Cette maison de ville de 3 chambres est situé au coeur du vieux village, l'un des complexes les plus attrayants et convoité à Vilamoura. Seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied du port de plaisance et de la plage, il est une petite communauté dans son propre droit, avec des restaurants, cafés, boutiques et bars. Promenez-vous dans les rues pavées jolie, déguster une boisson fraîche au sur guinguette ou prendre un bain rafraîchissant dans l'une quelconque des trois grandes piscines. Il ya beaucoup de place pour les enfants de se dégourdir les jambes avec des zones de pelouse et un terrain de jeu. La maison a beaucoup de confort de la maison et des caractéristiques attrayantes, y compris une terrasse privée sur le toit avec vue sur la mer. Maintenant installé télévision numérique avec 60 stations, inclus toutes UK & stations irlandais, sky sports, etc. Aussi wifi gratuit inclus dans votre loyer. Récemment ajouté barbecue sur la terrasse sur le toit pour le soir dîner avec vue sur la Marina.
Aussi aire de jeux et un petit coin gymnase en plein air'S nouveaux enfants.

Excellent stay

An excellent stay, clean, spacious house with all the necessary things for the stay. Excellent terrace with barbecue for an afternoon with friends. Air conditioning is essential and helped throughout our stay.

The property was perfect for our requirements, quiet location within easy walking distance of small supermarket, restaurants and small swimming pool. Old Village is lovely, well kept, flower filled area of Vilamoura. Getting to beaches, marina not easy walk but taxi journey or tourist train but as we were an older-aged family group we did not go in evenings as excellent restaurants nearby.

Beautiful house, great location

This house in the Old Village is a beautiful house, contains everything you need and beautiful garden and roof terrace. The Old Village is an amazing place no high rise apartments, beautifully laid out and great restaurants. Taxi service is a great addition in the Village. This is our 3rd visit to this house and we will be back again.

Family holiday

Could not fault the town house. It was everything we was expecting and more. If you are considering going to the old village go. The village is clean well kept and a lot of good facilities. The town house is in a nice location,nice and quiet and the views from the roof terrace are outstanding. We would and likely be going back.

Beautiful location. The Old Village is wonderful . 3 pools and numerous restaurants.

15 minute walk to the Marina. 20 to the beach. For 5 euros you can get a ride. Everything you need is in the old village - supermarket, breakfast cafe, restaurants. This unit is 20 steps away from the Princess Garden Restaurant which was wonderful. Accommodations were simple - uncomfortable beds - but fine for a family stay. Open the windows and doors and there is no need for air conditioning.

The Property is lovely. It was bigger than what we was expecting with a very homely feel. We all settled in straight away. The location so close to the quieter pool was ideal, it allowed us to have a private pool feel, especially as we had the pool to ourselves the majority of the time, and being so close we could use the house as our base rather than carrying everything with us. Our first time in Vilamoura old village and I don’t think we could of found a better place to stay. Very pleased.

Great Place to stay for Golf

3 Chaps 60+ playing golf. The Old Village is perfectly place for the Vilamoura courses and this town house is magnificent. Highly recommended.

First class

We used the property as the base for our daughters wedding. It was superb. We couldn't fault it. Only slight snag was that it was the hottest September since 1930, and the garden sun umbrella was broken and we couldn't use it. A very minor point and easily fixed. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Beautiful family home in a stunning setting

This is a fantastic house on a beautiful complex. It was bigger than we had imagined with a very homely feel. It had everything that you could possibly need on holiday expect a wardobe full of clothes!! From a bucket and spade to a library of books. The property was clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner of the property was done via email, who was very prompt at answering any queries and providing information regarding our stay. The company who manage the property in The Old Village are extremely helpful and speak very good English. The complex is extremely well kept with beautifully coloured flowers and trees everywhere. There are a range of restaurants and bars to suit all and serving all day. There are 3 pools, also catering for different levels of entertainment. The quietest of which is closest to this property. I would recommend this property and complex to families, couples, old and young as it is a wonderful base to explore the beautiful Algarve or just relax around the Village. Vilamoura Marina is a 'good' walk from this property, however, there is a little train that circulates Vilamoura which comes every 20mins (approx) and costs about €4, and an excellent taxi service just at reception. Loved it here, we will definately be back, however, not likely in August as the temperature was alot for us (personal preference) but the air-con was wonderful and the wine was cold! 5 stars from our family!!

Excellent townhouse in the old village

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely townhouse in the old village. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 7 this house was perfect for us it was really well equipped. Everything we needed was there when we arrived cot, stair gate. The air con in the bedrooms was fantastic as it was really hot when we were there. The shuttle service from the old village is an excellent service the cars could fit us all and had baby seats/boosters and the staff were so nice and friendly. The supermarket was well stocked all of the time. Thank you Cecil for letting us stay in your lovely holiday house and for being so helpful from our first enquiry and right through our booking we would definitely recommend this lovely house and we will hopefully be back again !

Excellent accommodation in great location.

We had a fantastic time. Great location. The old village is lovely and well located for a 20 minute walk to the marina. The house is lovely and clean only hiccup was the broken air con in main bedroom replaced quickly after we arrived. Also a bar of soap would have been nice as the three toilets had none at all so made washing hands a tad difficult on arrival. Had to quickly send one of my boys to the on site small supermarket. Loved the restaurants in the old village although la rendezvous is disappointing for children with very limited choice. 3 pools to choose from although amusing watching the queues form from 9am at the pool gates to get the sunbeds. Marufo 1 aka chicken shack near quarteira is to die for for family dining both in quality and cost. Sit and eat with locals. The family golf On way to the marina is superb and has two 18 hole crazy golf courses with shade parasols that disperse water mist to keep you cool. Hope to return soon.

Lovely townhouse in a great location

We stayed in the Old Village as some of my family were staying here for my brothers wedding in Albufeira. It is about 30 mins from the airport. The townhouse was in a great location and had everything we needed. It kept very cool during the day and was a pleasure to come back to after a day out. The roof terrace was a bonus if you wanted to catch some more sun! There is even a BBQ area. Although we ate out every day, it is very well equipped for eating in and /or entertaining. The Old Village is a lovely purpose built complex with a few restaurants, swimming pools and a great relaxed atmosphere. Its extremely clean, safe and very well kept. My sister and her young family stayed in an apartment on the same complex - it is perfect for families. It's not too far to walk to the Marina, which has lots of bars and restuarants. The beach is beautiful and there is a regular road-train running to and fro if you don't fancy the walk. It was very nice being there in June but I could imagine it would be very busy in July and August. I would definitely recommend Cecil's townhouse and The Old Village and it's somewhere I would consider going again even for a long weekend. Thank you Cecil.

Great house in a beautiful setting

Came here for 10 days in September with our two small children. We had a great time, with great weather. Our son loved the pools, playground and especially the small train that goes down to the beach and marina. The house is kept immaculately and had everything we needed. We loved the roof terrace and BBQing up there. Have been to Vilamoura before and have always enjoyed the marina and beaches that it has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Old Village - Vilamoura

Very impressed with how helpful the letting agency staff were when we stayed in the old village at Vilamoura. The villa was fab and we found it to be well maintained and clean. The walk Vilamoura is approx 20mins and 5 Euros in a taxi which again is worth taking as all the taxi drivers are keen to give advice and information on the best attractions and beaches to visit.
