Nice apartment

Loved the balcony in the apartment great for sun bathing. A little set back from the main road but we were ok once we knew where everything was. Excellent comms with the owner. Would.definately stay here again

Fab holiday, brilliant location!

We had an amazing holiday. This apartment has everything you need, the location is great 10 mins from the main tomb of the kings road which you can pick up the bus to either the harbour or coral bay, it has a lovely pool even has a bar area with pool table. Alison has been great, quick to respond if you need anything and has made the whole booking process simple. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Lovely Apartment in good location

Apartment is clean and spacious and has everything you need for a short break in Cyprus. Handy for most things in and around Paphos - less than 30 walk to most things or nearby bus routes into the Harbour area or out to Coral Bay etc. Hosts were responsive and very helpful throughout the process. Happy to recommend to others.

great holiday

the apartment is lovely ,bit of a walk to shops,bars and restaurants but i knew that,complex is a bit rundown, sunloungers ripped and dirty and pool not very clean .Could not get on wifi called jane to tell her said she would call back but never did Anne and John

Thank you for your review and I hope you had a lovely holiday! I am concerned with regard to the pool area not being up to scratch, particularly about the pool being dirty. My belief is that it is cleaned once a week and twice during high season. I will voice my concerns with the Management company. With regard to the wifi not working, Jane contacted me immediately about this and I got on to the supplier immediately, who checked their end and said everything was working. Apologies, you didn't have a call back with an update, but after the checks and not hearing from you again, I thought all was well. Regards Alison

Lovely holiday!

Lovely spacious apartment! Huge balcony overlooking the pool, nice place for enjoying a glass of wine or two in the evening. Pool was great for keeping cool in very hot temperatures and George from the pool bar was a real character! Fab place for families and close to lots of great places to eat...favourite place was Rimini's! Fantastic food at Riminis and a free taxi there and back. The views and watching the sunset from Muse is also a must! Nice apartment in a good location.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic terrace!

When we walked into this apartment it was wonderful. Just like looking at the pictures. The space is fantastic and having a bathroom to each bedroom is a huge plus. The terrace is huge ... a real suntrap. The pool area was clean and George at the pool bar very helpful. Maybe Paphos wasn't for us but this apartment and the complex was wonderful!

2 week Holiday

We have been to the Oracle for many years now and me and my partner loved this apartment the best out of all the ones we have originally stayed in. The apartment had everything you needed was very clean and just what we needed. Alison was very accommodating and helped with any thing we needed from before and after we arrived. The poolside bar is also great with George entertaining you. We would recommend this apartment to stay in if you are visiting Paphos. We would defiantly stay here again.

Lovely 2 Bed Apartment With Great Hosts

We loved our stay in this 2 bed apartment as there was absolutely everything you needed for a self catering holiday and communication with the host, Alison, was great.We did experience a couple of issues at the very start of our holiday but these things could have happened to anyone at any time. Whats important is that Alison and her property Manager Jane sorted them very quickly and efficiently

Fab modern apartment!

This was our first time to Cyprus and this apartment was perfect, very modern and in a great location. There was everything we needed in the apartment from water and beer in the fridge to free toiletries in the 2 bathrooms . Alison and Andy were very quick to return any email I sent and also sorted out a couple of queries straight away. We hired a car and toured a lot of the island but to get to the many bars and restaurants we walked to within 10 mins.. And I'm not the fastest of walkers. I recommend horse riding at Eagle Mountain.. They collect you from the Oracle Resort and the whole experience was amazing, also great fun was Lockdown Paphos. We loved going to Cocos bar for great cocktails and Asad the host was brilliant. Fav restaurant was Fat Mamas.. Make sure you go hungry as the portions were huge! All in all a fab holiday and recommend this apartment for all

Lovely apartment

Myself, husband and 11 yr old have just returned from a 9 night stay and have had a great time. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a lovely large terrace which we enjoyed sitting out on in the evening. We spent a few afternoons around the pool which was clean and generally quite quiet. There was never an issue getting a sunbed, although some were broken and in need of replacing. It was nice to have a bar area to take advantage of for lunch/drinks and the chap who runs it was very friendly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is for the location which is a little out of the way. The bus service is great, but the stop is still a 10/15 mins walk down to the main road. We used the bus to get to the harbour, aqua park and across to Corallia Bay which was great for snorkelling. Alison was really easy to communicate with and very accommodating when we had to reschedule our dates from last year. Check in/out was hassle free.

