Cette belle villa moderne achevée en avril 2007, meublée à un niveau élevé se trouve dans une petite rue résidentielle dans le paisible village d'Emba. Dans le village lui-même, à environ 20 minutes de marche de la villa, se trouvent quelques restaurants, des plats à emporter locaux et un supermarché. Cependant, nous vous recommandons une voiture pour vous rendre dans les excellentes stations balnéaires de Paphos et de Coral Bay, qui se trouvent à une courte distance en voiture. Coral Bay a une abondance de bars et une grande sélection de bons restaurants. Il a également une belle plage de sable où vous pouvez trouver des installations de sports nautiques. Kato Paphos, qui signifie bas Paphos, est divisé en deux parties: Bar Street et The Harbour, avec ses nombreux restaurants et ses magasins.

Enjoyed our stay the property was absolutely spotless inside and out. Definitely would recommend staying here. 15mins drive to Paphos 10min drive to Coral Bay. Few shops and restaurants 3min drive away. Highly recommend.

Impressive property. Quiet location but not too far from Paphos. Clean, well equipped and all the necessary equipment. Beautiful pool and outside area. Jeremy was an excellent host and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the property and was exactly as described, situated in a quiet neighbourhood.The pool and sun terrace were great for winding down and cooling down after long hot day's visiting the many local attractions. The property was within walking distance of a couple of great tavernas/restaurants. Also, close to small kiosk shops for buying those last minute essentials. However, I would highly recommend that any guests have their own transport.The host, Jeremy was always available via WhatsApp and will always answer any queries very quickly.We will definitely use this property again if it's available next year.

Beautiful Villa would highly recommend

We stayed here for two weeks with our children aged from one to fifteen. The villa was everything we hoped for, clean, spacious, in a great location and suited our family well. The pool was perfect as not too deep and the villa was full of everything we could of wanted. Jeremy was very helpful answering any questions before our arrival. Highly recommend!

Very nice villa with exceptional host.

This villa is placed in a busy area of Emba but despite that it offered everything you need to enjoy your break. The swimming pool, although not large, is adequate and was always very, very clean and did not require heating as it is in the sun all day and was definitely not cold.The villa itself is very spacious and well laid out with a lounging area, kitchen and dining table. Jeremy, the host, was always on hand to help and advise with any questions that i had.A car is a necessity but i have yet to have visited anywhere in Paphos that didnt require a car. Would I visit again? Definitely. We have just had a great two weeks break, thank you Jeremy.

Relaxing holiday

Upon arrival at the villa the light was left on for our arrival so was easy to see as it was a late flight. The villa was well equipped with everything you would require. The pool area was private and was great for those lazy days. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location. Thank you Jeremy for letting us stay and we will hopefully be back soon.

Chilled holiday

Wow what a great holiday. We have just come back from a week's holiday in this Villa and it was amazing. The location was perfect - so quiet and peaceful, with a short drive to all amenities. You do need a car, but that's what we like anyway, to have the freedom to come and go as you please. Villa is great, with everything we needed and pool is brilliant. One thing that was missing though, was an umbrella by the pool, for extra shade. Will definitely recommend.

The Villa was wonderful. The air con worked well, cooling down a room fast when needed (and boy was it needed!). The villa is spacious and well equipped. Some parts were starting to look tired (end of season tired), which was expected in late August and with generous checkin/ checkout times leaving little time to resolve issues not brought to the owners attention (which we were guilty of) - but nothing that impacted our stay. We had a couple of power issues - one self inflicted, the other due to a local power cut. Jeremy was on the case quickly on both occasions. Although Jeremy was in Paphos during our stay, it was also clear that he has a network in the area that are quick to respond and resolve any issues even if he’s not about. Pool is of a decent size. Location was ideal for us - away from but within easy reach of the town centre. There is a wonderful coffee and cake shop nearby (Love Island), and would also recommend the Oniro restaurant by the Edro III shipwreck.

Happy Days

My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay at this lovely villa. Only a 20 minute drive from Paphos harbour, by a variety of routes, it was also convenient to access the surrounding areas including Coral Bay, Peyia, Agios Georgios, Latchi, Polis and beyond. The property was very spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The private pool was great (It’s always nice not having to share) and was big enough for short lengths, much more that just a plunge pool! The pool man came twice a week so it was always kept up to scratch. Although Jeremy was in the UK he was quick to respond to any query and was always prepared to help.

