Un appartement lumineux et spacieux, avec climatisation automatique, il est exposé plein sud, donnant sur la piscine, une piscine pour enfants et des jardins paysagers. La grande zone principale salon / diner a une 2 places et canapé 3 places (canapé-lit). Deux portes-fenêtres mènent à une terrasse avec table et chaises. Des escaliers mènent à une grande terrasse sur le toit avec des chaises longues. 200m de la célèbre 5 étoiles Villa Sol Hôtel et la Villa Sol Golf Clubhouse. 5 minutes en voiture de la station de Quarteira et de la plage et à 5 minutes en voiture de la marina de Vilamoura et de la plage. 3 minutes en voiture d'un parc de l'eau et à 5 minutes de karting à Almancil.

A well equipped apartment with plenty of space for a family. Brilliant balcony and top terrace. Richard the host was really informative and helpful from start to finish. We loved our holiday in Villa Sol.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Communications with host was excellent. The roof top terrace was perfect for catching the sun from morning till night. No issues during our stay would definitely come back.

Great Place To Relax

A superb place to stay, all mod cons and comfy beds as well…Richard ( owner ) was very helpful and sent us lots of restaurants and places to visit, roof terrace was an added bonus to the balcony..highly recommend this place.

Relaxing break in Vila Sol.

Outstanding holiday in Vila Sol, property was like home from home .The pool was fantastic and very quiet at times .Richard was an excellent host .We look forward to returning in the near future.

Amazing!!

Fantastic property in a great location. Very spacious with home comforts. We were very well looked after from the minute we booked to arriving home, no question was left unanswered. We will definitely return and highly recommend this apartment.

Peaceful stay

Villa is in a great location, short walk to small shop, cafe and restaurant/bars. Just under 10 minutes drive to beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. Pool area was well maintained, plenty of space. Villa and balcony were a great size for our family of 4, roof top terrace was a nice added extra. Very great full for the late check out as we had a later flight!

Great place to stay

We have been to a number of these apartments on Vilasol and this one is absolutely fine. Spacious, clean and well situated just outside the Vilamoura/Quarteira conurbation. Thee is a spacious west-facing balcony overlooking attractive pool area. Owner was very flexible and quick to respond and the local manager speaks excellent English.

My parents stayed with friends and the apartment is in a great location. The communal facilities are lovely and the pool isn’t too crowded. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we would have liked however after letting the owner know an additional clean was arranged. It’s got lovely sunny balconies and is a good base to explore.

Superb Apartment

This apartment is ideal for both couples and families. The property is spacious and well equipped with the advantage of a huge roof terrace. Access to pools on the doorstep and spotlessly clean. Richard the property owner was superb in communication from start to finish. A+++ from us.

Short break

A very comfortable apartment, located on the Vila Sol development and near the hotel and golf course. There’s a lovely view from the terrace over the pool which is only a few minutes walk. Lots of loungers available and the grounds are immaculate. It’s a short ride into Vilamoura and it’s easy to get taxis if you don’t have a car, although there are limited shops/ eating places within walking distance. A well equipped apartment with everything you need and the owner was very helpful with local knowledge and information for our stay

Great apartment

Check in was easy I had Richie’s number and his cleaner. The hot water went off and was fixed within 24 hours. Communication was brilliant the place had everything we needed the pool was lovely enough sunbeds for everyone areound the pools would definitely stay again thanks Richie hope to be back.

Lovely spring break

Comfortable bed, sofas and sun loungers and good pressure in the showers all tick the boxes. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and has a large fridge, the interior of the apartment is well laid out. The outdoor spaces are amazing, the lower terrace excellent for meals and the roof terrace perfect for following the sun (or shade) all day and a few quick steps has you at a well tended and clean residents pool. In May the area was quiet but everything was open and available. Richard is an excellent and attentive host and provided help when needed. I would recommend a car for this apartment, it has a secure underground parking space which is perfect. Will I be back, I hope so.

Having stayed in the area many times we knew the area with regard where shops etc were. I do think it would be helpful for a information folder to be provided along with a small welcome pack of water etc. We have normally had both of these at other private rented apartments.The apartment is of lovely size, very spacious but could do with a bit of TLC

Positives and negatives

We stayed here from mid-February to the end of March to golf and explore nearby towns. The condo was clean, except for the dirty floors, which we immediately noticed on our socks. There was no dish soap or brush, shower soap, paper towels, or any kitchen staples (ie: salt) provided. Not sure if this is standard in Europe. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working when we checked-in. It took 10 days to be fixed and was a huge inconvenience. We were compensated 40 Euros cash and our planned mid-stay cleaning was free. The mid-stay clean was well done. The location is excellent, a short drive to numerous golf courses and a 20-minute walk to several restaurants. The outdoor living space has two patios, providing morning and afternoon sun and an umbrella for shade. The condo came with a gas BBQ which we used often. Near the end of our stay we ran out of gas and the owner replaced it. Two other issues impacted our stay. One, the hot water was inconsistent. This created an issue washing dishes and running the dishwasher with only cold water. Thankfully the shower had lots of hot water. Secondly, there were ants in the unit that we noticed as soon as we moved in. As an example, I left a used tissue on the night stand in the middle of the night and when we woke up it was covered with ants. Overall there were positives and negatives to the unit. The location and outdoor patios were perfect, however the negative aspects impact our overall rating of this listing.

I live in Northern Ireland with my husband. We have 4 grown up children and an increasing number of grandchildren who regularly visit the apartment. My husband and I both work but love to holiday in Portugal. My husband is a keen golfer and the whole family enjoys the sun, the good food and reasonably priced wine as well as the relaxed way of life on the Algarve.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the Vilamoura and Vila Sol area because of the climate and the beaches as well as the many other facilities which are always improving. My husband has 27 holes of good quality golf within easy walking distance and many other courses are close at hand including Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo. The local marina is a lovely spot for eating and relaxing and other good quality restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The balcony terrace and roof terrace of the apartment overlook the swimming pool. The local supermarket is within walking distance with a bank and a number of shops and restaurants as well as an English style pub called Oscars in the vicinity. Our guests enjoy the comprehensive online welcome guide we have put together for those staying with us, with google maps links to an extensive list of restaurant, bar and attraction recommendations we have compiled over our well spent years in the Algarve.
