Ce charmant studio est situé dans le complexe toujours populaire de Port Royale Los Cristianos. Faisant l'objet d'un programme de rénovation, tout est neuf dans l'appartement, la salle de bain, le mobilier etc. C'est un studio très confortable et de bonne qualité à louer. avec WIFI gratuit et climatisation (payant) Port Royale est un complexe très populaire avec sa propre piscine commune et une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec chaises longues gratuites. Le complexe dispose d'un restaurant italien (et plats à emporter) sur place et dispose d'une laverie. Il est situé à côté de deux grands hôtels 4 * qui offrent d'excellents programmes de divertissement en soirée et des installations sportives complètes (dont bowling, tennis, sauna, etc.). La plage, le port et le centre de Los Cristianos sont à 15 minutes à pied. Une bonne sélection de bars, restaurants et supermarchés sont à 5 minutes à pied.
Nous avons également un autre bel appartement 1 chambre à 5 min à pied de Port Royale à Los Diamantes 2 juste en bas de la colline sur la droite.

We enjoyed our stay the apartment was ideal for our stay pool and the surroundings where good the only downside was the walk up the hill really steep. But definitely stay again

Lovely place to stay, clean and well looked after apartment, nice hot shower and the A/C works well and was very useful. Will use this apartment again if available on dates in the future.

Lovely relaxing week.....

The Port Royale complex was very quiet and well kept. We walked to the beach each day and got a taxi back costing 3.15 euros as the hills were too steep to walk as I have an illness. Apartment was clean and tidy, with everything required for a short stay.

Very clean studio

This studio had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely comfortable pillows and good quality towels. Beds are firm. The swimming pool was being revamped, so that be great for future bookings. The apartment and surrounding area is lovely and peaceful.

Accommodation was good a bit disappointed. I’ve booked it because it had a gym. It turned out. It doesn’t have a gym.

Lovely apt and very quiet complex

Couldn't fault anything the studio was larger than most studios.Very well equipped plenty of towels and clean bedding.Ed the owner was out at the same time, he was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.We had a great time this apt comes highly recommended.

Chill week with my best friend

We had a lovely week at this beautiful studio apartment. I know Port Royale very well and usually stay in my Uncle’s place in the complex. The communication with Ed was very good and we had no problems at all while we were there. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Nice apartment - slightly dated

The apartment was pretty much as advertised,if a little more dated than expected. WiFi good and everything you needed was supplied. The owner was very quick to respond when we had password problems with the Wi-Fi - replied to email within 10 mins and all was sorted. Stay was worth the price but the property is in need of a face lift.

Pleasant Stay

Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with regards to key access to the property. The studio was spotless upon arrival. Clean towels were provided. Everything was provided as promised. The beds were comfortable, all the kitchen facilities were available should you wish to dine in. English Tv. Lovely quiet complex. The heated pool was an absolute triumph. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Well equipped studio on quiets well kept complex

Studio was well equipped and nicely refurbished, small but exactly what we needed. Only issue was lack of aircon, although fans were supplied to help with this, sleeping at night was difficult due to the heat as it was 36 degrees while we were there! Complex is quiet, well kept and very clean, but you need to be aware of the many steep hills and / or steps all around the area.

High in Los Christianos

Nice quiet location didn't expect kitchen and bedroom with no wall separation. I suffer with heart and lung problems. The steep walk and steps very demanding.

Clean and tidy studio apartment

The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. The complex and pool area was very clean and plenty of sun beds. Was disappointed that it did not have air conditioning , but that was my fault as I did not realise i had to click on for proper information. One downside is that the complex is at the top of a very steep hill.

Perfect short stay accommodation

Myself and my teenage daughter stayed here for a short break and it was perfect for us. A safe, quiet residential complex with private pool in a newly renovated area. Ed, the owner was friendly and helpful leading up to and during the trip. The apartment has everything you need and more and was comfortable, well maintained and as seen in photos. The complex is situated at the top of a hill and took us 15-17 mins to walk to the main beach area. Fine for us but there’s a taxi rank nearby and the rates are reasonable. Nice restaurants and supermarket within short walking distance. Thank you Ed for your lovely apartment

Had everything we needed

Great little apartment on a residential development, lovely and quiet and well kept. The apartment was clean and very safe and secure with a nice view of the sea and had everything that we needed for a week. The pool area was perfect and lots of bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets within a very short stroll. Plenty of other restaurants within a 10/15 minute stroll and the beach is about a15 minute walk. There are plenty of taxis and taxi ranks if you don't fancy the uphill walk back. A taxi from the beach was only 3.50e. There is a very helpful lady who runs the onsite office who speaks English & Spanish if you do need any help. The owners provided excellent instructions for finding the apartment. Excellent WIFI. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent stay

Super clean studio that had everything myself & my daughter needed for a short 4 day break. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photographs. The pool area is lovely & never an issue getting a sun bed. There is a water machine available close to the pool charging 10 cents a litre, which was really handy for top ups during the day or to refill larger bottles rather than carrying them up from the supermarket. From our initial booking & throughout our stay, communication with the host Ed was excellent, nothing was an issue & he was always quick to respond. The walk downhill to the harbour is approx 15/20 mins, alternatively there are good bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk, along with a decent supermarket. As others have mentioned, the last 5min or so walk back up to the apartment can be challenging due to it’s steepness but we didn’t find this a negative but a keep fit positive!! For those who’d rather jump in a taxi, the fare is less than 4 euros. Altogether a fantastic place on a quiet well maintained complex, I would highly recommend.
