DÉTAILS: 29 Beachcomber Lane est un chalet de plage de deux étages magnifiquement décoré situé dans la fabuleuse communauté de Seacrest Beach! Cette charmante maison de 3 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement dix invités. Le premier étage projeté dans le porche sera un favori parmi les membres de la famille à la recherche d'un bon endroit pour se détendre et profiter du plein air. Une fois que les clients sont installés, descendez du porche et sur la voie verte qui mène à la piscine communautaire lagune de 12 000 pieds carrés. Montez sur les vélos fournis pour explorer la plage de Rosemary ou la belle eau émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Vérifiez la disponibilité et réservez cette fabuleuse maison aujourd'hui!

Overall, the property was nice… very similar to the listing on the website. Location of the house was good… The pool is convenient, Seacrest square within walking, & tram to beach was right outside front door & was readily available. We had an issue with the main level toilet overflowing. However, maintenance immediately came and took care of the problem. Overall it was a great house!.

Peaceful Trip

Check-in was a little confusing. You must go to the pool and follow the green “Check In” signs to get the armbands for the pool & tram. The house was clean and put together. The kids loved the bikes and the upstairs swing. Plenty of towels for the bathroom, however, no pot holders and only three kitchen towels. Short walk to the pool, but have to get there at 9:00 to have chairs. The tram picks up across the street. You call a phone number and tell them your stop number (C4) and how many riders you have. They drive you across 30a into the neighborhood and drop off. Was super easy. It runs till 5pm. The gate for the boardwalk down to the beach closes at 10pm. You can bike through the neighborhood, to the shops and Rosemary Beach. Our teens did this daily. Beds were comfortable, no complaints. There is a tree in the driveway that overhangs. I called about getting it trimmed back, but it didn’t happen. I couldn’t park my SUV in the designated parking space without the top getting scratched. We would love to stay there again!

Awful Stay with misrepresentation of property

When I saw all the positive reviews I thought this was the perfect place to stay on our first trip to the 30A. Upon arrival, the property smelled of old towels/ garbage, the rug at the front entry was covered in dirt and gum, there was old food and sunflower seeds in the corner of the bunk beds, the bathroom had what appeared to be old dirt/bug parts next to the towels, the bathroom was dirty, shower head covered in mildew. The property in the photos was taken years ago, the exterior color is now brown. Also, the couch was covered in stains and crumbs- I had to put sheets on it to sit on it. They sent a “cleaning crew” back who did NOTHING— then they asked after I was disappointed nothing was cleaned if I wanted them to come back again. At that point I got smart and said no. The 30A is beautiful, there are so many lovely properties, I am so sad that we chose the wrong one and shame on them, They gave us our booking fee back, that was all. Scroll past this one folks.

OUR FAVORITE

This was our third visit to Seacrest Beach in the last 12 months. This was also the third property we rented. The others were equally nice, but 29 was a perfect fit for our family: grandparents, son & daughter-in-law, and three grandkids... 13-6.

Great time!

We rented 360 Blue for a girl trip (2 moms + 4 kids) and everyone had a blast. Our girls had a blast sharing the bunk room. The customer service was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues and they were fixed quickly. We would rent again (and again, and again!).

Great family house!

Excellent property that catered to our needs with little kids. The tram picks up right in front of the house and you can walk to the pool from the back porch. Kitchen came well supplied with all possible needs. The porch swing on the second floor was the best place to nap during sunset!

Taste of Heaven

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful, comfortable, safe and convenient to everything. After an initial trip to the grocery, we parked the car and never drove again. We loved that the pool was a short walk away! And the tram stop right outside the house was nice for trips to the beach. We loved everything about our stay in Seacrest Beach!

Beautiful home

We loved the location and especially loved the house. The living area and dining room were very spacious. The kitchen is nice sized and had most of what was needed. It would have been nice to have hand soap in the kitchen, this is a minor thing, but something we had to run out to get. The swing on the upstairs porch was perfect for the evenings. Location is perfect for anywhere you would want to go- close to the pool, beach, and restaurants/shops. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

March 2020 Stay

Place was perfect for our family. The house was clean and nice size. The back porch that leads to the walking path is great. We were seconds to the pool. The overall stay was what we wanted and more. We’ve stayed at other beaches(seaside and Rosemary) and I did prefer those beaches. The tram was nice to have but still prefer the others. The pictures need to be retaken because the house is much better in person than shown.

October 2019 Stay

The unit was superbly decorated and was spotless. We did a lot of cooking and every utensil needed was there, along with plenty of pans and pots and plastic storage products.The beds were very comfy and crispy clean. The huge bed swing on the upper balcony was perfect as the weather was pleasant to sit outside. Bikes for all and chairs and umbrellas for the beach were there for our use.The tram setup worked perfect. we called the number and the tram was always there picking us up within 5 minutes. Very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, The gift bag with the champagne was very nice. Thank you for that!!

This is our second time staying in this home in 4 months. Cannot say enough about it. Always impeccable, everything as advertised, sooooo convenient and truly feels like a home away from home for us and our 3 young kids. We hope to be back again soon! So hard to leave.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and the cottage was even nicer than what we had anticipated from the pictures! Everything was so nice and spacious. We had 9 girls and had plenty of space for everyone to have a bed and their own space. It was a great location and check-in and check-out was effortless. Such a great stay, we will definitely be back!

The house and pool were so nice.

The house was lovely and looks just like photos on website. The beach was just okay. Way too many rental umbrellas and umbrellas were way too close to each other. You could hardly walk between them. Also on Monday there were two teams not running due to employees calling in sick. So while the tram pick up was great the return ended up in us needing to walk back which was not great with a 4 yr old. Also there are two grocery stores Publix and Winn Dixie. But vrbo only shows Publix. Seacrest neighborhood was nice. Also, beach steps were covered in sand making it hazardous . Steps need to be cleaned off daily.

We absolutely loved this house! We came with our two young children and my parents. The house was perfect for our needs from the bedrooms including bunk beds, large porches, and beautiful furnishings and decor. And the outdoor swing was amazing!The house was spotless and had ample bath towels! It was a five minute walk to the beach (or one minute tram ride) and just a few houses away from the pool. We loved taking walks to look at other houses in the neighboring communities and grabbing a bite to eat or ice cream up on the main strip. This was our third time visiting the area, and this was by far my favorite rental home.
