Une nouvelle villa absolument magnifique 4 chambres détachées. Agencements et installations luxueuses et modernes prévoient que le facteur «wow» pour refléter les propriétaires des normes élevées. Meublé avec goût tout au long de fournir un hébergement de haute qualité. Les caractéristiques exceptionnelles - voir plus de détails ci-dessous. Le plan ouvert spacieux salon a des portes patio menant à la piscine privée et jardin. Des marches mènent à la piscine, qui dispose d'une option jacuzzi jet, et un rebord de siège sur tout le pourtour intérieur pour que vous refroidir tout en profitant du climat ensoleillé ici à Chypre. D'autres caractéristiques de jardin tels que le bar, la terrasse en bois avec hamac, et un voile d'ombrage, tout d'améliorer le réglage. Il ya aussi des vélos de montagne 2, tennis de table et un jeu de quilles. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans la plupart des chambres. Salles de bains de haute qualité comprenant douche multi-jets. Great villa in a wonderful location

The villa was as advertised and very well equipped. The location was perfect being 5-10 mins drive from each of Paphos old town, the nearest supermarket (Lidl), and the beach. Marylin and Dermot were perfect hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable and that there were no problems or issues with the villa, in a very discrete manner. We spent many mornings and evenings just lounging by the wonderful pool, having a fabulously relaxing family vacation. Paphos, and its environs, is a great place with many interesting places to visit and things to do. I would say that hiring a car is essential as, although walking to the old town or beach is possible, it is quite hilly and isn't very comfortable in +30C weather and not all roads have a pavement. Will definitely be back to Paphos and Villa Bella

Villa Bella

The Villa is amazing. It truly is a home from home with lots of comforts you wouldn’t expect to find in a Villa. We didn’t have a large supermarket near us but easy hot deliveries to our door or used a very reliable taxi service day or night. We loved it and would definitely rebook.

Fantastic

Great stay. The property was well equipped, so much so that there were things there that we didn’t even have at home. We couldn’t find the property by the address as it is in a new estate. Unfortunately the link on VRBO showing directions was not working for some reason. A couple of messages to Dermot and a phone call saw him coming to meet us to lead us there. Was only there for a week and wishing we had stayed longer. Air conditioning was installed in all bedrooms which is a godsend. Area was very quite and located at the end of a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. Will defo enquire to stay again next time.

Superb, spacious, family friendly villa

This villa was absolutely great for the three generations of our family. It was clean and roomy, well presented and very well equipped. We travelled in October so had no need for air conditioning, although it was available. The kitchen area is large, with a big fridge freezer. There are loads of glasses and crockery, some plastic for use outside or for children. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. There was table tennis, and outside bar area, bbq, and plenty of shade for those that want it. Naturally, we had to be careful with toddlers near the pool and the edge of the patio area. I think a car is essential as the location is high on a steep hill and the supermarkets and restaurants are not within an easy walk. Great response from Dermot when we had a small problem with the plumbing. Highly recommended. Ian S

Lovely Villa in chlorakas

Lovely spacious and clean villa in chlorakas with a large pool. We have been to cyprus many times and have stayed in lots of villas and this was possibly one of the most equipped villas yet. There was great communication with Marilyn and dermot throughout the whole process and nothing ever seemed to be any trouble to them. We had a problem with one of the room A/C units and this was resolved very quickly.we would definitely recommend this villa to others.we travelled as a party of 5 adults and two young children and the villa suited everyone’s needs with lots of games available to keep the children entertained away from the sun. Thank you Marilyn and ferment for letting us stay at your beautiful villa.

fantastic villa

Arrived 17th July 2022, five adults and 15 month old grandson, the property exceeded our expectations. Pool and outside area brilliant, shade was so important in 40C plus, the pool was cleaned twice during our weeks stay. The kitchen is home from home with all the appliances, crockery and utensils you need including plenty of plastic tableware for outside use. The fridge is amazing. Blackout blinds, ceiling fans and remote controlled air con in all rooms. Pool towels and lots of linen available. Would recommend for a family with children, we hired cot, high chair and stairgate from Paphos Baby Corner, car is essential as the villa is on the hillside, not far, but a climb. Roger & Bernadette

Amazing property, in a quiet area, pool and outside space fantastic. Would stay again.

