Ce bel appartement spacieux situé sur Zephyros Village a un grand soleil balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer Méditerranée. L'appartement est proche de l'académie de golf, à quelques 10 minutes à pied du Club House, Retreat Spa et Annabelle Croft Tennis Academy, restaurants et autres installations de villégiature. Zephyros Village dispose d'une belle piscine communale joliment aménagé avec beaucoup de chaises longues et des zones ombragées. Un débordement offre une vue imprenable donnant à proximité Secret Valley Golf Course, puis plus loin vers la mer Méditerranée étincelante. La lumière et le plan de vie et spacieuse salle à manger ouverte offre l'espace idéal pour se détendre, et ouvre sur le balcon afin que vous n'êtes jamais à court d'une vue. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un bon petit déjeuner bar 2 places. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bains. Le balcon est parfaitement positionné pour prendre le soleil toute la journée, et offre de merveilleux couchers de soleil dans la soirée. L'intérieur de la propriété est entièrement climatisé tout au long, plus les unités peut chauffer aussi pour confort toute l'année.

Perfect stay

We were able to spend two relaxing weeks in this superbly furnished apartment. The description and photos are accurate. The location is ideal for golfers, but also for exploring the island. Very attentive, friendly host. We would love to come back.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely location

We had a lovely time at the apartment. The location is quiet and the views amazing. You have to watch the sunset from the balcony! Great communication from the owners before and during our stay. The apartment is spacious, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We would love to stay there again.

Fabulous!

Great well equipped comfortable apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal - near the airport, near to Paphos and easy to access surrounding areas. The Thursday Greek night in the village Kouklia is a must! It gives the opportunity to sample some traditional Greek Cypriot dishes, wine, entertainment and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Great location, well equipped, good value for money

Apartment is in excellent, quiet sea-facing location. Great sunsets. Well equipped for self catering, though an armchair to supplement sofa would be good. A couple of maintenance issues were addressed and resolved quickly and Luca is good at communicating. Good choice at Aphrodite Hills.

No place I’d rather be

This was my third visit to the apartment. That ought to say enough! It’s situated on a beautiful resort, ideally placed along stunning coastline, with everything I need to enjoy my favourite parts of Cyprus. Or you can just come here, simply TO BE. Luca & Paola ensure that everything they can possibly do has been done to make your stay perfect, and in the unlikely event of there being something required, they are super quick to respond in a friendly way. There is actually no need to leave this apartment. The huge balcony catches sun all day and by evening the views are stunning. The balcony furniture is of great quality and inside is minimal but clean, comfortable and does the job. Chilly, stay at home evenings are no problem too with full English speaking TV! Great WiFi too. My home from home :)

Beautiful views in safe, modern complex. Very comprehensively furnished with all mod. cons and lovely Welcome Pack. Fabulous and huge balcony overlooking valley and sea. Slightly ‘tired’ bathrooms but clean and spacious.. Unfortunately, we suffered a couple of leaks but quickly sorted. Would recommend x

Perfect location

We recently spent 2 lovely weeks at this property. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need from towels to utensils and crockery. This is a fantastic apartment in a great location in Cyprus. It has everything you need and lots of facilities on site. It's not far from some great restaurants, Paola & Luca were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly return to this apartment.

Apartment with great view and in good location

Very nice landlord with lots of support on restaurants, hot spots and help. Also the view from the terrace is great - esp. sunset in the evening.

Amazing accommodation

We was in Cyprus in Luca’s house for the second time. The position in aphrotite hills is really good, there is a lot of attractions inside the village: you can ride horse, play golf, swim in the swimming-pull, do a nice trekking, play tennis, find good restaurant and do more other things. The house is really nice, spacious and very clean. The big terrace is amazing . You can eat and admire the sea and the sunset in the evening. The kitchen have all accessories that you can need. The check in was easy and really fast. Luca is really kind and available. Go in this amazing place.

Unfortunately we were not able to travel but Luca was very nice and tried everything for us to use the villa and would let our family and friends to use it. No one used it which was a pity

Wonderful time on the terrace

I was traveling with a group of friends and we all were very happy staying at Luca's apartment, spacious, clean, very good located and with a wonderful spacious terrace facing directly the Seaview and the sunset. Overall the apartment is fully equipped with all what we needed including good wifi, cable TV with many international channels, air condition, barbecue. The village Square with several restaurants and supermarket is at quick walking distance. Definitely a good choice, recommended, we will come back for sure.

Fantastic, spacious and well equipped apartment with amazing sea views from the balcony

This is our third year staying in Lucas apartment as a family with two young children and as previous years, it didn’t fail to impress. The whole process from the point of booking is simple and Luca makes great communication with arrival instructions ready for your stay making the whole arrival stressless. The apartment is very light, modern and spacious, it is also well kept and clean and very well equipped with all the essentials you will need. The sea views from the balcony are amazing and makes light work of enjoying the views with a glass of wine in the evening watching the sun set. The pool is a 30second walk and is well maintained and cleaned with modern shower and toilet facilities. Overall we have had another fantastic family holiday, so much so we have already booked again with Luca for 2019.

This is an excellent apartment with great communication and care provided by the owners. We stay regularly at Aphrodite Hills and will definitely return to this property. Having all day sunshine on the balcony is a real plus too!

we have choosen Aphrodite Hills as our holiday place as it is so wonderful, so perfect, we could not resist to buy our holyday house here. the resort is modern and with all the facilities you might need, the apartament is perfect for 4 people, with a very relaxing terrace with perfect sea view. We have added 2 spare foldable beds, so in case 6 people can sleep in the apartment , 3 each bedroom

i think this place is very special, i got in love with Aphrodite hills at first view, I think in Cyprus this is absolutely the most charming and luxury location.

you will have a fantastic sea view , a nice and modern apartment with wifi, cable tv, functional kitchen and spacious sitting/dining room, clean bedlinen , towels , sea towels. you can enjoy our shared pool, 2 minutes walk. you will be happy!