Lovely villa in a good location

We’ve just had a very relaxing holiday staying in Jeremy’s villa. It had everything we needed & in a good location, close to village of Emba & Kissonerga. I would recommend hiring a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. Pool towels were provided, a good choice of books, a few puzzles & games (mainly for younger children but we brought our own games anyway). Jeremy was quick in responding to any questions. Villa was clean @ tidy. Restaurants we would recommend are: Harmony, Pepperoni’s, Peyia Taven for meze. Oniro by the Sea, Sail at Castle, Vardas, Sonny’s & Sea You beach bar. Latchi Water sports in Polis is good for boat hire. Our preferred beach was Corallia (just up from Coral Bay beach) 10 euros for 3 Sun loungers & a parasol.

Great Villa in a good location in Emba, Nr Paphos

We have just had a fantastic holiday, made all the nicer by having such a lovely place to come home to each day…….it felt very much like “home from home”. The pool was an absolute god send, especially with the high temperatures we were experiencing……I think we lived in the pool more than anywhere else. The sun loungers were extremely comfortable, so much so, it was hard to tear ourselves off of them. The air conditioning was very welcoming at night and made sleeping very easy, along with the comfortable beds. The use of the Wi-Fi was an added bonus, enabling us to use our mobile phones/tablets etc. without incurring large data charges from our UK network providers. The villa is conveniently placed near Paphos, and we enjoyed eating out in the many restaurants there each evening. We also visited Coral Bay, which is only a 5 minute drive away with its lovely sandy beach and shallow water. When we next plan to return to Cyprus we will not hesitate to stay at this lovely villa again, and will highly recommend it to our friends/family.

Disappointed

On arrival late first evening all seemed great like previous reviews had said. Large clean rooms, big tv with hundreds of channels, kitchen with all equipment needed. All was looking good. Next morning opened up curtains and found the villa opposite was fire damaged with upstairs windows/doors missing and mattresses on the balcony. Around 10-15 migrant workers were squatting in the villa sleeping on mattresses on the floors. During our 2 week stay they made a lot of noise shouting at each other and playing music. They shine torches around all night as there is no power. The lounge and master bedroom with balcony looked directly on to the burned out villa so we ended up having to keep the curtains closed all the time and we’re unable to open windows/doors at night so ended up sleeping with air con on. This is obviously not the owners fault but not good for our family holiday. The outside pool was ok but all the grouting on the wall and floor tiles is covered in algae. If you rubbed the floor with your feet or the wall with your fingers it made the pool water go green. The pool man blamed previous guests for wearing sun cream in the pool and advised my wife on the second morning not to wear sun cream and to sit in the shade with a t-shirt on. We spent a lot of days on the islands beaches so didn’t really use the pool a lot. The outdoor dining area chairs are covered in thick black tape covering over all the holes. Barbecue in the pictures not the same as the one found in the villa which is gas with no bottle so was not useable.

Unfortunately this is totally out of my control and we are also separated by another villa directly behind us. I understand the owners of the villa are are now arranging repairs. On my visit i have replaced the BBQ with a new one.

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Dia Villa war sehr schön, wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Toller Pool, sehr viel Platz, tolle Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche,Babybett und Sitzerhöhung vorhanden. Die Sonnenliegen waren leider kaputt, jedoch haben wir den Gastgeber informiert und Jeremy hat umgehend neue Sonnenliegen bestellt und liefern lassen. So hatten wir am nächsten Tag schon die neue Liegen. Jeremy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein top Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt notwendig.

Lovely villa in a nice village. You do need a car as local tavernas are too far to walk in the heat. Good location near to Coral Bay and Paphos. The villa had everything we needed so we would go back.

Lovely Villa in a quiet location

This lovely villa is in a quiet location, and has all the amenities you could need. The pool area is private and sees the sun all day, with sunbeds and seating provided. For any telly addicts there is a large 55" TV in the living room with a vast number of UK channels available. For anyone a bit adventurous 2 bikes are even provided. All rooms were bright, clean and spacious and well maintained. Communications with Jeremy both before and during our stay were excellent with prompt replies. I would definitely recommend to others. Lovely property.....perfect location

If you're looking for a holiday home with peace and quiet in a lovely rural location then this is for you Well located but within short distance to both Paphos Harbour as well as Coral Bay this is a well proportioned holiday home with large pool. There is sun in the garden nearly all day and an eating area down the side of the house. We have now stayed at Jeremy's house 2 years in a row and have not been disappointed. The house is easy to find, in a quiet rural area and is very clean and well looked after. A real gem in a lovely location, thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays. Next time I'm off to Cyprus will be looking here first. Thank you Jeremy x

