Kapparis est un village côtier tranquille proche des stations balnéaires de Protaras et Ayia Napa. Il est parfait pour des vacances reposantes pour les familles et les couples qui ne souhaitent pas rester dans le tumulte des stations balnéaires les plus animées mais qui souhaitent quand même y avoir accès. Kapparis Avenue est une promenade de 5 min où vous trouverez des bars, restaurants et supermarchés disponibles. Protaras est accessible en 5 minutes de route. La plage la plus proche est à 1 km à pied et beaucoup plus calme que les grandes stations de Protaras et Ayia Napa. La ville traditionnelle de Paralimini se trouve également à 5 minutes en voiture et compte de nombreux magasins, cafés et supermarchés plus grands.

Pleasant stay

We found the parking but struggled to find the block we were staying in. Just a note saying block to the left of parking. Pool was a good size. You do need a car to get about, even to the supermarket. I couldn't see the symbols on the dial for the oven but we managed in the end. Beds good.

Fantastic apartment near various restaurants and pibs

Fabulous spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool view., immaculate and very modern . All mod cons with great air conditioning and WiFi. Property Owner and Management very attentive, accommodating and very very helpful. Restaurants, bars and beach a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, beach gorgeous. Paul, property owner helped arrange transfers from and to airport which was gratefully appreciated. Certainly would request renting again, with the hope of returning next year, 2020. Thanks for everything and allowing my family and I to rent your fabulous accommodation.

As soon as we arrived, we discovered that the bed sheets on the double bed had not been properly cleaned, and there were several stains on the pillows. We also found what appeared to be blood stains on the lower part of the bed sheet. In addition, the mattresses were heavily worn and should be replaced, as the springs could clearly be felt through the mattress.The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. Every AC unit was connected to a two-hour timer, meaning you had to manually restart it every two hours (during the night too!). It was clear this was done to reduce electricity costs, but it came at the expense of guest comfort, and with no indication of this restriction when we booked this property.Paul repeatedly insisted that no previous guests had ever complained about the AC timer, which came across as dismissive rather than helpful. Instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue, he seemed more focused on making excuses.Another issue was the Wi-Fi, which was virtually unusable throughout our stay. Wifi was non existent in the rooms, and, frequently, I had to rely on my mobile data to make work calls.For me, the combination of unclean bedding, unreliable Wi-Fi, the rather restrictive air conditioning policy (that was NOT mentioned to us prior to making this booking), and the general lack of attention to basic maintenance significantly affected our stay. I am certainly not booking this place again; there are much better options out there.

Hi Georgios Really disappointed in your review and feel you have given a lot of negative comments because of the issue of the timers on aircon. You messaged me on WhatsApp on night of arrival asking why there were timers on the aircon and when I explained people were leaving aircon on 24 hours a day even when they were not in the apartment and your comment was that’s understandable! As discussed we have installed ceiling fans in both bedrooms as we were advised to when timers were installed. It was not mentioned on the description of our apartment as not one other customer in 15 years has ever complained. We will now update this going forward. If you had contacted me re issue with WI-FI I could have helped but you did not ask. 1star is very harsh and when you compare to previous reviews we totally disagree with your comments. I had given you a good rating when asked by VRBO for other renters but feel others may be put off but your negative and harsh comments. Best Regards Paul

Cozy apartment

Very happy with our stay here and we would definitely stay here again the appartment was perfect for our family it was very clean and spacious and very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday the view of the pool from the appartment was lovely. The location is in a very quiet part of Kapparis with beautiful cove beaches, lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby and only 5 - 10 mins drive from Protaras, Pernera, Paralimni and 15 - 20 mins drive to Ayia Napa a car is required. The water cooler was a bonus and was very nice for a quick cold glass of water and cost less than €1 to fill up the empty 10 litre water tank at the water filling station by the end of the road. The air conditioning was very good and kept the apartment nice and cool there's also ceiling fans in both the bedrooms which was very good at night when air con is turned off as its not good to sleep with air con on. The bins are located just outside of the complex across the road. The complex was spotless the swimming pool is very clean and very well maintained they are up from 5am silently cleaning the resort. It felt so relaxing and comfortable staying here and are very happy for booking this apartment a true home from home holidayexperience. Thank you so much!!!

Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet auch der Pool der zu der Anlage dazu gehört hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplätze im Schatten gab es pro Wohnung direkt vor der Wohnungstüre.

Perfect little apartment

Well what can I say. We left the apartment today and it’s a very sad moment for us as we’ve loved staying there. The apartment is so clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. It’s easy to keep clean and tidy. The aircon in the living room dripped on occasions but that’s just because it can’t handle the heat of the country so we just turned it off when it started dripping but the ones in the bedrooms were fine. To be honest we didn’t need the aircon on a lot as the apartment stays nice and cool. The veranda is right by the pool. The pool is stunning and is a secure area so strangers can’t come in. You have your own allocated Parking space which is good. At the weekends it gets quite busy as all the locals come and stay in their apartments but they’re no harm. We would definitely book again and in fact are already thinking of dates. The only down side is that there aren’t any tv channels but we had our iPads and didn’t spend enough time there really to sit and watch tv. Thank you to Paul for being so responsive when we needed advice. This is a great holiday apartment. You do need a car though as you’re not that close to anything apart from a couple of little shops
