Ce charmant cottage rural bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la riviÚre Wye. L'endroit parfait pour une variété d'activités de plein air offertes dans ce domaine ou simplement vous détendre dans le jardin calme et isolée maintenue. Llandogo est un joli petit village avec un pub et restaurant, galerie d'art et un petit magasin vendant toutes les bases. PrÚs de Tintern Abbey, Chùteau de Chepstow et l'hippodrome. Absolutely beautiful location with stunning views over the river Wye. Not much in the village other than a pub but it’s very close to plenty of other towns and villages with good amenities

A perfect Wye Valley getaway

Bank Cottage sits in a perfect location, with amazing views across the Wye Valley. The cottage is full of character, spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a carefree and comfortable stay. There are lovely, though fairly arduous, walks aplenty straight from the cottage, or within easy driving distance.

Home from home with stunning views

Bank cottage has everything you need for a holiday home. It's spacious, extremely well equipped and has views to die for from the stunning raised deck. Only had 2 nights here but we were very sad to leave.

The cottage has a great location to profit of the nature and peace. The view from the cottage is beautiful. And Jean is a great host. Listening and attention for her guests look important and we thank her.

An absolutely amazing place, the pictures don't really do it justice. Waking up and having a coffee on the deck and looking down at the fog in the valley was something else!

We received directions which were brilliant and found the cottage with no problems. We were welcomed by a nice bottle of wine and a welcome card. Cottage is so beautiful warm, everything you could possibly need for your stay. Already looking at booking again soon. Everything I was looking for ❀

I wanted a break with my dogs who are getting older so decided spur of the moment to book this place. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. The drive wasn’t to bad at all and I had great directions from the owner. Thank you so much, I will be back xx

Fab view but need good driving skills

Absolutely gorgeous cottage, just everything that you could want was included. Especially enjoyed our breakfast and evening class of wine sat on elevated decking. Played Crib and cards there most nights. Getting to the property a bit tricky, need good clutch and brake control. However didn't bother me. Just fabulous.

Peaceful

We have visited Bank Cottage in the past years. It is a lovely cosy cottage, well maintained and has everything you need for any length of stay. The views are so beautiful no matter what time of year you visit. Our stay was full of great walks in the Wye Valley Forest and we actually found the Cleddon Falls which was an amazing walk. Our dog enjoyed all the excercise and made himself at home in the evening next to the log fire. I would highly recommend Bank Cottage. The host is very helpful and always answers any questions you may have. Will defo be booking to stay again next year. Plenty to do for the children on a wet day, plenty of games and Dvds available. A very cosy cottage, quiet and peaceful away from everything. Great garden too very safe for dogs and children.

Absolutely beautiful cottage and stunning views. There's plenty of dog walks nearby and the garden is dog proof, so they can't escape. We've a small jack Russel and she couldn't get out. No shops nearby. Closest supermarket is around 5 miles away, so next time we go we'll be better prepared. We have absolutely no complaints, except there wasn't a potato peeler, was a bit of a nuisance having to use a knife, but hardly something to complain about. We've booked again in March.

Geweldige locatie

De locatie van het huis was fenomenaal. Het uitzicht op de rivier Wye was vanaf de veranda waar je kunt zitten en eten echt heel mooi en rustgevend. Het huis is bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien en erg proper. Warm aanbevolen

Bank Cottage

Bank cottage is an amazing property situated in the beautiful area. Idyllic view overlooking the village.We had a lovely time and certainly didn't want to leave - will definitely be booking again in near future.

Jean the owner could not have been more helpful. Finding Bank Cottage is very easy with the directions. Tony and Eileen who are the cottage caretakers took great care of us as well. They are terrific people and very kind and gave great advice on local pubs and restaurants. The road up and then down to the driveway is no problem. Just take it slow, the people in the neighborhood are very friendly. Bank Cottage itself is in a stunning location with magnificent views over Llandogo and the Wye. We felt so at home, so quiet and clean and the cottage snug was fantastic for rainy days and evenings. Kitchen was also great. The location allowed us to really explore the Wye regions, all the way to Hay-on-Wye. Only about an hour from rambling in the Brecon Beacon area as well. Highly recommended!

Fabulous cottage and view’s amazing.

We had a wonderful time at Bank Cottage. Well equipped and lovely and clean. The garden was excellent for our dog. The decking area was fab. Only thing to consider lots of steps so not good for people with mobility issues. We will definitely be back. Wine was a nice welcome x

Beautiful location and cottage

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a short break. The views are superb. Great walks from the cottage and a great location for lots of attractions on the area. Some of the roads are very narrow and steep leading up and down to the cottage, something to be aware of to make sure your car can handle it! Worth it for such a lovely place to stay though.
