Beautiful modern villa with breathtaking sea views.

Villa Troya is situated at the end of the exclusive Kas peninsula and has breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and over to the Greek Island of Meis. The private infinity pool with jacuzzi and spacious sea view sun terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the vista. The terrace is well equipped with sun beds, parasols, and outside dining furniture so you can enjoy the sunsets with a drink or dine alfresco in the balmy summer evenings.
The interior is light and modern. The lower floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen at the far end, a dining area with seating for 6, and then a lounge area with a TV and DVD player. The sliding patio doors allow direct access to the sun terrace from the kitchen, lounge, or dining area. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor all with sea views, private balconies, and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is wi-fi broadband.

Outstanding villa providing the real wow factor. Superbly finished and very comfortable “. Steps up to properly and steep ramp may put some people off but otherwise fantastic. Would recommend having a car to make life easier .

A wonderful, windy, break

The place was clean and tidy and exactly as the pictures looked. Hilary and Omer were excellent with great communication. One thing to note, especially for families, is that the end of the penninsula gets very windy. When you travel down to the town or beaches it's hardly noticeable, but up high, where this villa is, it gets super windy. Not great for being outdoors with small children. Overall the rooms were ok. The main bed was very hard and very noisy though. One roll over in the night and you've woken up your partner. The bathroom showers and toilets need flushing through daily otherwise there can be quite a smell. That's normal I hear. The furniture could all do with a bit of love and attention, or replacing in some cases. Lots of stains, mainly outside, and holes from cigarettes. Overall a nice villa but feel like, for the price, it could do with a bit of attention and some money spent on it.

Super mooie villa

Kaş Peninsula is een hele mooie vakantiebestemming. Villa Troya was top en vooral de service van Hillary en haar team. We komen zeker terug hier.

Mega Villa, alles top

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im August 2020 in Kas. Diese Villa bietet für jeden einen Luxusurlaub vom feinsten. Der Pool und die Villa sind sehr sauber. Der Sonnenuntergang war traumhaft. Man kann in der Abenddämmerung romantische Zeit mit dem Partner verbringen. Ca.2-3km Entfernung hat man jede menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer oder auch von der Terasse ist traumhaft. Man kann einige griechische Inseln problemlos beobachten. Wir waren in einigen Villen in der Türkei aber in diese Villa war die Aussicht am besten. Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen. Wir hatten jede Menge Spaß. Sehr empfehlenswert. Im großen und ganzen ist alles Top. Gruß Balta

Das Haus und die Agentur kann man empfehlen. Der Pool ist leider ständig verschmutzt, da sich die Verfugung ablöst und man hat direkt ein Hotel neben sich. Beide Punkte sind nicht perfekt für diesen Preis, kann man aber noch tolerieren. Schade war, dass die tägliche Poolkontrolle ohne Abmeldung einfach da stand und das zu Zeiten, in denen man definitiv das nicht erwartet hätte.

Fantastic villa

A very comfortable, clean and well appointed villa, with stunning views onto the sea. The immediate area was quite quiet when we visited in October, but there was easy access to the town via the regular local bus service or by taxi for shopping or meals out. The villa is well maintained and furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The management company were excellent and very helpful in arranging airport transfers, car hire, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Just Amazing

Villa Troya was just beautiful - it is located right at the end of the Peninsula and had the most outstanding views. The villa is modern, stylish and very well equipped. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa - there are a number of steps so it may not suitable somebody who is less able bodied.
