Notre Floride maison de villa sur la fantastique station de Trafalgar Village entouré par une belle forêt. Situé sur un cul-de-sac dans un cadre privé, entouré par la nature, notre maison a beaucoup de charme et de luxe. Un beau salon, avec une grande télévision HD. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Coin repas et salle à manger. 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains, dont 3 sont en-suite. La chambre principale est au niveau du sol avec un lit king size. A l'étage au niveau 1, sont d'une chambre King, Chambre de la Reine, d'une chambre double et des chambres 4 et 5 sont des chambres à deux lits. TV sont dans toutes les chambres. Par ailleurs, une station d'accueil pour I pod dans le salon informel, pour votre plaisir de la musique. Une piscine privée et un espace spa, avec plein de transats, chaises et une table. Une salle de bains de la piscine est située dans la zone de véranda. Une grande terrasse de la piscine prolongée, baigné de soleil toute la journée et sans vis à vis. Un porche de long avec de beaux meubles en osier et 2 chaises à bascule, vous donnant un sentiment de transport de l'époque coloniale. Il est Wi-Fi gratuit dans toute la maison et les appels locaux gratuits. Nous proposons également un thème Margaritaville salle de jeux de style Key West, avec air hockey / table de billard et jeu de fléchettes. Notre maison est meublée d'un très haut niveau tout au long. Il est le Clubhouse à 5 minutes à pied de la maison, avec centre de fitness et une piscine / spa. Le club dispose également d'un cinéma assise 40 qui montre des films toute la journée ou vous pouvez prendre votre propre DVD et regarder sur le grand écran. Dans l'ensemble notre maison accueille volontiers tous vos besoins

Lovely Home

The home was lovely and very accommodating for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tube. The home is perfect for large families traveling together. We will try to stay again on the next visit to Orlando, FL.

Awesome Vacation

Perfect Location, property manager was so helpful. Only issue was garbage pickup and the raccoons. Besides that we will be reaching out for next year's family vacation.

Great place for families

We had 2 families stay for a week here. There were 4 teenagers, 2 toddlers and 2 adults. There was plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. It was centrally located to the major attractions and beaches that we visited while on our vacation. The pool was such a treat!

Stunning villa, lovely location

We absolutely love this villa, this was our second visit, we brought a 3 year old with us this time and he loved the pool so much, we had a couple of minor issues but the management company came round straight away and sorted them out, I also called them for advice as one of our party had to see a doctor, and they were so helpful and told us where the best place to go, we hope to come back very soon, thank you so much Paddy for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great Rental

The home was awesome. Alot bigger then I thought. Had a family of 14. Was plenty of room. I would definitely rent again if I go back. Was only a half hour or less to attractions. Would recommend to friends.

Another fantastic trip

This was our second visit to this villa - we absolutely love it. It has everything you could possibly need, we love the privacy of the pool and the multiple en suite bedrooms which make it perfect for different families sharing. We used the facilities at Trafalgar villlage much more this year and found them to be excellent. However, the best part of booking this villa over others in the area, is the customer service you will receive from Paddy....it’s all the little touches that make a big difference. I’ve said it before, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our Florida trips!

Perfect family stay

Celebrating our 40th anniversary, this was the perfect home. We had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The game room kept the grandkids busy while their parents were busy planning the next day's activities or just wanting some adult time to sit and chat. The pool was a perfect plus to keep the kids busy while the parents got some sun too! The home is very spacious and clean. You will not be looking for more space during your stay here. The home is nicely appointed with plenty of welcoming furniture. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very private. There aren't any houses behind the house, where the pool is located and to the side of the house is very private as well. Perfect for privacy and children.

Amazing Villa to match our fab holiday

From the moment we turned the key and opened the door all I can say is WOW!! What a surprise we got, the most amazing home I have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious as we were a party of nine. It had everything you could have asked for to start you off, I.e wash stuff, towels, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilet rolls, etc. The swimming pool outside was fantastic. Our children were never out of it. It even had blow up toys to play with in the pool. The beds were so comfortable and the children even said the same thing. I would definitely recommend this villa, I would love to return some time again. Thank you so much to Paddy and his family for letting us stay in his stunning home. Anita Mick and Family.

Absolutely Beautiful

My family and I have been a Florida a number of times and spent a LONG time looking for the perfect Villa for this trip. We were not disappointed with our choice. This Villa was everything we were hoping for and much more! Privacy was high on our list of requirements and the position of this villa is superb, set at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac with no-one overlooking the pool area. The space, both inside and out, and facilities were fantastic. The Trafalgar Village Community was excellent, communal pool was lovely, club-house was great and it also felt very safe. We needed to contact the management company on one occasion (nothing major) and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, we could not have asked for anything more and would not hesitate in recommending this villa to friends and family. In fact, we will not be needing to look any further than this villa for all our future visits to Florida. Thank-you also to Paddy for his excellent communication both before and after our trip, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable, we hope to be back very soon!