Villa Bella is in between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay strip. It's in quiet residential area so a car is essential. The villa is so well equipped. They have thought of everything. We spent a lot of our time in the pool. Would recommend to a family or groups of adults.

A nice rest!

We enjoyed using the property for a week. The area is quiet yet you can get around Paphos pretty quickly from this location.The house was great , fully equipped and In general we enjoyed everything the pool & jacuzzi .Nice memories were made. A small issue we had with aircon was dealt with immediately.

Really nice house, everything well organized and well planned.

We had a wonderfull time. Kitchen was equiped with all nessecities. Rooms very comfortaple - suitable for all ages. Relax areas in the garden and verada was really great. Location fo the house quite convinient for all destinations (zoo, lara beach, restaurants). Even a day jurney to akamas and polis not far from home). Overall was a great experience.

Well equipped villa

Chloraka is an urban area half way between the resorts of Paphos and Coral Bay. Villa Bella is in a quiet location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa is generously proportioned, clean and well maintained and all the domestic equipment works well. The beds are comfortable and the a/c a boon. The grounds , mainly hard surfaces, are neat and tidy. The pool would benefit from more regular maintenance. Recommended !

Everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Very clean well equipped villa. Pool was enjoyed by everyone but unfortunately the jacuzzi element was not working which was disappointing. The pool lights only came on a week after our arrival, one of which blew after an hour.

Beautiful. Exactly as described.

We loved Marilyn’s peaceful villa just on the outskirts of paphos. It is roomy, exceeding well equipped and superb for 8 people. Highly recommended.

this is a great size property,perfect for our party of five adults.Better than the pictures show

We had a great stay at this property the pool was lovely the garden immaculate and the inside really comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a great holiday is available there ,a lot of thought has gone into making this a luxury and fun villa .Thanks Marilyn we will certainly be back.

great stay

Villa had everything you could need, very well equipped. I had a really peaceful week cycled to the harbour and used the coastal path which was brill , I went to geriskipou beach which was perfect and swam there several times ( car needed ) and finished off the week with a mezzi at 7 st georges tavern, Its my first visit to paphos for years anfd thought the place had really come harbour is a lovely setting cant wait to come back to villa Bella

villa bella

Fantastic villa well equipped everything you could wish for. Swimming pool and outside area are large and perfect for families. Four large bedrooms great size kitchen very modern and immaculately clean. Only 10 minutes outside of paphos by car perfect location near all amenities but in a more tranquil location. Owners very amiable and close by if you need any help. We would stay again and recommend this villa for a great holiday destination.

We had an excellent week at villa Bella which has got to be the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, weather was brilliant and we made the most of it learning to dive, cycling and visiting some of the world heritage sights Thanks we wil be back !!!!!!

Villa Bella

We had a fantastic time the villa description on owners direct was everything it stated and more .. As 5 hard working ladies we wanted some dowm time to chill and relax in the sun with a few bottles of wine and some good food :) There was a wide range of good resturants to choose from, one of our favourites was The Muse Bar .. very chic with a fantastic view over Paphos (Highly Recommended). The Kitchen in the Villa is extremely well equiped if you choose not to eat out we loved the bar area where we made amazing cocktails ;) and the Pool is a lovely size .. We look forward to another holiday at this villa

Excellent Villa - Fabulous holiday

This villa has all you could ask for to make a fabulous holiday. It is modern and very well kept, was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The back garden and pool area is lovely, as you are on a hill the views from the patio are amazing, it's very peaceful and relaxing. The pool with the Jacuzzi is an extra bonus! Along with the table tennis that keeps the kids happy... This is our third visit and looking forward to visiting again next year....Thanks for a fab holiday!!!
