Situé dans le complexe le plus prestigieux et recherché de Sao Rafael, en Algarve, cet appartement de 2 chambres à l'étage supérieur spacieux et superbement aménagé offre la plus courte distance de marche de 2 magnifiques plages et est l'un des rares à offrir un authentique balcon exposé sud. vues de belles vues sur la falaise et la mer. Le site OnBeach. com a voté Sao Rafael comme la meilleure plage I du Portugal et la 4e meilleure en Europe. L'organisation écologiste Quercus a déclaré que 15 des plages de la côte à Albufeira, y compris Sao Rafael, ont une excellente qualité de l'eau et le Pavillon Bleu. Les deux plages ont de superbes restaurants et bars. Le complexe dispose d'un petit supermarché à distance de marche.

Great sized apartment with lovely outside space. Well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with Angela throughout the process. The pool area is great, and a short walk from the apartment. There are restaurants in walking distance, but we ended up getting a uber to other places as it is a bit limited in the immediate area. Uber service was good, for those without a car.

Nice apartment with restrictions

The two-bedroom apartment is located in an open-plan apartment complex with public parking. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. The balcony is a decent size, although you can only guess at the view rather than really enjoy it. For us, this was not a sea view apartment! The balcony was also missing a grill. The kitchen is well-equipped with some drawbacks. In addition to the kitchen refrigerator, there is a large refrigerator in the utility room and a washing machine, which takes some getting used to. The large sofa is a bit worn, but above all, it smells very unpleasant of old sweat. This also applies to the sofa cushions. The beds are okay, although the master bed is definitely too narrow for two people. The bathrooms are relatively new and nice and bright with windows. However, and this is the NO-GO: The odor trap doesn't work!!! This means that the entire apartment smells like a toilet. This isn't the fault of the apartment complex; rather, a mistake must have been made during the bathroom renovation that the wastewater traps weren't installed professionally. When our contact person, Terry, showed us several 5-liter containers of bleach after our call, it was clear to us that this problem was known and hadn't been remedied; unfortunately, it had been kept secret. If we had known about the defect, we would not have rented the apartment!

Fantastic apartment with all appliances you could possibly wish for - absolutely no issues! Has access to a lovely pool, 2 beaches and beautiful views from the balconies! Couldn't fault communication with the owner and property manager in Albufeira - so so helpful at every stage!!

Wieder ein toller Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir waren auch 2024 wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war wieder alles genauso gut wie letztes Jahr. Hier kann man als Familie wunderbar Urlaub machen. Wir haben unserer Bewertung vom 7. Aug. 2023 nichts hinzuzufügen. Das nächste Mal Portugal werden wir sicher wieder mit dieser Ferienwohnung planen. Grüße an Terry und Angela. ------------- We stayed in this apartment again in 2024. Everything was just as good as last year. This is a wonderful place to spend a family holiday. We have nothing to add to our review from August 7, 2023. Relaxing stay

We are a couple in our late sixties and have just returned from a relaxing stay in this spacious, comfortable apartment. We did not hire a car but found that most places were within easy walking distance, including the pool, the beach, several bars and restaurants. We used the local bus to Albufeira to do a large shop at Il Continente supermarket. There is a taxi stand directly outside which cost 11 euros back to the apartment. Our contact Terry was at the apartment to meet & greet us and show us how everything worked. He dealt with a query about the tv straight away and ensured our bedding/towels were changed mid stay. Everything in the apartment is as shown or described and everything works, including cooker, dishwasher, aircon etc. Although close to all amenities, the apartment is set in lovely grounds and we found it very quiet and peaceful.

Bright spacious apartment

Just returned from a lovely break at this apartment. Everything you need for your holiday is provided, beach towels, parasol, cool box. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when we needed some help with a medical issue while we were here. We made good use of Uber, especially for food shopping. Would possibly hire a car next time, just for convenience. Wonderful place to stay.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, inkl. großem Balkon, extra Austritt für Wäscheständer und Meerblick. Gefreut haben wir uns als Familie über Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Hervorzuheben ist auch die voll ausgestattete Küche, angefangen vom Flaschenöffner bis zu zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Kapsel). Die Ferienanlage ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen dort (wie immer in Portugal), was auch zu empfehlen ist. Aber auch zu Fuß kommt man schnell zu zwei kleineren Stränden. ---------------- The apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. We were there as a family with two children. The apartment is large and well equipped, including a large balcony, extra outlet for drying rack and sea view. As a family, we were happy about the washing machine and dishwasher. The fully equipped kitchen, starting from the bottle opener up to two coffee machines (filter and capsule), should also be highlighted. The resort is quiet and well located. We were there with a rental car (as always in Portugal), which is also recommended. But you can also quickly walk to two smaller beaches.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz

Große Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Ruhig und schöne Grünanlage. Schneller Zugang zu zwei Stränden. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schöne Ecke um draußen zu sitzen mit ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und uns gut erholt.

