. We found the house clean and after 2 weeks had it cleaned again. The owners very kindly paid for this service which we appreciated. A good spring clean of the cupboards in the kitchen, the fireplace, the bed skirts and other places that do not get attention in a weekly clean would be beneficial. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Fantastic accommodation

We had a great time at this villa,it was like home from home with everything you need,great location,very comfortable and supermarket 5mins walk.Great base for travelling to any of the wonderful beaches and resorts.We always hire a car so that we can visit places along the Algarve but there’s a very good bus service which we have used in the past. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back in the future. Alison and Julian

Good size but in need of some TLC

The best thing about this villa is its size and room arrangement. It is large enough to accommodate a multi generational family or group of friends. There were plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. The down side is that it is in need of some major TLC and replacement or servicing of the more aged appliances. Whilst it has a new large screen TV, the dishwasher is only partially automatic and very inefficient, at the end of the holiday we resorted to sink and dishcloth. The BBQ was more rust than metal and the gas fire was reluctant to light, (needed out of season even in Portugal). The Air con units continued to blow cold air despite being set for warm. A recycling system is in use in certain areas of Portugal including this one. Divided waste needs to be carried down the street to be deposited in the appropriate containers, however there is no indication of this in the villa, nor are there suitable receptacles provided. The properties location is ideal for getting to the centre, however this is also the road used by some of the locals as a rat run and care needs to be taken. With regard to the sports centre, the pool is excellent, but the heating was turned of along with the Jacuzzi. in our second week. The changing facilities are basic. The complex shares that unloved feel prevalent in the villa and Portugal generally. There appears to be a lack of understanding between the Owners and the site reception, we were instructed by the owners to contact reception with any problems, when we attempted to do so they denied any responsibility. Also the owners were less than responsive to any communication from us. A simplifies 'Instruction manual' could be provided. The instruction to clean the villa on leaving is excessive considering a cleaning fee has been paid. This property is more viable for a summer holiday than out of season, especially for the larger family.

Excellent stay at this Villa

The property was ideal for our holiday in the Algarve. Great central location for visiting different areas along the coast and in land. Easy access to very good facilities at Oasis Park, and within walking distance of supermarkets and, importantly, two excellent local restaurants. The Villa was spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. 'Feet up' time on the lounge furniture was very welcome!

PERFECT VILLA AND RESORT

We had a lovely holiday at Villa 20 . The villa is airy and spacious plenty room for 4 adults and 3 teenage children More or less everything is provided, lots of towels, bedding, Cookware, although we did very little cooking as we used the BBQ provided Enough outdoor seating for all of us, Villa clean plus lovely and cool due to shutters and a/c . Very close to clubhouse. The owner Lesley very accommodating and helpful. The Oasis Parque complex is lovely, perfect place for families, close to local restaurant , supermarket , mall all within easy walking distance . We found taxis very cheap so did not bother with car hire. Would definitely go there again All of the the party would highly recommend Villa 20 and the Oasis Parque Resort.

I live in England and run my own business. My husband and I love portugal and had been returning every year and so we decided to purchase a holiday home with other family members.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose the oasis parque complex because it is secluded and quiet but is also close enough for the more action packed days. My children have grown up having their summer holidays at the villa and it is a treasured family possession.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The villa has full access to the country club and is about 100 yards from the entrance. When the heat gets too much you can always come back to the villa and turn on the air con!
