Luxueuse villa des Cyclades avec piscine privée et vue sur le golfe. Soigneusement conçue, haut de gamme avec des matériaux sélectifs, comme le marbre, le bois ou la pierre naturelle. La villa d’environ 290 m2 est situé dans un domaine en forme d’amphithéâtre sur la côte sud-ouest de Andros, à moins de 10 minutes de route du port de Gavrio, et à 5 minutes de doute de la plage de sable de la baie de Fellos. Cette villa unique sur l’île, facilement accessible tout au long de l’année, a été conçue avec des matériaux naturels et écologiques, en combinant l’architecture traditionnelle des Cyclades avec l’architecture moderne, afin de satisfaire les goûts de ses propriétaires en termes de luxe et de confort. La villa, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Fellos et sur la vallée verdoyante qui se dessine entre les montagnes, s’étend sur trois niveaux, peut loger 8 personnes dans 4 chambres et salles de séjour, et est complètement indépendante, avec un jardin paysager exclusif.

Fantastic villa

We stayed at Villa Etheria with our two children (aged 2 and 4) and some friends (who had 1 and 3 year olds). The villa was perfect: beautifully furnished to a very high spec and well maintained, with a fantastic pool. The views down to Fellos beach (a short 5 minute drive or 2.5km run / walk away) are fantastic, and the beach there was perfect for the children. The villa is well located, a short drive from the ferry port of Gavrio where there's a supermarket and plenty of tavernas. Also not far from O Kosis, a well regarded taverna up in the hills, although our favourite was the one down by Fellos. I would heartily recommend the villa. If you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet, it's ideal - we barely heard a peep from the other two villas above and below Etheria (which also looked fantastic) such is the clever design and landscaping. It's worth noting that it was very windy when we were there, but this was actually a blessing - it kept things cool, kept mosquitos away, and the villa is so well designed that all the outdoor areas are very well sheltered by either the building, screens, or trees / shrubs in the garden. Lastly, it was perfect for two families - we took the ground floor while our friends took the top one, with the middle floor devoted to a kitchen and open plan living area. So you can have a bit of privacy from each other if you want. All in all, probably the best villa we've rented in Greece (having previously stayed in Crete and Cephalonia). The slightly elongated journey to get there (plane, car, ferry, car) was well worth it and the cold beers and wine on arrival, not to mention a delicious lasagne, certainly did the trick. Fabulous Villa

We had a wonderful 14 days . The villa and the pool are lovely. The service from Korinna and the other staff were fantastic from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. The villa is cleaned every day and there's always someone to help if needed. The villa is on three levels so plenty of space and there are two kitchens if required! All the rooms and bathrooms are in immaculate conditions. You did have the feeling of staying in a 5*hotel. Car definitely needed and there is a wonderful secluded beach about a 5 minute drive away. My only comment is that if you are renting a car get a relatively powerful one as there are a number of steep hills to climb!

Amazing Island ideal for Children!

Our stay at Heliades Villas in Andros was very enjoyable. Villa Etheria is spacious, clean , comfortable and beautiful and looks just the same as the pictures online. The view from the terrace is breathtaking . We were very warmly welcomed and Korinna, the owner, had prepared a delicious meal on our arrival. Andros is genuine, quiet and away from mass tourism. At night we heard the goat and rooster crowing. Greek delicious cuisine and hospitality of the Greeks are impressive! Taverns are open at any time. We traveled with our daughters and it is the ideal place for children. Seeking authenticity and peace, we highly recommend this Villa and Andros Island really worth the visit. Many thanks to Korinna, the cooks and guards for your Warm welcome. Melanie and family.

Awesome Vacation!

We are connected to Andros, visiting every year, and it was obvious for us to have our wedding here on this beautiful island of the Cyclades. Andros is clearly a special place, made by the kindness of the wonderful and friendly islanders. The perfect get away. And with the Villa Helias, we found the perfect location for the ceremony and our honeymoon. Although it may sound like a cliché, but the property owners Korinna and Pavlos are really amazing people. As you can imagine, as foreigners having a wedding on an island requires quite some organization. We are so happy, having had Korinna and Pavlos on our side. They were entirely dedicated in their support during the whole process. Right from the first contact by mail, they were thrilled to help us with our wedding here at the magical Villa Helias. They shared their ideas and expertise regarding the organization, and supported us with the local municipal, the legal paperwork, and even made it happen that the Mayor consummated the legal marriage act right here at the beautiful garden of the Villa. They provided us with the equipment needed for the celebration at the Villa, and were actually here to support us with the preparation of the arrangement of the table for 30 guests. And Korinna and Pavlos did it all in their unique warm-hearted way which made us feel like family rather than tenants. True hospitality by a wonderful couple. The minute you enter Villa Helias, you feel like coming home. You want for nothing in the Villa, everything you need is there. Obviously, Korinna and Pavlos paid attention to details and selected all with love, but without being pretentious, and lacking the sterility of other five star hotels. It is just like we said, coming home. We have been to many places around the world and met many people, but Korinna and Pavlos are truly special. They walk the talk and everything they do, they do it with their heart. We are really grateful to have met them. The Villa Helias rests exposed at the top of the hill, with an amazing and spectacular view into the other hills, the valley, and the ocean. You watch the island as it is, pure, authentic, and honest. Just sitting on the veranda makes you forget troubles at work, makes you even forget, at all. It just invites you to sit there and be while watching the surrounding in green, and in blue and in rocks. Lovely Villa!