Wonderful holiday, fab appartment

This was our first holiday in Paphos, Cyprus and what a wonderful holiday we had. The apartment was immaculate, with its modern and spacious feel it had everything we wanted and more. The veranda was our favourite spot, it was lovely to be able to have the room to not only to eat outside but to also be able to sunbathe was a real bonus. We also loved sitting out there in the evenings especially with the twinkly lights and the gentle breeze going through the palm trees. It was also great to have information on hand when we first arrived about the local area such as places of interest, places to eat buses taxi’s etc. as we found this to be invaluable. The complex and the pool area were very clean and the staffs around the apartment were also very friendly and polite. We felt at ease to let our children (12&16) go off on their own whether to play in the pool or around the snackbar/ games area. The location of the apartment was fab, the main strip (the Tomb of the Kings road) was just a 10/15minute walk away and roughly the same distance to the old Town (but in the opposite direction) we found some really great restaurants and all reasonably priced too. The harbour is also worth visiting with lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to all our friends and family, a home from home holiday but with much better weather.

Great Apartment

The apartment was lovely and overall had a lovely stay. It had all the utensils you would expect at home. My partner had to use a wheelchair during our stay and we didnt have any issues moving around the apartment, although access to the shower room was a bit of a problem as it was small. For a non-disabled person it would have been adequate. The only item which had been described as being availabe was kitchen roll - there was only one sheet left for our use. Not being technically minded, and although there were instructions on how to use the digi box - We were unable to make it work. The instructions referred to pressing the red button 'once' only, however, accidentally pressing it twice, the instructions didn't provide other instructions if you happened to press it twice. We did not contact the owner/manager as we felt we really didnt need to use the TV being on holiday. The occupants in the two apartments below were playing loud 'rap' and other music (not to our taste) although you couldn't hear this if you had the terrace doors/windows shut. The bar was adequately stocked with alcoholic/soft drinks and ice cream with a menu for hot snacks which, if needed, could be boxed up and taken back to your apartment. There is a mini-market on site, but very poorly stocked. The complex could do with a few more trees to block out some of the noise from groups of people. With just only minor negatives, we would be happy to stay here again.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you were happy with the apartment. Apologies though with regard to the oversight of the kitchen roll. Such a shame you didn't message me about the TV or even contacted the free support number in Cyprus. I have however, written new instructions for the TV and hope this is of help to future guests. Unfortunately we have no control over other peoples inconsiderate behaviour, which can be very annoying at times I agree. I usually find a polite little word with them works or if all else fails, speaking to someone on the complex that works there, George at the bar is always very helpful! I'm glad this didn't spoil your holiday and hopefully you will book again in the future. Regards Alison

Beautiful place!

We just spent a week in Allison's apartment. The place exceeded our expectations - everything is there for a great vacation. Enough room for 4 people, the kitchen is equipped very well and everything is in a good shape. The apartment is part of a resort and has a great pool. Allison receives an A+ for her communication. Every question I had was answered within minutes. Thank you Allison!

Das perfekte Apartment um Ferien zu geniessen

Wir haben unsere 6 Wochen in dem sehr schönen Apartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt in Bezug auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. In gibt in der Nähe jede Art von Restaurants in denen man gut Essen kann. Alison und Deborah sind sehr Hilfsbereit sollte etwas Anliegen und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Sollten wir wieder nach Paphos kommen ist diese Unterkunft zu Oberst auf der Liste.

Geräumige, gut eingerichtete Wohnung in gepflegter Ferienanlage mit schönem Pool

Wohnung und Anlage angenehm, tolle grosse Terrasse. Lage auch gut, aber ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert v.a. mit kleinen Kindern. Königsgräber und arch. Park sehr nah. Zur Tombs of the Kings Road kann man problemlos zu Fuss. Praktisch, dass die Bar am Pool auch abends gröffnet hat und einfache Speisen anbietet. Eingekauft haben wir im Lidl und (besseres Angebot) im Supermarkt des nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrums. Es gibt auch kleineren Supermarkt in Fussdistanz. Akamas Schlucht lohnt einen Ausflug. Coral Bay und Geroskipou Beach haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Praktische Informationen der Vermieter. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer haben wir als rel. grossgewachsene Personen als wenig bequem enpfunden.

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned home after a week at this lovely apartment, it is exactly as you see on the photographs, very clean and tidy and has everything you need on a self catering holiday. The air conditioning was amazing in every room and the free WI FI was fantastic!!! The outside patio area is amazing it’s so big and overlooks the pool. George from the pool bar is a great character and nothing is too much trouble the drinks are reasonably priced too. We would recommend this apartment which is a credit to the owners.

Amazing property

What an amazing apartment, it has everything you need and more for a relaxed holiday the pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed the pool bar which is ran by George and Panic and also enjoyed Panics restaurant at the harbour which we went 3 times. Alison and Andy are wonderful, they keep you informed about everything and the maps etc they sent were really helpful. I fully recommend this apartment in a wonderful part of the island.

What a little gem

A lovely apartment with an amazing balcony that we spent many a happy hour on. It's a great complex, the bar staff led by George were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and old Paphos is delightful. You get free transfers from the bar to Rimini restaurant where we had a great night. Thanks to Andy and Alison, who own this apartment, for being very helpful, we can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic apartment everything you need clean and tidy enjoyed our stay

The apartment was very nice clean and fresh looking , it was equipped with everything you needed and more , we have a fantastic week there , would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in paphos