Another fantastic holiday

We have just enjoyed our 3rd holiday in this lovely villa and we will return again asap. The villa is in such a lovely quiet area of Emba but with restaurants, shops and beaches all close by as long as you have a car. There is everything you could want for sun loungers, umbrella, pool, and inside all the home from home comforts that you could ask for. Well equipped villa in great location

We've just returned from our 10-day holiday in this fabulous villa, which accommodated 4 of us very well. It is clean, spacious and well equipped with all facilities including a good wi-fi and TV with a generous selection of channels (should you need them). The pool area at the back is superb, with enough sunbeds and tables to cater for 6 people The villa is situated in a residential area with shops within a 10 minute walk. Kissonerga and Tala are the next closest towns with a few shops, bars and restaurants. Communication was excellent with the owner Jeremy, who answered any queries promptly. I would say that the villa with its location and competitive price, is definitely worth considering for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus.

Lovely modern villa

The villa is lovely and well equipped. We had a lovely time at Jeremy's villa, so much that we have rebooked again for next year. We are looking forward to another lovely holiday, I would highly recommend. Jeremy has been amazing with helping us with the details and is always on hand if needed, thank you Jeremy.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!!!

We spent 10 days in August at this gorgeous villa. The villa itself was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Much bigger than we anticipated. The pool and outside area was stunning. Lovely warm pool and great BBQ area. There were more than enough sun beds for everyone. We spent the majority of our time by the pool as it was so lovely. This villa is in an idea location. We were less than 20mins away from all the main towns and beaches. We visited some local restaurants, the owners were such lovely people, they made us feel very welcome, and the food was delicious. We had such a lovely time that we are booking for next year! And we can't wait 😊

Beautiful Villa in Emba

We've just returned from our holiday in this fabulous villa and have no complaints at all! The villa is beautiful spacious and clean and has a very home from home feel about it. The pool area at the back is superb and almost too relaxing - some days we just couldn't drag ourselves away from it!! The villa is situated in a quiet residential area with a bakery, small supermarket, takeaway and a few other shops within a 10 minute walk. Kissonerga is the next closest town with a few shops, bars/restaurants however we would definitely recommend hiring a car as the buses do not pass through this area. A visit to both Coral Bay and Paphos is a must and both only a 10-15minute drive away where you have your pick of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. This was our first experience of a villa holiday as a family and everything was just perfect - from the minute we booked Jeremy did everything he could to help which made our holiday all the better. If you are looking for a totally relaxing holiday we would definitely recommend booking this villa.

I have my own business and my wife worked in travel for 14 years, where we had the opportunity to see much of the world. We now have three young children and enjoy our holidays and valuable family time together. Three children later but still the desire and need to "get away" without the hassle of hotels or apartments, when you had to choose who is going to sit on the balcony at sleep time, whispering at night, and reading at torch light as you are all in one room!!! So we decided to purchase a holiday home & what a result, home from home (yet with glorious sunshine!) - truly lovely.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our plan was to buy in Southern Spain as we had holidayed there many times but the unreliable weather had started to knock our confidence and therefore, we looked further a field and fell in love with Cyprus.
The village of Emba is a fantastic location. It is a residential area, yet within easy distance to the main towns of Coral Bay and Kato Paphos. I think for us the resort was just perfect as our lives are so busy that when we holiday we want to be able to escape any hustle and bustle yet, can jump in the car and be at a fantastic restaurant or on the beach in less than 20 minutes but retreat back to our peace & quiet when we have had enough!
Cyprus offers for all, young or elderly there are facilities for all & the locals are lovely, so hospitable and friendly.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We know how stressful the preparation for holidays can be & therefore, we hope that we have thought of most things to ensure that when you arrive you have the essentials you need. In case you fight for space in the suitcase just like us, you can at least leave your hairdryer at home, as there is one at the villa.
Travelling with an infant, we have a travel cot & a Mothercare bumper seat that you simply strap to the dining room chair.
The summers are hot but we have stand fans as well as air conditioning. The winters are mild but we have heaters if you should need them.
We ensured when we furnished the villa we thought about what we wanted from a holiday home - something modern and comfortable & definitely no cheap wood & throws! Our fantastic feedback I think proves we got it right.
