I wish we could have stayed longer. Supremely comfortable this house was set up fabulously for a large family party, with access to the shore for beachcombing and swimming, outdoor space with a lawn for games, and a formal garden for enjoyment. Probably the most comfortable sofas I have ever encountered. The description on website doesnt do this place justice - we loved it!
Absolutely amazing views and scenery right from the back garden. We saw seals and porpoise, went for walks, took bikes up through the forest trails, sampled the beer at the local micro-brewery, went paddle boarding and more. It's an excellent base to explore a beautiful area with so much to offer. The house is so comfortable and well-equipped. Would love to go back again.
A marvellous home and stunning location for a family break
We felt the advertising underplayed the simple beauty of this holiday home. A massive thanks to Fiona, the team and to the local people who made us feel so welcome in these trying times. Of course, the magnificent weather we experienced was the icing on the cake.
From the moment we saw the property from the ferry we knew it was special. The inside was beautiful and very comfortable with 5 en suite bedrooms and an Aga.
The outside stole the show though, amazing outside space with raised decking and breathtaking views. We even managed to get good weather overall which meant we could fully enjoy the beach and the loch.
Would recommend and would hope to visit again.
Location unica, casa super accogliente e ben curata in ogni dettaglio, spazio esterno molto ampio, posto tranquillo per trascorrere giorni di relax. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.
A wonderful place from which to explore the Highlands
We had a wet 2 weeks and it was a joy to be able to come back to such a warm and comfortable house; there was always hot water and room for us all to unwind. There was plenty of room and we filled it with family and friends. Many thanks
Kate W.

Hi,
My name is Fiona and I run Corran Lighthouse Lodge for the owners, Catherine & Fi. I live in Edinburgh but am in constant contact with Cathy, who is the Housekeeper for the Lodge. Although the Lodge is only a short ferry journey across Loch Linnhe you really do feel you have been transported into a world of tranquillity and beauty.
I am more than happy to help plan your stay at the Lodge.
The old Lighthouse keeper's lodgings were lovingly converted into this stunning self catering holiday home which the owners have made warm and beautiful place to stay.
The Lodge is in the perfect location for exploring Lochaber and Ardnamurchan. The working lighthouse located in the garden adds a special atmosphere to any holiday and the lights can be viewed from the master bedroom (but not when the curtains are closed!)
You will love the remote feeling of the Lodge but with the knowledge you are only 8 miles (plus the ferry) from Fort William which many facilities.
Whether you are a serious walker or just want to enjoy the sights you can access some amazing views. Either a walk or a gondola ride takes you up Nevis range with views to take your breath away.