Perfect location

This was ours 3 rd visit to Portugal, and 2nd stay at Angela's property. The property is in an ideal location, within few min walk to 2 beautiful beaches. The unit is as described and as shown on the pictures. It is very spacious, has 2 decks with water views and your own, private entrance. It is in very quiet area, surrounded by gardens. There is lots of free parking around. Angela is great to deal with, quick to respond and accommodating. Check in / check out very simple and friendly. Unit is located close to the small market and few nice restaurants, but rental car gives you way more options. We would not stay anywhere else in Algarve. Thank you Angela.

Ferias de verão

No mês de agosto ficamos alojados nesta casa por um periodo de 14 dias. Reservamos a casa para 5 pessoas adultas e realmente a casa tem espaço para tal! A casa possui um terraço com mesa que dá para realizar as refeições ao ar livre e assim proporcionar uma refeição agradável com uma vista incrível! A localização da casa é fantástica, uma vez que fica perto de 2 praias (arrifes e S.Rafael). Em geral gostamos muito da casa, os únicos pontos negativos foram as casas de banho por vezes terem um cheiro não muito agradável (contudo a casa fornece ambientadores) e não haver grelhador e varinha magica. Recomendamos a casa, uma vez que tivemos umas ótimas férias, sem precalços e com bom tempo (apesar da água estar fria). A todos os que ainda vão de férias... BOAS FÉRIAS!!!!

Fantástico

Correu tudo bem durante a estadia, a localização é fantástica, o apartamento está muito bem equipado, o contato com os responsaveis do apartamento é muito fácil, a Angela, a anfitriã é uma simpatia de pessoa e uma óptima comunicadora e o Terry que nos acompanhou no check-in e check-out fez-nos logo sentir como se estivéssemos casa. Correu tudo muito bem, e seguramente iremos voltar quando surgir a oportunidade.

Beautiful Portugal ideal for family of 4 - sofa bed for 5

The property was a 2 bedroom lovely apartment - with great facilities: kitchen ( fridge, freezer - with an extra freezer (if needed) - pots pans utensils etc) washing machine (if needed) : Air con in all the rooms (I personally didn’t need it for the bedroom I was staying in as the patio doors had a mosquito screen which enabled me to let a breeze in the rooms at night) 2 bathrooms ( 1 with a bath - both with a shower) There were a couple of things which could have been improved but we didn’t really warrant it too much of a problem to make an issue of: we couldn’t get the tv to work ( even after following the instructions several times) The drains in the main bathroom gave off a really really bad smell - this was very off putting when we first arrived and noticed that the bathroom windows were open - probably because of the smell - the smell would be really bad first thing in the morning and last thing at night -but as we were out during the day I can’t comment if it really ever went away! The location for us was perfect - for a family I loved the quietness of the area - there was access to three fantastic beaches all within walking distance. Arrifes and Sao Rafael both had lovely little beach restaurants which did amazing ( although a little pricey) food - service was amazing too. My very favourite beach though was one we dubbed the secret beach ( Praia to Vigia) I would head down to this beautiful small beach early morning around 8am and I would sometimes have it all to myself for a good hour or two - one morning we woke up super early to watch the sunrise from the top of Olhos de Agua then headed down to the secret beach at 7.15 and had it all to ourselves for for 3 hours it was very wonderful. My husband and kids loved the use of the pool too which was about a 4 minute walk away - use of sun beds some shade and a nice little cafe for ice creams and drinks When looking for a property for 5 people this one came up - it says it slept 5 but we had to pay an extra €25 euros for someone to sleep on the ( not so clean) sofa bed - but communication with Angela was great and I recommended that she perhaps clarified this in the description. Communication with Angela was great - and she sent through all relevant paperwork for the apartment and how to get there a week before we left England. Terry who showed us into the apartment was very friendly informative. Overall really great apartment and location - shame about bad smell

Loved our time in Albufeira

Great spot for the beach, really nice area and pretty quiet. Great amenities at the apartment. Very happy with the communication with owner and also very helpful manager who checked us in. Lovely apartment had a great stay.

Excellent apartment and location

Just returned today after spending a week at this excellent apartment in Sao Rafael. Nice relaxing location but just a few euros to the old town nightlife, communication with the owner was first class and Angela even organised our airport pick up, we were met by Terry who showed us round the apartment and gave us a few tips about local restaurants / beaches etc, will definitely be back again.

Ideal location near two sandy beaches and large on site pool. Not far to walk to marina or old town. Good transport links with bus stop at the top. Extremely well equiped apartment with two bathrooms. Large terrace area with two good sunbeds. Will definitely stay again. Rather hilly so would not suit pepper with mobility issues

Beautiful apartment, will be back!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a few health problems but Angela was available and willing to help straight away. Couldn't recommend highly enough except we don't want it getting booked out so we can't go again next year! Apartment exactly as shown in photos and everything you need for a great holiday.
