L'annexe à Southgate Barn est située au cœur de Snettisham, est proche de toutes les commodités du village, est accessible par sa propre allée de gravier et dispose d'un jardin privé avec terrasse ensoleillée. Il dispose du chauffage central au gaz, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, d'un coin salon avec télévision à écran plat avec TNT et lecteur DVD et d'une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée avec douche à jets Bristan. La chambre double au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre lits jumeaux à l'étage sont finies avec des stores occultants et une literie en coton égyptien pour assurer une nuit de sommeil confortable.

We have just enjoyed a week’s holiday in this beautiful cottage. Andy and Ali were wonderful hosts even greeting us with a home made cake (it’s the little things…) Easily the most homely and well equipped property we’ve stayed in. We cooked most nights and had all we needed to do so. The location is brilliant for things to do as a family/ catering for all ages. A wonderful selection of beaches too! A five star rating from us! A fabulous annexe, well furnished and equipped with a lovely private garden. The location was great, with really easy walking access to Snettisham and a good place from which to explore other places nearby. Andy was a great host - very informative. Would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending it.

very well appointed and comfortable. convenient for kids parks and the Snettisham farm as well as Sandringham. Handy for the beach and local shopping in Snettisham. Children loved it.Friendly and obliging host.

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, had everything you need. Lovely and quiet. Easy check in. Great location - local shop and great pubs in walking distance. Easy access to beaches and attractions. Would definitely return.

Only a few days there, off street parking, walk to everywhere in the village, everything worked! Very accommodating hosts! Lovely sponge/jelly cake.

An excellent little getaway annexe

Andy the host gave us a very warm welcome . The Annexe was very clean with all the usual ameneties and in a very quiet area of the village ,which we loved . Great local pubs and quaint gift shops . Weather was superb.

Stunning barn annexe

We needed a bolt hole for visiting elderly relatives nearby, and what a find this was! Beautifully designed open plan main room, with lounge area, well equipped kitchen and small dining table. Doors off led to the bathroom with good sized shower, and the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There’s also an upstairs bedroom, but as we’re just 2, we didn’t use it. They even left us a lovely homemade cake - what a nice personal touch. Unlike a hotel stay we had to set the dishwasher going & strip the beds, but this didn’t take long!

A few very minor niggles; outside PIR light not working, bathroom mirror light not working. Shower drained very slowly but none of these affected our enjoyment. A very nice property overall so reccommended.

Brilliant Property

A brilliant property in a secluded area with all the privacy a family would need. Andy and Ali were wonderful hosts who made our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised to have a freshly baked cake waiting for us on arrival.

Marvelous

Good instructions to find the property and it is very secluded and peaceful with secure parking. Everything you needed was provided at the property including a lovely Victoria sponge cake. We were attending an Aston Martin gathering at Sandringham that was only about 10 mins away by car.

Lovely clean property, beds were comfortable,kitchen well equipped, Hosts were brilliant and on hand if we needed anything lovely patio, table & chairs Garden was lovely well looked after cant fault the property or the hosts would stay again

We are Andy and Ali and live next door, with our girls Millie and Arabella. We moved to Snettisham 14 years ago after falling in love with the area after many family holidays up here, we’re not quite locals yet but getting there!

A warm welcome awaits you at the Annexe at Southgate Barn in the picturesque Norfolk village of Snettisham, previously voted Norfolk's friendliest village. Snettisham is situated just 2 miles from its own beach and local RSPB nature reserve. The village enjoys the award winning gastro-pub 'The Rose & Crown', a bistro and a good range of local shops.

The Annexe is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. The modern annexe has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.