Great for family

We had 7 adults and 7 kids, the house had enough space, I do wish the TVs was bigger in the big rooms. The was a guy around back which was a little creepy the first day we arrived, but I learned it was the pool guy. But overall everything went well, would stay again if I visit Orlando again.

Hi Wilfred, Thank you for your honest review. I have taken on board your comments and i did contact our property Manager to sort out the issues you raised to me in an email on 21/06/21. You began your stay on the 19/06/21. i emailed her on 21/06/21 and these issues were addressed asap. It was explained to me that there had been an excessive amount of rainfall the previous 2 weeks, this was part of the reason why the pool deck was messy. The pool table was easily fixed. We always do our utmost to present a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests, on this ocassion there were some minor issues, which i hope was dealt with to your satisfaction. We had a little mixup with house cleaning but was handled very quickly and efficiently. The property manager was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Dont count on swimming !!!

When we arrived after a 16 hr drive in we was really excited but that soon was shot down ... right off when we walked in to see dirty hand prints all over to say the least but what was the worse part was walking out to jump n pool to not even be able to see the bottom .we called everyonethat i could get to answer and they failed to get is fixed...we stayed 4 days and never even got to enjoy the pool with my family never again..

Hi Justin, Thank you for review. We are saddened by the comments you have made and feel they do not reflect the whole story. Firstly, you contacted and spoke to our property manager Lynn. She listened to your issue and was aware of the problem and told you she would have the pool guy out asap. This unfortunately was not good enough and a female member began shouting at her down the phone, which i'm afraid is wholly unacceptable. But as promised the pool guy turned up the next morning to address the pool problem. When he arrived one of your children was playing in the pool!!!! He explained the problem to you and worked on rectifying things. In the communication we had, I explained I was 3000 miles away and our property management is there to deal with any problems you might have. I also explained I would refund the pool days you lost. You asked could you and your family stay an extra night for the inconvenience and I explained that if we had not had other guests arriving on your leave date, then as a goodwill gesture I would have gladly let you have the extra night. Sometimes there are some issues which are out of our control, but as always, we do our damnedest to help our guests and we and our management team work very hard to maintain our high standards. It is sad when derogative not so true comments can change peoples perspective of a beautiful home. I refer you and anyone else to check out our other reviews. Well appointed home, private, lovely view from the lanai. This home is spacious and centrally located for many outings around the Central Florida area. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner Paddy is very gracious and wonderful to book with.

A beautiful home in a great location

Fabulous place to stay! The house is everything you expect from the listing and more. Everything you need for a great holiday. Perfect location, a lovely quiet retreat to return to after a hectic day at the theme parks.

Perfect Set Up For Your Florida Break

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. There were 5 of us all adults but there could have been double that number and you would never have felt on top of each other. The pool / hot tub area at the rear whilst not only being well positioned was very relaxing. The Villa is located in a very quiet area so after long days at the parks or shopping our relaxing evenings where never disturbed. The Villas location makes it very handy not just for Kissimmee but for all the attraction's and Orlando. Would fully recommend the Villa as your home from home whilst holidaying in Central Florida, o much so some of the group have already started the booking process for next year.

Roomy, clean and close to attractions.

Plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean, lots of extra towels for pool and beach. The kids loved the private pool and the fact they got their own rooms. All the things we did were all within a 20 to 30 minute drive, most even closer. It had everything you could need and then some. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful place. Privacy, clean, close attractions

The place was great. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the private pool. Not too far from attractions. Home was very clean and had plenty of towels, linens and pillows. I would definitely recommend this home.

I live in England with my wife and 2 children. We have been travelling to the USA for over 25 years and have gained a lot of experience and knowledge in this time.
We recently purchased our holiday home with our best friends, as we love Florida. After a lot of time spent searching and inspecting properties, we decided on a villa that did not look like your typical Floridian villa. We wanted something more homely, plus the wife had always wanted a house with a porch, ( like in the Waltons TV show ).She then had to have the obligatory rocking chairs. She got her wishes. We consult with our wonderful management company on a weekly basis for regular updates and go over as often as we can, as we like to maintain a hands on approach. We are all passionate about our holiday home.

The location is absolutely fantastic, is within easy reach of all there is to see and do in the Florida region, but is still far enough away to give that feeling of peace and tranquility. If it's privacy you crave after the hustle & bustle of the tourist things, this is the place. Night time, brings the stars and the subtle sounds of nature. If you are lucky, you may see all kinds of animals the surround the area. It has a beautiful setting, but is close to all amenities and golf.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is convenient for all that goes on in the Orlando area. If you decide to take a break from the driving to theme parks and shopping malls, there is no better setting. All you need for a relaxing day is right on your doorstep. Have a day off from the Parks and just chill around the home. Take a walk to the clubhouse, with cinema, community pool, fitness centre or fish in the resort lake.
