Bienvenue à 'One York House' notre petit paradis niché dans le coeur de la belle Llandudno au pied du Great Orme. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans notre hébergement de luxe magnifique, qui se vantent tout le confort que vous pourriez souhaiter dans votre logement de vacances.

Notre 1 chambre de l'appartement est très spacieux et est également adapté à la fois un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. La chambre de taille grande de la famille a un beau lit double et un lit Jour millésime 'Laura Ashley Style' qui se transforme en 2 lits simples.

Mettez votre forme et se détendre sur un énorme canapé en forme de L et de regarder un film. Le canapé se transforme en un lit double pour les enfants qui préfèrent dormir dans une pièce séparée à la maman et papa.

Toutes les chambres sont élégantes et spacieuses. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine à la fois moderne avec un grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four, plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes et tous les ustensiles de cuisine vous avez à la maison. Une machine à laver et sèche-linge séparée sont fournis.

Notre magnifique salle de bain contient une baignoire et une grande cabine de douche séparée, selon que vous voulez être prêt pour le jour ou vous détendre dans une soirée.

Le salon dispose d'une table de salle à manger complète et chaises pour le repas du soir, ou si la soirée est agréable, vous pourrez dîner à l'extérieur sur le patio. Dans la journée, le patio offre un petit coin de Sun piège »aussi. Un parasol et transats sont fournis.

Tech moderne est couvert avec wifi gratuit, un Samsung Smart TV avec BBC iPlayer, Youtube, etc, et un haut-parleur Bluetooth pour se connecter à votre téléphone

Naturellement tout le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis.

Parking gratuit routière est directement à l'extérieur de la propriété. Une fois arrivé, pourquoi ne pas laisser la voiture derrière et prenez votre temps pour explorer le charme victorien préservé de ce joyau du Nord du Pays de Galles. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes vers le bal et de la jetée ou encore la tête dans l'autre sens à la plage de West Shore pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Snowdonia. Ensuite, la tête en arrière pour un verre de vin et certains repas en plein air sur notre abri, patio plein sud.

Parking was plentiful with us being able to find a spot directly in front on all but one evening and there was an option directly around the corner. Unit was clean and as advertised. Would stay there again.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery and pots. The room was good size and clean. The mattress quality wasn’t good though and the bed size felt smaller than usual double bed that we have at home. We were told that the sofa bed in the lounge will be set up but it wasn’t. It took us sometime to figure out where the duvet and pillows would be and then to set up the bed, but once set it up it was easy to fold it back everyday.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the town but in a quiet road. The outside space was good, comfortable and caught the evening sun. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

An excellent property - warm, spacious but cosy & very well placed.

This property really helped to make our stay in Llandudno very enjoyable. It was very well decorated & furnished & very very clean. It was well equipped but I have to admit that we would have liked a tea-pot & milk jug (and a better dish cloth). Everything else - superb! Llandudno is a lovely place for a holiday & I hope we will return. I would certainly recommend this property.

You'll want for nothing at this lovely apartment. Ten minutes walk to the sea front,yet in a quiet street.Parking outside the door.If you enjoy a pint of beer Wetherspoons is five minutes walk.I think Llandudno is one of my favourite seaside towns.

Anniversary weekend

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean and excellently equipped. We were extremely comfortable and wanted for nothing. The location was quiet and yet within a very easy walk into town with all its amenities. The host made contact and was available, if needed, throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider another visit to the area and would definitely stay in the property again.

Absolutely perfect Llandudno apartment

There is nothing I could say to fault this lovely apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are large and well appointed, particularly the main bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout, a lovely bathroom and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including washer and dryer. Parking was free and available outside every day even though it was a very busy period, so that was a bonus, and it’s a short stroll to town. Michael was a pleasure to deal with….we’ll be back!

Lovely apartment in a great location

A super basement apartment very close to town centre. We had no trouble parking right outside the front gate throughout the first week of July. Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed and the bonus of a little sun trap terrace for relaxing in. Great communication from the owner. We did find the towels to be very small and thin, so you might want to take your own.

Superb, quiet apartment nestled in the heart of Llandudno!

This beautiful apartment, situated just three blocks from pubs, restaurants, shopping, beaches and the Orme has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Heated flooring, beautifully decorated, a spacious living/dining room area, separate shower and a tub, and a bonus lounge area with an additional TV in the large, comfortable bedroom. Bright and spacious, this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting a quiet place to hang out, or to be in close proximity to the local scene. This apartment was the highlight of our trip to Wales! Thank you to hosts Michael and Katharine for their detailed information and impeccable attention to detail!

Spacious, luxurious, conveniently located.

This is a very comfortable property! Although it was just my husband and me we really appreciated the roominess of the apartment. We had plenty of room for our things and to relax when we were not out exploring. The kitchen has a washer AND A DRYER! We loved that and made good use of it. The property was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The location was ideal-we we were able to leave the car parked and walk everywhere including to the summit of The Great Orme. Highly recommend this property!

This apartment is an real gem. Situated in a quiet road just a short walk to the promenade. It been renovated to a very high standard with everything you need to enjoy a home away from home holiday experience. Fantastic weeks stay

Just back from a fantastic 1st weeks stay in “One York House”. Apartment far exceeded our expectations and had everything you need & more for a self catering break. Apartment is centrally located, in a quiet street, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Llandudno. Walk one way into the centre and the other way to the west shore area. We throughly recommend a visit to “portmeirion”and also “the snowdonia mountain railway”. We enjoyed eating at The Cottage Loaf and Dylan’s restaurants. All communications with the owner Michal were great and we will definitely be back!

Superb first visit!

Everything from booking to arriving at the apartment went very smoothly. Fresh, clean and well furnished apartment conveniently placed for all Llandudno has to offer. Totally enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return to this little gem.

We love owning a property within easy reach of where we live, that we can visit throughout the year and really spend some quality family time together down in charming Llandudno and the beautiful North Wales countryside.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We spent our family holiday in 2011 staying at a friends apartment in Llandudno. Immediately we fell in love with town. It's well maintained Victorian Character is very appealing. The West Shore Beach is breathtaking at Sunset. We also adore exploring the Great Orme. There is an abundance of choice of nice restaurants too.
During that holiday we came across this apartment and instantly knew it was the property for us. It is 1 of 7 luxury apartments in a 4 storey Victorian property that has been fully renovated and modernised in 2011. Llandudno is the perfect location for short breaks for us and needless to say we feel very lucky to own such a beautiful holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay at 'One York House' as much as we do.
