Weâve stayed here on seven different occasions over the years. Always clean and comfortable, reasonably priced for what you get. Perfect spot for Side by Side riding (plenty of room for trailer parking)
As always, we had a great stay at the Nutter House. Really happy with the new flooring in the house as well. Thanks - already looking forward to our return visit!
My family was traveling between Idaho Falls and Albuquerque to pay our respects to a relative that had passed away. We stayed one night on the way back to Albuquerque and the Nutter house is a fine place to stay. Staff was responsive and easy to work with and the property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay in the area and the VRBO accommodations were great. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The online reservation went smoothly and the owners communicated very well with detailed information. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Weâre stay there again if we are in the area.
This trailer home was affordable, with all amenities. Very clean, access was not difficult, 30 min to Arches Nat Park and an hr to Canyon Lands. Felt safe in the neighborhood, even though it may appears a bit different. Host were very responsive and caring.
This is a good place off the beaten path, very quiet and well-equipped. It's definitely a long haul from Moab, so make sure you're stocked up on groceries, unless you're up for a 30+ minute drive into town everday. It was great having a washer and dryer available. Would likely stay there again -- the rate was very reasonable.
The Nutter house was very cute, clean & comfortable. Full kitchen & washer & dryer are a bonus. Covered porch with barbecue & swing are a nice addition. Only about 40 miles from Moab & 45 miles to Arches. Also, close to Dead Horse Point State Park & Canyonlands. We would stay again.
Stayed here with my adult son, we really liked the space, the 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and especially the washer and dryer after hiking all day at Arches and Canyonlands. The house was spacious and VERY clean. The drive was a little long to the National Parks, but he drove and didn't mind and we both agreed it was way better than staying jammed into a motel room for the same price or more in Moab. Appreciated the reviews about the trains (only a few a day/night) and furnace so we knew what to expect, we usually sleep with ear plugs anyway so it wasn't that big of a deal and motels can be noisy too and we even stayed an extra day. The only issue we had was with the hot water, for some reason the fuse kept getting shut off and we would have to turn it back on and wait for the water to warm back up. Also even when the water was warm there was only enough hot water for a 5 to 7 minute shower. I didn't see anyone else mention this in the other reviews but let the owner know so hopefully it will get fixed.
This place was very clean and comfortable. It had the minimum (but enough) of what you would need to cook. Right next to a railroad track that only came through town one night. The rest was daytime hours 630pm and 630am were about the latest and earliest. But it was a gem town in a great location to the canyon and lots of cool places to get away from the crowds. Loved our stay
Just as other reviews stated: clean, quiet, roomy, picturesque, historical, etc. The place was near landmark listed in description. I will definately stay here again when passing through! Thank you!
We stayed at this house a year and a half ago during a mountain biking trip to Moab and enjoyed it so we booked it again this year. The location is a bit remote (about 35 minutes from Moab) but the house is nice, clean, and very roomy. Perfect for our trip and much less expensive than staying in Moab.
If I do another trip to Moab I would come stay here again!
Absolutely loved the location. With a "ghost town" as a backdrop, the views and quiet are excellent. The only thing that may bother some- the trains in the middle of the night blowing their horns outside the cabin. I actually found it charming, and enhaced the old west vibefeel.
