A wonderful, lovely accomodation. Met all our expectations.
A quiet neighbourhood, a couple of restaurants nearby. A bakery in walking distance, but not easy to find, you have to walk through an area in development.
The appartment is perfectly situated for trips around this part of the island.

An excellent holiday apartment. The location is great for exploring the local village, the tavernas, the beaches at Coral Bay and further afield with our hire car. Buses too for a lovely trip to Pathos Harbour. The accommodation is worthy of full 5*'s, fully equiped for our every need. Our host could not have been more helpful, immediately sorting a minor problem we had. Thank you so much. We would fully recommend a stay and hopefully we will return
A spacious apartment with a large balcony and sea view that gets the sun all day. Spotlessly clean upon our arrival it had everything we needed for our holiday. In a good location in Peyia but would recommend hiring a car to visit other local villages like Kathikas, which has several good restaurants. Jamie was available by email and responded quickly to any queries we had and was always helpful. I'm sure we will return in the future and would highly recommend. Cliff & Teresa

This apartment could be so nice if it was modernised. Really old bath with curtain. No storage in bathroom for cosmetics etc
Owner renewed mattress as so bad could not sleep on it.
Nothing in the bedroom to do hair/make up
Kitchen kettle really old and cups cracked so not nice to use. Fridge freezer really old and rusted.
Towels threadbare and bedsheets have holes in. Sitting having a coffee 1 morning when the people upstairs decided to brush there leaves and crap all over us!
Jamie the owner is a really nice guy but really needs to go out and take a look at his apartment and renew a lot of things and Iâm sure you would get many more happy guests.

Dank einer guten Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters fĂŒr das letzte StĂŒck der Anreise vom Flughafen Larnaca - bei Dunkelheit - haben wir die Wohnung ohne Probleme gefunden. Sie liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und ist ein guter Standort fĂŒr Erkundungen des Akamas, der archĂ€ologiachen StĂ€tten von Paphos und des Troodos-Gebirges. In wenigen Autominuten sind BadestrĂ€nde und lohnende SchnorchelplĂ€tze (an der "wild coast") erreichbar. Einziges Problem fĂŒr uns zwei Personen war das Fehlen einer Möglichkeit zum Kaffeekochen, die wir auch ohne ausdrĂŒcklichen Hinweis in der Beschreibung erwartet hatten. Wir haben einen "French-Press"-Kaffeebereiter gekauft (war nicht teuer), der dies Problemchen fĂŒr uns löste und nun auch kĂŒnftigen Mietern zur VerfĂŒgung steht.
Not the easiest place to find in the middle of the night, even the taxi drivers in Peyia weren't sure but were very helpful.
The road signs are miniscule and not easy to read in the dark.
Good old Greg heard the hubub outside & guided us in even carrying our luggage...great chap!
Once we got sorted everything was great until we locked ourselves out too late at night to get any help so we slept on the sunbeds for the night & once again was indebted to Greg who managed to get us back into the apartment about 9am.
After that we had a fantastic time and in our opinion the apartment was an absolute bargain & would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the island.

We were so pleased with this apartment. Had every thing we needed and spotless. Rooms a really good size, photos don't show it justice. Payia Village just up the road with some lovely restaurants... Especially Grande đ. I would recommend hiring a car for the beach trips and getting round the fab restaurants. Locals are just fab. Really happy with all the communication from Jamie too. Thanks Jamie, will be definitely using again. Mandy x
Great apartment, much more spacious than we were expecting with an amazing outside space. Spotlessly clean on arrival and very well equipped with everything we needed.
In a good location, approx 20 mins walk from the centre of Peyia - uphill on the way there to build up your appetite for an evening meal and a nice stroll downhill at the end of the night!
Car recommended to allow you to explore the many sights nearby.

We are a family of 4 just back from our holiday in Peyia and our stay in this apartment was excellent. A car is highly recommended as Peyia Town is about 20-30 minute walk away. Great sea views and a very large balcony. Highly recommend

The apartment is family owned by brother and sister, Jamie and Sarah and their respective spouses Lisa and James. We chose the apartment as we love Cyprus, so much so that Jamie and Lisa even got married in Paphos Town Hall. We have four children between the two families. Coral Bay and Peya village are our favourite parts of Cyprus and we have sampled both sides of the island. We purchased in 2009 and we are delighted with the apartment. The huge balcony gets the sun all day. The apartment is a few hundred yards from Peyia village and is just a short drive (5 minutes) from Coral Bay.
We love the area and love the peaceful surroundings of Peyia village whilst having the busy resorts of Coral Bay and Paphos close at hand. There are loads of good restaurants within easy reach as well as the beautiful beach at Coral Bay. The apartment is close to main roads and is easy to find. Access to the airport is good and soon there will be a new Marina just 1.5 miles away. The Cyprus golf resorts are also within reach. The apartment is managed by a local British ex pat who has provided the apartment with detailed local eateries and amenities.
This is a modern and contemporary apartment that has a very large balcony attracting the sun all through the day. When you need to escape the sun there is also an outdoor covered area with table and chairs. The apartment is just a few hundred yards from the centre of Peyia village and only 1.5 miles from Coral Bay. The apartment has modern furniture and includes a washing machine. There are two bathrooms, the main bathroom and a seperate wc.
