Undercliffe est un appartement bien aménagé au rez-de-chaussée de trois chambres situé sur le front de mer, surplombant la belle plage de sable de Filey Bay et offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. La propriété comprend trois chambres, une cuisine, une salle de bains, des toilettes séparées et un grand salon. Il y a un patio privé à l'avant de la propriété et une cour à l'arrière. La propriété pourra accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. L'appartement dispose du chauffage central et tous les gaz et électricité sont inclus dans le prix. Tout le linge de lit est inclus mais veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes et torchons. Le changement de date est le samedi et de courtes pauses sont disponibles en basse saison. Toutes les commodités de la ville sont accessibles à pied, y compris le golf, la pêche, les magasins, les bars et les restaurants. Les kilomètres de plages de sable fin et la baignade en toute sécurité de Filey le rendent idéal pour les familles, tandis que la géologie et la faune offrent une dimension supplémentaire pour les promeneurs et les amateurs de nature. The beauty of the North Sea

Coffee on the private patio whilst enjoying the beauty of the North Sea on a sunny spring morning is truly living “in the moment”. The space was impeccable and appliances fairly modern while the old world charm of the decor echoed a simpler, more authentic life of vacation by the sea. The internet was a bit spotty at the back of the abode, but that meant truly stepping off the grid and enjoying serenity not always available in the hustle of every day life. A secure location in a very secure building provided peace of mind. The owners supplied all the pertinent information, as well as local points of interest and transportation options. Easily walkable to charming shops, restaurants, and pubs. And, of course, the Beach!

Excellent position

Unfortunately we had problems opening the front door as did the people in the other apartment. The white door into the living room was very dirty with finger marks I had to clean it. The area outside the back door was dirty and uncared for. There was a trail of slime on the carpet indicating a snail had crawled across it. The position was fabulous and with a little extra care could be a fabulous apartment.

A lovely ground floor apartment, everything you could need for a comfy stay. Beds very clean and comfortable. The sea view is wonderful. Also 2 bathrooms a bonus.

An amazing location on Filey seafront this apartment has everything you need for a great seaside holiday.. It is clean , well equipped and the owner will iron out any problems really quickly. We had a great time.

Undercliffe

The apartment was perfect for 2 of the party who have problems walking as once up the two single steps to get in everything was on one level. The view from the bay window was beautiful.With the weather we had we were able to take advantage of the patio area at the front the one down side was there was only 3 chairs and there was 4 of us staying at the property. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

Filey apartment

Absolutely loved every single minute we stayed for 10 nights in this ground floor apartment and it had everything we needed, it’s so clean and spacious and the view from front window is stunning, the weather was perfect so made good use of the patio , felt quite sad when holiday ended but will definitely be returning .

Perfect position on Filey Bay

All good, think it might be useful to specify key safes are outside the front door ; we got stressed trying to open the ones inside the porch which were all redundant. Also, if you're soneone who needs wifi reception, the back of the flat - bedrooms - have very intermittent reception. Otherwise we all felt very happy there, thankyou.

Fabulous apartment with amazing sea views, it was clean and has everything you will need. The patio to the front is lovely to sit on and relax staring at the sea and admire the scenery. Fab location right and had a brilliant time.

Location, Location, Location.

Very spacious property directly across from the.beach. The location means one can easily spend an hour or two on the beach, nip back to the apartment for lunch etc and then head out to the beach again. This is great. The apartment contained everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

A great beach front apt

I was surprised how high the ceilings were and yet how warm it was. There was plenty of room for all of us with enough room to have your own space . 2 bathrooms was a bonus and the view was amazing. I have never stayed so close to the beach FABULOUS.

Very Comfortable Flat

We stayed here for three nights at the beginning of November. The flat was very comfortable and right on the sea front with fantastic views from the lounge window. It was handy for the shops in Filey and travel links.

I spent my childhood holidays in Filey and my brother and myself have many happy memories of these times. I introduced my husband to Filey and again with our five children we had some lovely holidays especially when my parents came as well. We are now introducing our grandchildren to Filey and hopefully they will love it like we do. Perhaps in our dotage they will repay the compliment and take us with them.

It was always my dream to own a property in Filey and I am lucky to have achieved this in such a superb location.
As my dad would say when he sat at the window "best spot in Filey"

Benefits of staying in the property when my children were little it was the closeness to the beach and the shops, for me now it is a haven of peace and a chance to recharge my batteries away from the stress of life.