For once so much better than the pictures - and the pictures & photos are amazing! We were overwhelmed by the luxuriousness of the place. Lovely and spacious. Met all our needs and beyond. Thank you Korinna for providing such a gem on such a beautiful island. Our 4th visit to Andros, so i think we'll be back! Thanks also to Vasilis & Aliona - perfect caretakers. It feels like home!

We once again had an incredible month in this Villa! It was absolutely stunning! Our stay here in Andros was full of excitement, enjoyment, and most of all relaxation all of which was ideally complimented by the luxury of this Villa. This Villa has proven itself to be a safe haven of joy that can only be held by a place that feels like home. Stunning views, relaxing environment!

We've never been to Greece and with what has been going on we were concerned to say the least. But our gracious host calmed our concerns and we are so very grateful that we made the trip. The owners helped us with every aspect of our journey from the airport to their beautiful home. The pictures don't do this location justice, it's actually even more beautiful. A warm dinner was waiting for us when we arrived and I just say that the view along with some delicious Greek wine was the perfect end to a long day of travel. The island is amazing and offers many relaxing options for couples, families and friends. The small towns are charming and offer many food options and shopping and the vistas from traveling along the coast can't be captured by mere photographs. Reading on that lovely bed by the pool will be a memory that stays with me for many days to come with the wind cooling us and perfectly blue sky every single day. It was truly a heavenly location and the service provided by the owners and the couple on the ground was more than five star!! I'd highly recommend Andros and this home to anyone who wants to really experience the magic of the Greek islands!

Miss you already..

We spent 7 magical days in Villa Phivi at Heliades Villas! It was everything that we expected and then more! Amazing location, beautiful house, very private and the most amazing views! Korinna and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home on the beautiful island of Andros! I hope that we can go back some day soon.

Unforgettable Vacation in Andros Island!

We have had an unforgettable, amazing month at our summer holiday at the villa. Andros island has proved to be a unique place combining wonderful weather without harassing heat and humidity (no conditioner needed), with tight breeze, luxurious virgin beach, where even in July we could be all by ourselves and could enjoy the purest waters, marvelous views and absolute privacy. Food product in the biomarket, supermarket and froutaria is a dream of adept of eutrophy and all natural nutrition. The restaurants are very democratic, hospitable and always have local food of wonderful quality. The tavern near the villa can disincline you to cook yourself. But.. you will love to cook in the wonderful kitchen, and more breakfast enjoying a spectacular view at the same time! Needless to say about grill at the barbeque place - it's a must! The villa itself is a real treasure where everything is thought out. The level of comfort just dazzles! There is no feeling emasculated coldness you have in luxurious rooms of hotels. Everywhere in the villa you feel like being at home where all the things are selected with love. Special thanks to Vasilis and Aliona for a personal touch and everyday service, which makes your stay at the villa even more comfortable. We would like to thank the owners Mrs. Korinna and Mr. Pavlos for a superb rest, for their hospitality and do hope we will come again here!

The best villa in six years of renting!

Each year we three couples take a villa together on a Greek Island. We have always had a good holiday but this villa was the best we have ever had. Partly this was due to the attention to detail in the kitchen which as we have three keen cooks was much appreciated. There were things we had not had in previous years such as a teapot(essential) and a juicer (much appreciated by the hard worker who has hand juiced our oranges in previous villas). the daily service from Vassilis and Aliona is marvellous. The bedrooms all come with towelling dressing gowns and hairdriers. We have never had this level of detail in previous villas and we had a wonderful holiday. This villa was perfect for us but mighn't suit everyone as a car is essential and the road is unmade. We had lunch out and stayed in in the evenings. We swam every morning at the nearby beach. The open wifi was invaluable as one of us needed to keep in touch with his business.

PERFECT in all ways!!!

It has BEAUTY...inside the villa and outside!!! Inside because it has been decorated with such taste and outside because of the magical views. It has LUXURY and COMFORT!! It has PRIVACY and SPACE - Situated on top of a hill one feels like one is on top of the world ..... this is total privacy!!. And, with 4 bedrooms and all the sitting areas, it has all the space a family may need. It has PEACE!! No sounds apart from the welcoming sounds of nature. It has a garden, a barbeque and a lovely POOL with amazing views!! It has all the amenities one may need including wifi.... it has GOOD SERVICE ..one feels well taken care of without feeling that the couple taking care of the property are too imposing ..but, nevertheless, they are friendly, very helpful and the villa is spotless.... Having breakfast on the verandah with views all around of the hills, valley and sea is a real treat....You won't want to leave!!! And, the island of ANDROS is really special as it is unspoilt by too many tourists. It has beautiful beaches and Chora, the capital, is a little jewel. In the one week that we were there, we managed to drive all aroung this lovely island, we even swam in the sea although it was still relatively cool and we visited many ov the villages and monasteries. After our really happy stay in beuatiful Heliades Villas, we highly recommend it to anyone who wants all the above when going on a holiday. Considering the BEAUTY, SPACE and LUXURY of this holiday home, it is well worth it's price.... Thank you to everyone who made our stay soooo wonderful...hope to be back soon!!!
